1. Open all four doors

   

2. Lower all four windows

   

3. Move LH front seat forward

   

4. Move RH front seat forward

   

5. Remove LH lower C-pillar trim
   Remarque

   4x tabs, 3x clips, Release door seal as needed

   

   

   

   

6. Fold down 2nd row 60 seatback assembly
   Remarque

   Press button, fold forwards

   

   

7. Disconnect 2nd row 60 seat connector
   Remarque

   1x connector, Newer models may have red locking tab

   

   

8. Move 60 seat forward using towel bar
   Remarque

   With one hand on towel bar pull up and slide the seat forward with your other hand

   

   

9. Remove 60 seat rear outboard track fastener
   Remarque

   1x patch bolt, 11mm, 37 Nm, Discard after removal

   

10. Remove 60 seat rear inboard track fasteners
    Remarque

    2x patch bolts, 11mm, 37 Nm, Discard after removal

    

11. Move 60 seat fully rearward using towel bar
    Remarque

    With one hand on towel bar pull up and slide the seat forward with your other hand

    

12. Remove 60 seat outboard track cover
    Remarque

    1x clip, Slide covers forward to release from 60 seat tracks

    

    

    

13. Remove center track cover from 2nd row seats
    Remarque

    2x clips, Slide covers forward to release from 2nd row seat tracks

    

    

    

14. Release cabin carpet from 60 seat
    Remarque

    Pull cabin carpet towards front of vehicle

    

    

15. Remove 60 seat front inboard track fasteners
    Remarque

    1x bolts, 11mm, 37 Nm, Discard after removal

    

16. Remove 2nd row 60 seat frame front outboard track fasteners
    Remarque

    1x bolts, 11mm, 37 Nm, Discard after removal

    

17. Remove 2nd row 60 seat assembly from vehicle
    Remarque

    Recommend assistance, Note: If seat that is not being replaced does not have ISOFIX flag for child locks, the seat cover will also require replacement

    

    

18. Remove RH lower C-pillar trim
    Remarque

    4x tabs, 3x clips, Release door seal as needed

    

    

    

    

19. Remove 40 seat outboard track cover
    Remarque

    1x clip, Slide cover forward to release from 40 seat track

    

20. Release cabin carpet from 40 seat
    Remarque

    Pull cabin carpet towards front of vehicle

    

21. Remove bolts securing 40 seat podium to vehicle
    Remarque

    2x patch bolts, 11mm, 37 Nm, Discard bolts after removal

    

22. Fold 2nd row 40 seat down

    

    

23. Move 40 seat forward using towel bar
    Remarque

    With one hand on towel bar pull up and slide the seat forward with your other hand

    

24. Remove bolts securing 40 seat inner and outer tracks to vehicle
    Remarque

    2x patch bolts, 11mm, 37 Nm, Discard bolts after removal

    

25. Move 40 seat fully rearward using towel bar

    

26. Disconnect 2nd row 40 seat connector
    Remarque

    1x connector, Newer models may have red locking tab

    

    

27. Remove 40 seat from vehicle
    Remarque

    Recommend assistance, Do not support 40 seat by cushion pan, Support 40 seat by podium

    

    

28. Remove 3rd row seat cushion and disconnect harness
    Remarque

    1x connector, Pull LH and RH release lever under 3rd row seat cushion to release seat cushion

    

    

    

29. Open liftgate

    

30. Release 3rd row LH seat backrest

42. Remove LH mid A pillar assembly

    1x clip, 1x tab, Release upper clip then pull mid A pillar upward to remove

    

43. Remove clip securing LH lower A pillar trim
    Remarque

    1x push clip

    

44. Remove LH lower A pillar trim
    Remarque

    6x clips, 2 guide tabs, Pull rear of lower A pillar upward to release clip then pull rearward to release trim panel

    

45. Partially release LH front primary door seal

    

46. Remove RH mid A pillar assembly
    Remarque

    1x clip, 1x tab, Release the upper clip then pull mid A pillar upward to remove

    

47. Remove clip securing RH lower A pillar trim
    Remarque

    1x push clip

    

48. Remove RH lower A pillar trim to release seat harness.
    Remarque

    6x clips, 2 guide tabs, Pull rear of lower A pillar upward to release clip then pull rearward to release trim panel

    

49. Partially release RH front primary door seal

    

50. Release RH front seat belt retractor from pretensioner
    Remarque

    Insert special removal tool into the bottom of the retractor to release

    

51. Release LH front seat belt retractor from pretensioner
    Remarque

    Insert seat belt tool into the bottom of the retractor to release

    

52. Remove LH front seat rear fasteners
    Remarque

    2x patch bolts, TP45, 33.5 Nm, Discard after removal

    

53. Move LH front seat backward
    Remarque

    Ensure profile is saved to allow seat position to be restored

    

54. Remove LH front seat front fasteners
    Remarque

    2x patch bolts, TP45, 33.5 Nm, Discard after removal

    

55. Adjust position of LH front seat for easy removal
    Remarque

    Move seat to middle of track at most upright position

    

56. Remove RH front seat rear fasteners
    Remarque

    2x patch bolts, TP45, 33.5 Nm, Discard after removal

    

57. Move RH front seat backward

    

58. Remove RH front seat front fasteners

59. Adjust position of RH front seat for easy removal

62. Power off vehicle from center display

    Via Controls > Safety > Power Off, Select Power Off button at warning dialogue box

    

    

63. Disconnect LV battery and first responder loop
    Remarque

    2x tabs, 2x connectors, Ensure vehicle is in park, climate control system is off, and vehicle is not charging before disconnecting Disconnect LV battery and first responder loop, Ensure that one minute has passed after window movement before performing the power-off, Battery should be disconnected before Firefighter line, Allow 2 minutes for all electrical circuits to fully discharge

    

    

64. Disconnect LH front seat harness from VC left
    Remarque

    1x electrical connector, Release the lock by squeezing the release tab, Then fully disengage the lock by moving it away from the VC left, Do not force the connector, If the connector does not easily release from the VC the lock is still engaged

    

    

65. Remove LH front seat harness clips from LH footwell support bracket
    Remarque

    2x retaining clips

    

    

66. Release LH front seat harness from LH front sill panel harness bracket
    Remarque

    5x clips

    

67. Pull LH front seat harness from under LH front cabin carpet

    

68. Remove LH front seat from vehicle
    Remarque

    Recommend assistance, Assistant should be ready to support seat back, Caution not to damage any trim

    

    

69. Disconnect RH front seat harness from VC right
    Remarque

    1x electrical connector, Release the lock by squeezing the release tab, Then fully disengage the lock by moving it away from the VC right, Do not force the connector, If the connector does not easily release from the VC the lock is still engaged

    

    

70. Remove RH front seat harness from RH footwell support bracket
    Remarque

    2x retaining clips

    

    

71. Release RH front seat harness from lower A 12V bracket
    Remarque

    5x clips

    

72. Pull RH front seat harness from under RH front cabin carpet

    

73. Remove RH front seat from vehicle
    Remarque

    Recommend assistance, Assistant should be ready to support seat back, Caution not to damage any trim

    

    

74. Remove console lower rear panel
    Remarque

    6x tabs

    

    

    

75. Remove LH center console carpet covers
    Remarque

    2x covers, Use trim tool starting at top edge to release upper clips, then pull bottom to release remaining clips, Use caution and pull panel straight away from console, if panel is peeled off it could be damaged

    

    

76. Remove LH exterior hardware from center console
    Remarque

    3x bolt, 10mm, 7 Nm

    

77. Remove RH center console side panel carpets
    Remarque

    2x covers, Use trim tool starting at top edge to release upper clips, Pull bottom to release remaining clips, Use caution and pull panel straight away from console, if panel is peeled off it could be damaged

    

    

78. Remove RH exterior hardware from center console
    Remarque

    3x bolts, 10mm, 7 Nm

    

79. Disconnect harness from rear of center console
    Remarque

    1x connector

    

    

80. Disconnect USB harness at right front of center console
    Remarque

    1x USB connector

    

81. Remove center console from vehicle
    Remarque

    Recommend assistance, Tilt rear of console upward, pull assembly towards rear of vehicle, then tilt front of console upward and remove through passenger side

    

82. Release LH upper B pillar assembly and move aside
    Remarque

    4x tabs, 5x retainers, Unhook retainers from body while pulling the bottom of the upper B pillar, then pull the top to release the remaining clips

    

    

83. Remove clip securing LH lower B-pillar to body
    Remarque

    1x push clip, Clip secures lower B-pillar and rear cabin carpet to body

    

84. Remove LH lower B pillar assembly
    Remarque

    6x clips, Pull the top of B pillar to release top clips then work your way to bottom clips

    

    

    

85. Release clips securing RH upper B-pillar assembly and move aside
    Remarque

    4x tabs, 5x retainers, Unhook retainers from body while pulling the bottom of the upper B pillar, then pull the top to release the remaining clips

    

    

86. Remove clip securing RH lower B-pillar to body
    Remarque

    1x push clip, Clip secures lower B-pillar and rear cabin carpet to body

    

87. Remove RH lower B-pillar assembly
    Remarque

    6x clips, Pull the top of B-pillar to release top clips then work your way to bottom clips

    

    

    

88. Remove rear floormat

    

89. Remove OBD2 female connector from LH footwell cover and release carpet
    Remarque

    1x connector, 2x push clips, Press lateral tabs and pull harness to release from carpet, remove push clips to release LH front carpet

    

    

    

    

90. Remove fasteners securing driver knee air bag to vehicle
    Remarque

    4x patch bolts, E10, 8 Nm, Discard after removal, Support the knee air bag while lowering, The connector / harness length is very short

    

    

    

91. Remove LH front cabin carpet from vehicle
    Remarque

    Lift up rear edge of carpet then slide out towards rear of vehicle, be cautious and avoid foam below catching on seat risers

    

    

92. Remove LH upper A-pillar trim
    Remarque

    3x clips, Pull inside of the upper portion of upper A-pillar, Depress 2x tabs to remove tether from body side, Then pull upper A-pillar upward to remove

    

    

    

    

93. Remove LH sun visor bracket cover
    Remarque

    4x clips, Extending the sun visor may allow for extra working room

    

    

94. Unfasten LH sun visor
    Remarque

    1x fastener, Torx T25

    

95. Remove LH sun visor from headliner area
    Remarque

    1x connector, Hinge sun visor downward and away from headliner, Disconnect sun visor harness

    

    

96. Remove RH upper A-pillar trim
    Remarque

    3x clips, Pull inside of the upper portion of upper A-pillar, Remove 3x tether hooks by twisting and pulling away from housing, Then pull upper A-pillar upward to remove

    

    

    

    

97. Remove RH sun visor bracket cover
    Remarque

    4x clips, Extending the sun visor may allow for extra working room

    

    

98. Unfasten RH sun visor
    Remarque

    1x fastener, Torx T25

    

99. Remove RH sun visor from headliner area
    Remarque

    1x connector, Hinge sun visor downward and away from headliner, Disconnect sun visor harness

107. Disconnect J5 body connector
     Remarque

     1x connector, Release lock then remove

     

108. Disconnect J2 body connector
     Remarque

     1x connector, Release lock then remove

     

109. Disconnect J4 body connector
     Remarque

     1x connector, Release lock then remove

     

110. Disconnect headliner harness
     Remarque

111. Disconnect white connector X909 from front harness

112. Remove LH body harness clips from LH A-pillar

113. Release LH body harness from below LH front seat
     Remarque

     1x push tabs, press tabto release harness guide clips from body frame.

     

114. Remove LH harness clips under front seats and center console

115. Disconnect LH body harness from RCM
     Remarque

     1x connector

     

116. Disconnect LH harness from RH body Harness
     Remarque

     2x connectors,1x clip,Release red locking tabs

     

     

117. Disconnect the LH body harness connectors around lower B-pillar area
     Remarque

     4x connectors, LH rear door harness, acceleration sensor, and LH seat belt

     

118. Remove the LH harness ground strap around LH lower B-pillar area
     Remarque

     1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm

     

119. Remove LH harness clips from B-pillar area
     Remarque

     6x clips

     

120. Remove LH B-pillar applique from body
     Remarque

     2x clips, 2x connectors, Pull straight outwards to release from B-Pillar, disconnect camera connector then remove from vehicle, Use caution not to damage the connectors

     

     

121. Remove the LH body harness around the below C-pillar area
     Remarque

     1x location point holes, 1x clip

     

     

     

     

     

122. Disconnect LH 2nd row retractor connector
     Remarque

     1x connector, pull both orange side tabs simultaneously to remove harness

     

123. Remove the LH body harness clips around C-pillar area
     Remarque

     4x clips

     

     

124. Disconnect LH side curtain air bag and liftgate power strut electrical connector from LH body harness
     Remarque

     2x connectors

     

125. Release connectors from LH body harness to charge port ECU
     Remarque

     2x connectors

     

126. Remove LH body harness clips around LH side trunk area
     Remarque

     3x clips

     

127. Disconnect connectors from chargeport assembly
     Remarque

     2x connectors, 1x red locking tab, 1x white locking tab

     

128. Remove the LH body harness ground strap below LH tail lamp
     Remarque

     1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm

     

129. Remove LH liftgate stop
     Remarque

     1x liftgate stop, Pull up to remove

     

     

130. Remove bolt securing LH corner of rear fascia to body
     Remarque

     1x bolt, 10mm, 4 Nm

     

131. Remove RH liftgate stop
     Remarque

     1x liftgate stop, Pull up to remove

     

132. Remove bolt securing RH corner of rear fascia to body

133. Release rear diffuser from vehicle
     Remarque

     6x clips, 6x bolts, 2x fasteners, 8mm, 10mm, Torx T20, 4 Nm

     

     

     

     

134. Remove LH rear fender garnish from vehicle
     Remarque

     12x clips, Release from center of garnish and work your way outward towards both ends

     

     

135. Remove bolts securing LH rear fascia to body
     Remarque

     2x bolts, 8mm, 10mm, 4 Nm

     

     

136. Remove RH rear fender garnish from vehicle
     Remarque

     14x clips,

     

     

137. Remove bolts securing RH rear fascia to body
     Remarque

     2x bolts, 8mm, 10mm, 4 Nm

     

     

138. Remove Fasteners securing rear diffuser to body
     Remarque

     2x fasteners, Torx T20

     

     

139. Release rear fascia from body
     Remarque

     Pull fascia away from vehicle to release fully

     

     

140. Remove rear body harness from rear fascia center bracket
     Remarque

     1x clips, located behind LH side connector

     

141. Disconnect rear subframe and LH rear EPB connectors
     Remarque

     2x connectors

     

142. Push the rear subframe portion of the LH body harness through the LH side trunk bulkhead
     Remarque

     Harness passes through into trunk near rear section of LH rear wheel liner area

     

143. Remove LH body harness

     

144. Position LH body harness

     

145. Push the rear harness seal through body and fully seat
     Remarque

     Harness passes through into trunk near rear section of LH rear wheel liner area

     

146. Connect rear subframe and LH rear EPB connector
     Remarque

     2x connectors

     

147. Install rear body harness onto rear fascia center bracket
     Remarque

     1x clips

     

148. Connect and install rear fascia onto vehicle
     Remarque

     1x connector, Engage red locking tab, Recommend assistance, Verify lower portion aligns with rear diffuser.

     

     

     

     

149. Install rear diffuser onto vehicle
     Remarque

     6x clips, 6x bolts, 2x fasteners, 8mm, 10mm, Torx T20, 4 Nm, Apply Loctite 222 onto rear diffuser bolts and secure rear fascia to rear diffuser

     

     

     

     

150. Install fasteners securing rear diffuser to body
     Remarque

     2x fasteners, Torx T20

     

     

151. Install bolt securing RH rear fascia to body
     Remarque

     2x bolt, 8mm, 10mm, 4 Nm

     

     

152. Install RH rear fender garnish
     Remarque

     14x clips, Insert front of garnish into vehicle first, then push garnish clips into vehicle

     

     

     

153. Install bolt securing LH rear fascia to body
     Remarque

     2x bolt, 8mm, 10mm, 4 Nm

     

     

154. Install LH rear fender garnsih
     Remarque

     14x clips,

     

     

     

155. Install bolt securing RH corner of rear fascia

     1x bolt, 10mm, 4 Nm

     

156. Install RH liftgate stop
     Remarque

     1x liftgate stop, Align tab and push down to secure

     

157. Install bolt securing LH corner of rear fascia

     1x bolt, 10mm, 4 Nm

     

158. Install LH liftgate stop

     1x liftgate stop, Align tab and push down to secure

     

159. Install the LH body harness ground strap below LH tail lamp

160. Install logic connectors to charge port assembly
     Remarque

     3x connectors, 1x red locking tab, 2x white locking tab

     

161. Install LH body harness clips around LH side trunk area
     Remarque

     3x clips

     

162. Install connectors from LH body harness to charge port ECU
     Remarque

     2x connectors

     

163. Connect LH side curtain air bag and liftgate power strut electrical connector to LH body harness
     Remarque

     2x connectors

     

164. Install the LH body harness clips around upper C-pillar area
     Remarque

     4x clips

     

     

165. Connect LH 2nd row retractor connector
     Remarque

     1x connector,

     

166. Install the LH body harness clips around the below C-pillar area
     Remarque

     2x clips, 1x location insert

     

     

     

     

     

167. Install LH B-pillar applique to vehicle
     Remarque

     2x connectors, 1x fir tree clip, 2x clips, Align B-Pillar applique into position and secure clips into body, Use caution not to damage the connectors

     

     

168. Install LH harness clips onto B-pillar area
     Remarque

     6x clips

     

169. Connect the LH body harness connectors around lower B-pillar area
     Remarque

     4x connectors, LH rear door harness, acceleration sensor, and LH seat belt

     

170. Install the LH harness ground strap around LH lower B-pillar area
     Remarque

     1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm

     

171. Connect LH harness to RH body Harness
     Remarque

     2x connector,1x clip,Engage locking tabs

     

     

172. Install LH body harness to RCM
     Remarque

     1x connector

     

173. Install LH harness clips under LH front seat and RH lower B-pillar area
     Remarque

     3x clips

     

174. Install LH body harness below LH front seat
     Remarque

     3x tabs, insert tabs into position and ensure proper installation with push pull test.

     

175. Install LH body harness clips to LH A-pillar
     Remarque

     3x clips

     

176. Connect J5 body connector
     Remarque

     1x connector, Fully seat connector then engage lock

     

177. Connect J2 body connector
     Remarque

     1x connector, Fully seat connector then engage lock

     

178. Connect J4 body connector
     Remarque

     1x connector, Fully seat connector then engage lock

     

179. Connect white connector X909 to front harness
     Remarque

     1x connector

     

180. Connect headliner harness

181. Install driver knee air bag
     Remarque

     1x connector, Use caution not to damage connector/harness, Support air bag while connecting connector

     

     

182. Install fasteners securing driver knee air bag to vehicle
     Remarque

     4x patch bolts, E10, 8 Nm, Install new patch bolts

     

     

     

183. Install headliner to body
     Remarque

     11x clips, Recommend assistance, Seat 2x clips at coat hooks when replacing headliner, Reseat primary seal at doors and liftgate to headliner

     

     

184. Connect RH sun visor connector
     Remarque

     1x connector

     

     

185. Install RH sun visor into headliner area
     Remarque

     Fold sun visor to the closed and folded down position but do not latch in place

     

     

186. Install RH sun visor fastener
     Remarque

     1x screw, T25, 3.5 Nm

     

187. Install RH sun visor bracket cover
     Remarque

     4x clips

     

     

188. Install RH upper A-pillar trim
     Remarque

     3x clips, 1x tether, Slide bottom of trim along IP and speaker grill, attach tether to body side, Set clips starting at the bottom and work up, Pull seal over trim

     

     

     

     

189. Connect LH sunvisor connector
     Remarque

     1x connector

     

     

190. Install LH sun visor into headliner area
     Remarque

     Fold sun visor to the closed and folded down position but do not latch in place

     

     

191. Install LH sun visor fastener
     Remarque

     1x screw, T25, 3.5 Nm

     

192. Install LH sun visor bracket cover
     Remarque

     4x clips

     

     

193. Install LH upper A-pillar trim
     Remarque

     3x clips, 1x tether, Slide bottom of trim along IP and speaker grill, attach tether to body side, Set clips starting at the bottom and work up, Pull seal over trim

     

     

     

     

194. Install LH coat hook screw
     Remarque

     1x screw, T20, 1.0 Nm

     

195. Close LH coat hook screw cover
     Remarque

     1x locking tab

     

196. Push LH coat hook closed

     

197. Install RH coat hook screw

216. Install fasteners securing 60 seat frame to body

217. Secure cabin carpet to 60 seat

     Strap velcro on

     

     

218. Move 2nd row 60 seatback to vertical position

     Remove seat back protection if necessary

     

219. Install 60 seat outboard track cover

220. Install 40 seat into vehicle

     Recommend assistance, Do not support 40 seat by cushion pan, Support 40 seat by podium

     

     

221. Connect 2nd row 40 seat connector

     1x connector, Newer models may have red locking tab

     

     

222. Install bolts securing 40 seat podium to vehicle hand tight
     Remarque

     2x patch bolts, 11mm, 37 Nm, Install new bolts, Torque at later step

     

223. Move 40 seat forward using towel bar
     Remarque

     With one hand on towel bar pull up and slide the seat forward with your other hand

     

224. Install bolts securing 40 seat inner and outer tracks to vehicle
     Remarque

     2x patch bolts, 11mm, 37 Nm, Install new bolts

     

225. Move 40 seat to original position

     

226. Torque bolts securing 40 seat podium to vehicle
     Remarque

     2x patch bolts, 11mm, 37 Nm

     

227. Install cabin carpet to 40 seat

     

228. Install center track cover to 2nd row seats
     Remarque

     2x clip, Slide cover straight on to clip to 2nd row seat tracks

     

     

     

229. Install 40 seat outboard track cover
     Remarque

     1x clip

     

230. Install 3rd row seat cushion and connect harness
     Remarque

     1x connector, Secure 3rd row seat cushion into RH and LH latches

     

     

231. Install RH upper B-pillar assembly
     Remarque

     4x tabs, 5x retainer tabs, Lower seat belt slider to align with B pillar panel, Insert top portion of upper B pillar under headliner to align clips, Spread bottom of trim assembly to properly seat upper B pillar, ensure seal correctly overlaps trim

     

     

     

232. Install RH lower B-pillar assembly
     Remarque

     7x clips, 2x tabs, Align the bottom guide tab to its slot then press the bottom clips, Work your way to top clips

     

     

     

233. Install clip securing RH lower B-pillar to body
     Remarque

     1x push clip, Clip goes through B-pillar and rear cabin carpet

     

234. Install RH lower C-pillar trim
     Remarque

     4x tabs, 3x clips, Secure door seal as needed

     

     

     

     

235. Install LH upper B pillar assembly
     Remarque

     4x tabs, 5x retainer tabs, Lower seat belt slider to align with B pillar panel, Insert top portion of upper B pillar under headliner to align clips, Spread bottom of trim assembly to properly seat upper B pillar, ensure seal correctly overlaps trim

     

     

     

236. Install LH lower B pillar assembly
     Remarque

     7x clips, 2x tabs, Align the bottom guide tab to its slot then press the bottom clips, Work your way to top clips

     

     

     

237. Install clip securing LH lower B pillar to body

     1x push clip, Clip secures lower B pillar and rear cabin carpet to body

     

238. Install LH lower C-pillar trim

     4x tabs, 3x clips, Secure door seal as needed

     

     

     

     

239. Install center console onto vehicle
     Remarque

     Recommend assistance, Tilt front of console downward, Slide assembly towards front of vehicle and tilt rear of console down into position

     

240. Connect harness at right front of center console
     Remarque

     1x USB connector

     

241. Connect harness to rear of center console
     Remarque

     1x connector

     

     

242. Install RH front exterior hardware to center console
     Remarque

     2x bolts, 10mm, 7 Nm, The relatively newer vehicles are equipped with a T30 bolt.

     

     

243. Install RH console side panel carpet

     2x covers,

     

244. Install LH console side panel carpet
     Remarque

     10x clips, 1x guide pin, Position side panel and align the locator, then the rear locator, Push side panel towards console to install

     

245. Install console lower rear panel

246. Install LH front seat into vehicle

     Recommend assistance, Assistant should be ready to support seat back, Caution not to damage any trim, Gateway configuration update for cfg_frontSeattype is needed when replacing from 7654322-XX-E to 7654322-XX-F or newer 1st Row LHD LH Seat Assembly with 1st Row Mini-Tilt Motor Assembly

     

     

247. Secure LH front seat harness under LH front cabin carpet

     

248. Install LH front seat harness along LH front sill panel harness bracket

249. Install LH front seat harness clips onto LH footwell support bracket

250. Connect LH front seat harness to VC left
     Remarque

     1x electrical connector, Ensure the connector and lock are fully engaged, Perform pull push pull test to ensure the connector and connector lock are seated

     

     

251. Install LH lower A pillar trim
     Remarque

     6x clips, 2 locating pins, Align front locating pin first

     

252. Install clip securing LH lower A pillar trim
     Remarque

     1x push clip

     

253. Install LH mid A pillar assembly
     Remarque

     1x clip, 1x tab, Align the bottom tab then push the top clip to fully seat mid A pillar, Pull seal over trim

     

254. Reseat LH front door seal along lower A pillar trim

     

255. Install RH front seat into vehicle
     Remarque

     Remarque

     1x connector, Ensure the connector and lock are fully engaged, Perform pull push pull test to ensure the connector and connector lock are seated

     

     

260. Install RH lower A pillar trim
     Remarque

     6x clips, 2x locating pins, Align front locating pin first

     

261. Install clip securing RH lower A pillar trim
     Remarque

     1x push clip

     

262. Install RH mid A pillar assembly
     Remarque

     1x clip, 1x tab, Align the bottom tab then push the top clip to fully seat mid A pillar, Make sure the seal seat on top of the trim

     

263. Reseat RH front door seal along lower A pillar trim

     

264. Connect first responder loop and battery
     Remarque

     2x connectors, engage locking tabs, Connect FRL first before connecting 12V to avoid damage to car computer

     

     

265. Install rear apron
     Remarque

     14x clips, Hold rear wall of frunk to keep from flexing while engaging front clips

     

     

266. Close hood

     

     

267. Move LH front seat backward

     

268. Install LH front seat front fasteners
     Remarque

     2x patch bolts, TP45, 33.5 Nm, Install new patch bolts

     

269. Move LH front seat forward

     

270. Install LH front seat belt retractor to quick fix
     Remarque

     Slide the linkage into quick fix, an audible click will be heard, Verify there are no twists in the webbing from the upper trim to quick fix, Perform a firm pull test to confirm pretensioner is engaged

     

271. Install LH front seat rear fasteners
     Remarque

     2x patch bolts, TP45, 33.5 Nm, Install new patch bolts

     

272. Move LH front seat to original position

     

273. Move RH front seat backward

     

274. Install RH front seat front fasteners
     Remarque

     2x patch bolts, TP45, 33.5 Nm, Install new patch bolts

     

275. Move RH front seat forward

     

276. Install RH front seat belt retractor to pretensioner
     Remarque

     Slide the linkage onto the pretensioner cable, an audible click will be heardVerify there are no twists in the webbing from the upper trim to the pretensionerperform a firm pull test to confirm pretensioner is engaged

     

277. Install RH front seat rear fasteners
     Remarque

     2x patch bolts, TP45, 33.5 Nm, Install new patch bolts

     

278. Move RH front seat to original position

     

279. Close liftgate

     

     

     

280. Raise all four windows

     

281. Close all four doors

     If LV is powered up, Unlatch rear doors before closing
