  • 2026-05-15: Released new procedure.
  1. Soulevez et soutenez le véhicule. Voir Soulever le véhicule - pont élévateur à 2 poteaux,
  2. Ouvrez la porte avant gauche et abaissez la glace avant gauche.
  3. Ouvrez le coffre avant électrique.
  4. Ouvrez le hayon.
  5. Ouvrez le couvre-caisse.
  6. Mettez le véhicule en mode Entretien. Voir Mode Entretien,
  7. Déverrouillez la passerelle du véhicule. Voir Passerelle (déverrouiller),
  8. Remove the tonneau slats. See Slat System - Tonneau (Remove and Install).
  9. On the vehicle touchscreen, navigate to Service Mode > Thermal > Actions > Coolant Fill/Drain, and then tap Run and allow the routine to complete.
  10. Débranchez l’alimentation MT. Voir Mid-Voltage Power (Disconnect and Connect) (Modify),
  11. Perform vehicle electrical disablement procedure. See Vehicle HV Disablement Procedure (Test/Adjust).
  12. Remove pyro fuse access cover with airlines attached

  13. Reposition pyro cover for access to pyro fuses

  14. Remove primary and secondary pyro fuses

    4x bolts, 13mm, 5 Nm + 60 Degrees, Support each pyro fuse while removing bolts
  15. Partially install pyro fuse access cover to protect ancillary from contaminates, debris, or coolant ingress during service

  16. Remove leather over gloves and HV insulating gloves
  17. Position coolant drain container underneath RH rear of HV battery
  18. Disconnect coolant hoses from PCS coolant inlet and outlet couplers

  19. Connect coolant Drain and Fill Adapter to PCS outlet hose coupling

  20. Connect waste coolant container to drain and fill adaptor

  31. Swap adaptor positions at PCS inlet and outlet couplers

  32. Open inlet valve on Leak Test Fixture tool then adjust regulator to 50 psi

  53. Remove two rear tonneau square profile support braces

  54. Clean all debris from ancillary cover
