   4x tabs, 3x clipsMove door seal to the side before removing LH lower C-pillar trim

   

   

   

   

6. Fold down 2nd row 60 seatback assembly
   Remarque

   Press button, fold forwards

   

   

7. Disconnect 2nd row 60 seat connector
   Remarque

   1x connector, Newer models may have red locking tab

   

   

8. Move 60 seat forward using towel bar
   Remarque

   With one hand on towel bar pull up and slide the seat forward with your other hand

   

   

9. Remove 60 seat rear outboard track fastener
   Remarque

   1x patch bolt, 11mm, 37 Nm, Discard after removal

   

10. Remove 60 seat rear inboard track fasteners
    Remarque

    2x patch bolts, 11mm, 37 Nm, Discard after removal

    

11. Move 60 seat fully rearward using towel bar
    Remarque

    With one hand on towel bar pull up and slide the seat forward with your other hand

    

12. Remove 60 seat outboard track cover
    Remarque

    1x clip, Slide covers forward to release from 60 seat tracks

    

    

    

13. Remove center track cover from 2nd row seats
    Remarque

    2x clips, Slide covers forward to release from 2nd row seat tracks

    

    

    

14. Release cabin carpet from 60 seat
    Remarque

    Pull cabin carpet towards front of vehicle

    

    

15. Remove 60 seat front inboard track fasteners
    Remarque

    1x bolts, 11mm, 37 Nm, Discard after removal

    

16. Remove 2nd row 60 seat frame front outboard track fasteners

17. Remove 2nd row 60 seat assembly from vehicle

18. Remove RH C-pillar lower trim

    4x tabs, 3x clips, Ensure to move door seal aside before removing lower trim

    

    

    

    

19. Remove 40 seat outboard track cover
    Remarque

    1x clip, Slide cover forward to release from 40 seat track

    

20. Release cabin carpet from 40 seat
    Remarque

    Pull cabin carpet towards front of vehicle

    

21. Remove bolts securing 40 seat podium to vehicle
    Remarque

    2x patch bolts, 11mm, 37 Nm, Discard bolts after removal

    

22. Fold 2nd row 40 seat down

    

    

23. Move 40 seat forward using towel bar
    Remarque

    With one hand on towel bar pull up and slide the seat forward with your other hand

    

24. Remove bolts securing 40 seat inner and outer tracks to vehicle
    Remarque

    2x patch bolts, 11mm, 37 Nm, Discard bolts after removal

    

25. Move 40 seat fully rearward using towel bar

    

26. Disconnect 2nd row 40 seat connector

27. Remove 40 seat from vehicle

43. Remove clip securing LH lower A pillar trim

    1x push clip

    

44. Remove LH lower A pillar trim
    Remarque

    6x clips, 2 guide tabs, Pull rear of lower A pillar upward to release clip then pull rearward to release trim panel

    

45. Partially release LH front primary door seal

    

46. Remove RH mid A pillar assembly
    Remarque

    1x clip, 1x tab, Release the upper clip then pull mid A pillar upward to remove

    

47. Remove clip securing RH lower A pillar trim
    Remarque

    1x push clip

    

48. Remove RH lower A pillar trim to release seat harness.
    Remarque

    6x clips, 2 guide tabs, Pull rear of lower A pillar upward to release clip then pull rearward to release trim panel

    

49. Partially release RH front primary door seal

    

50. Release RH front seat belt retractor from pretensioner
    Remarque

    Insert special removal tool into the bottom of the retractor to release

    

51. Release LH front seat belt retractor from pretensioner
    Remarque

    Insert seat belt tool into the bottom of the retractor to release

    

52. Remove LH front seat rear fasteners
    Remarque

    2x patch bolts, TP45, 33.5 Nm, Discard after removal

    

53. Move LH front seat backward
    Remarque

    Ensure profile is saved to allow seat position to be restored

    

54. Remove LH front seat front fasteners
    Remarque

    2x patch bolts, TP45, 33.5 Nm, Discard after removal

    

55. Adjust position of LH front seat for easy removal

    Move seat to middle of track at most upright position

    

56. Remove RH front seat rear fasteners

57. Move RH front seat backward

    Via Controls > Safety > Power Off, Select Power Off button at warning dialogue box

    

    

63. Disconnect LV battery and first responder loop
    Remarque

    2x tabs, 2x connectors, Ensure vehicle is in park, climate control system is off, and vehicle is not charging before disconnecting Disconnect LV battery and first responder loop, Ensure that one minute has passed after window movement before performing the power-off, Battery should be disconnected before Firefighter line, Allow 2 minutes for all electrical circuits to fully discharge

    

    

64. Disconnect LH front seat harness from VC left
    Remarque

    1x electrical connector, Release the lock by squeezing the release tab, Then fully disengage the lock by moving it away from the VC left, Do not force the connector, If the connector does not easily release from the VC the lock is still engaged

    

    

65. Remove LH front seat harness clips from LH footwell support bracket
    Remarque

    2x retaining clips

    

    

66. Release LH front seat harness from LH front sill panel harness bracket
    Remarque

    5x clips

    

67. Pull LH front seat harness from under LH front cabin carpet

    

68. Remove LH front seat from vehicle
    Remarque

    Recommend assistance, Assistant should be ready to support seat back, Caution not to damage any trim

    

    

69. Disconnect RH front seat harness from VC right
    Remarque

    1x electrical connector, Release the lock by squeezing the release tab, Then fully disengage the lock by moving it away from the VC right, Do not force the connector, If the connector does not easily release from the VC the lock is still engaged

    

    

70. Remove RH front seat harness from RH footwell support bracket
    Remarque

    2x retaining clips

    

    

71. Release RH front seat harness from lower A 12V bracket
    Remarque

    5x clips

    

72. Pull RH front seat harness from under RH front cabin carpet

    

73. Remove RH front seat from vehicle
    Remarque

    Recommend assistance, Assistant should be ready to support seat back, Caution not to damage any trim

    

    

74. Remove console lower rear panel
    Remarque

    6x tabs

    

    

    

75. Remove LH center console carpet covers
    Remarque

    2x covers, Use trim tool starting at top edge to release upper clips, then pull bottom to release remaining clips, Use caution and pull panel straight away from console, if panel is peeled off it could be damaged

    

    

76. Remove LH exterior hardware from center console
    Remarque

    3x bolt, 10mm, 7 Nm

    

77. Remove RH center console side panel carpets
    Remarque

    2x covers, Use trim tool starting at top edge to release upper clips, Pull bottom to release remaining clips, Use caution and pull panel straight away from console, if panel is peeled off it could be damaged

    

    

78. Remove RH exterior hardware from center console
    Remarque

    3x bolts, 10mm, 7 Nm

    

79. Disconnect harness from rear of center console
    Remarque

    1x connector

    

    

80. Disconnect USB harness at right front of center console
    Remarque

    1x USB connector

    

81. Remove center console from vehicle
    Remarque

    Recommend assistance, Tilt rear of console upward, pull assembly towards rear of vehicle, then tilt front of console upward and remove through passenger side

    

82. Release LH upper B pillar assembly and move aside
    Remarque

    4x tabs, 5x retainers, Unhook retainers from body while pulling the bottom of the upper B pillar, then pull the top to release the remaining clips

    

    

83. Remove clip securing LH lower B-pillar to body
    Remarque

    1x push clip, Clip secures lower B-pillar and rear cabin carpet to body

    

84. Remove LH lower B pillar assembly
    Remarque

    6x clips, Pull the top of B pillar to release top clips then work your way to bottom clips

    

    

    

85. Release clips securing RH upper B-pillar assembly and move aside
    Remarque

    4x tabs, 5x retainers, Unhook retainers from body while pulling the bottom of the upper B pillar, then pull the top to release the remaining clips

    

    

86. Remove clip securing RH lower B-pillar to body
    Remarque

    1x push clip, Clip secures lower B-pillar and rear cabin carpet to body

    

87. Remove RH lower B-pillar assembly
    Remarque

    6x clips, Pull the top of B-pillar to release top clips then work your way to bottom clips

    

    

    

88. Remove rear floormat

    

89. Disconnect emergency speaker connector from footwell
    Remarque

    RH front carpet assembly has footwell attached, be cautious when pulling carpet away to avoid damaging harness.

    

    

90. Remove clips securing RH front carpet onto vehicle
    Remarque

    2x push clips

    

91. Remove RH front cabin carpet assembly from vehicle
    Remarque

    Once clips are removed, Lift up rear edge of carpet then slide out towards rear of vehicle, be cautious when pulling to avoid foam catching on seat risers

    

92. Remove LH upper A-pillar trim
    Remarque

    3x clips, Pull inside of the upper portion of upper A-pillar, Depress 2x tabs to remove tether from body side, Then pull upper A-pillar upward to remove

    

    

    

    

93. Remove LH sun visor bracket cover
    Remarque

    4x clips, Extending the sun visor may allow for extra working room

    

    

94. Unfasten LH sun visor
    Remarque

    1x fastener, Torx T25

    

95. Remove LH sun visor from headliner area
    Remarque

    1x connector, Hinge sun visor downward and away from headliner, Disconnect sun visor harness

    

    

96. Remove RH upper A-pillar trim
    Remarque

    3x clips, Pull inside of the upper portion of upper A-pillar, Remove 3x tether hooks by twisting and pulling away from housing, Then pull upper A-pillar upward to remove

    

    

    

    

97. Remove RH sun visor bracket cover
    Remarque

    4x clips, Extending the sun visor may allow for extra working room

    

    

98. Unfasten RH sun visor
    Remarque

    1x fastener, Torx T25

    

99. Remove RH sun visor from headliner area
    Remarque

    1x connector, Hinge sun visor downward and away from headliner, Disconnect sun visor harness

    

    

100. Remove lower quad camera cover
     Remarque

     4x tabs, Squeeze on both sides of the cover and pull downward away from mirror

     

     

101. Remove tether from lower quad camera cover
     Remarque

     1x hook, Guide hook through anchor on quad cam cover

     

102. Disconnect rear view mirror connector
     Remarque

     1x connector

     

     

103. Remove rear view mirror
     Remarque

     Turn mirror counterclockwise to remove, Do not twist by holding the mirror itself, ball joint will de-couple, Twist from the stalk connecting the mirror to the mount

     

     

104. Push open LH coat hook

     

     

105. Open LH coat hook screw cover
     Remarque

     1x locking tab

     

106. Remove LH coat hook screw

     1x screw, T20, 1.0 Nm

     

107. Push open RH coat hook

110. Release headliner from body
     Remarque

     3x clips, 3 location pins, 2x magnets, 2x interlocking clips, recommend assistance, Headliner will be partially supported by safety tethers at B-pillars and 2x tether clips at rear corners

     

     

     

     

111. Disconnect LH MIMO antenna
     Remarque

     1x connector, Release red locking tab

     

112. Disconnect RH MIMO antenna
     Remarque

     1x connector, Release red locking tab

     

113. Release clips securing MIMO harness
     Remarque

     3x clips

     

     

     

     

     

     

114. Disconnect coax and connectors from harness guide at RH lower A-pillar area
     Remarque

     3x connectors, Disengage red lock tab and press to release

     

115. Disconnect HV connector from RH body harness assembly
     Remarque

     1x connector, disengage red lock tab

     

116. Disconnect J2 body connector
     Remarque

     1x connector, Release lock then remove

     

     

117. Disconnect J5 body 4 connector
     Remarque

     1x connector, Press tab to release

     

     

118. Disconnect J4 body connector
     Remarque

     1x connector, Release lock then remove

     

     

119. Disconnect J7 door connector
     Remarque

     1x connector, Release lock then remove

     

     

120. Disconnect J10 dash connector
     Remarque

     1x connector

     

     

121. Disconnect J11 connector
     Remarque

     1x connector, press tab to release

     

     

122. Disconnect connector under J10 and J11
     Remarque

     1x connector, Disengage red tab

     

123. Release harness connectors on LH side of car computer
     Remarque

     5x connectors, release locking tab, then press tab to remove connector body

     

124. Release harness guide clips from RH front cabin for car computer
     Remarque

     2x clips

     

125. Release connectors from RH side of car computer
     Remarque

     x connectors

     

126. Disconnect airbag from RH side
     Remarque

     4x fasteners, E10, 1x connector, Pull side tabs simultaneously to avoid damage to connector

     

     

     

127. Remove harness clips from RH A-pillar area
     Remarque

     3x clips

     

128. Disconnect LH harness from RH body Harness
     Remarque

     2x connectors,1x clip,Release red locking tabs

     

     

129. Release clips securing for RH body harness from below RH front seat
     Remarque

     3x retainer tabs, Press lateral retainers in with trim tool to avoid damaging assembly when removing, press middle retainer to release fully

     

     

     

     

     

130. Disconnect the RH body harness connectors around lower B-pillar area
     Remarque

     4x connectors, RH rear door harness, acceleration sensor, and RH seat belt, disengage red tabs, pull orange tabs simultaneously to release the airbag connector

     

131. Remove the RH body harness clips from B-pillar area
     Remarque

     6x clips

     

132. Remove LH B-pillar applique from body
     Remarque

     2x clips, 2x connectors, Pull straight outwards to release from B-Pillar, disconnect camera connector then remove from vehicle, Use caution not to damage the connectors

     

     

133. Remove the RH body harness ground strap around lower B-pillar
     Remarque

     1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm

     

134. Disconnect HVC logic connector and install logic cap
     Remarque

     1x connector, 1x cap, Release locking tab then push the handle downward to release connector

     

     

135. Remove positive 12V output cover from PCS cable
     Remarque

     1x cover

     

136. Release positive 12V output from PCS cable and move cable aside
     Remarque

     1x nut, 13mm, 15 Nm, Discard nut after removal

     

137. Remove the RH body harness clips around the upper C-pillar area
     Remarque

     5x clips

     

     

     

     

     

138. Disconnect RH 2nd row retractor connector
     Remarque

     1x connector, pull orange tabs simultaneously to release the connector

     

139. Disconnect the RH body harness connectors around upper C-pillar area
     Remarque

     4x connectors,4x clips, For airbag pull orange tabs simultaneously to release the connector.

     

     

140. Disconnect harness from rear TCU
     Remarque

     2x connectors, 2x fasteners, 13mm, unlock tabs before disengaging

     

     

141. Disconnect audio amplifier
     Remarque

     3x connectors, 1x clip

     

142. Disconnect subwoofer assembly
     Remarque

     1x connector

     

143. Release clips securing RH body harness from RH side trunk bulkhead
     Remarque

     2x clips

     

144. Remove the RH body harness ground strap
     Remarque

     1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm

     

145. Remove LH liftgate stop
     Remarque

     1x liftgate stop, Pull up to remove

     

     

146. Remove bolt securing LH corner of rear fascia to body
     Remarque

     1x bolt, 10mm, 4 Nm

     

147. Remove RH liftgate stop
     Remarque

     1x liftgate stop, Pull up to remove

     

148. Remove bolt securing RH corner of rear fascia to body
     Remarque

     1x bolt, 10mm, 4 Nm

     

149. Release rear diffuser from vehicle
     Remarque

     6x clips, 6x bolts, 2x fasteners, 8mm, 10mm, Torx T20, 4 Nm

     

     

     

     

150. Remove LH rear fender garnish from vehicle
     Remarque

     12x clips, Release from center of garnish and work your way outward towards both ends

     

     

151. Remove bolts securing LH rear fascia to body
     Remarque

     2x bolts, 8mm, 10mm, 4 Nm

     

     

152. Remove RH rear fender garnish from vehicle
     Remarque

     14x clips,

     

     

153. Remove bolts securing RH rear fascia to body
     Remarque

     2x bolts, 8mm, 10mm, 4 Nm

     

     

154. Remove Fasteners securing rear diffuser to body
     Remarque

     2x fasteners, Torx T20

     

     

155. Release rear fascia from body
     Remarque

     Pull fascia away from vehicle to release fully

     

     

156. Remove rear body harness from rear fascia center bracket
     Remarque

     1x clips, 1x connector

     

157. Disconnect and disengage connectors under rear of vehicle.
     Remarque

     2x connectors

     

158. Push grommet through RH side trunk bulkhead and feed harness through
     Remarque

     1x grommet

     

159. Remove the RH body harness from vehicle

     

160. Position the RH body harness to vehicle for installation

     

161. Install grommet to RH side trunk bulkhead
     Remarque

     1x grommet

     

162. Connect the RH body harness from rear subframe and RH rear EPB connector
     Remarque

     2x connectors

     

163. Connect and install rear fascia onto vehicle
     Remarque

     1x connector, Engage red locking tab, Recommend assistance, Verify lower portion aligns with rear diffuser.

     

     

     

     

     

164. Install fasteners securing rear diffuser to body
     Remarque

     2x fasteners, Torx T20

     

     

165. Install bolt securing RH rear fascia to body
     Remarque

     1x bolt, 8mm, 4 Nm

     

     

166. Install RH rear fender garnish
     Remarque

     12x clips, Install end of garnish into rocker panel, push all tclips in

     

     

     

167. Install bolt securing LH rear fascia to body
     Remarque

     1x bolt, 8mm, 4 Nm

     

     

168. Install LH rear fender garnsih
     Remarque

     12x clips, Install end of garnish into rocker panel, push clips in

     

     

     

169. Apply Loctite 222 onto rear diffuser bolts and secure rear fascia to rear diffuser
     Remarque

     6x bolts, 10mm, 8mm, 4 Nm

     

     

     

     

170. Install bolt securing RH corner of rear fascia
     Remarque

     1x bolt, 10mm, 4 Nm

     

171. Install RH liftgate stop
     Remarque

     1x liftgate stop, Align tab and push down to secure

     

172. Install bolt securing LH corner of rear fascia
     Remarque

     1x bolt, 10mm, 4 Nm

     

173. Install LH liftgate stop
     Remarque

     1x liftgate stop, Align tab and push down to secure

     

174. Connect subwoofer assembly

     

175. Connect audio amplifier
     Remarque

     3x connectors, 1x clip

     

176. Install the RH body harness ground strap
     Remarque

     1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm

     

177. Install securing clips RH body harness on RH side trunk bulkhead
     Remarque

     2x clips

     

178. Connect LH harness to rear TCU
     Remarque

     2x connectors, 2x fasteners, 13mm, Lock tabs once engaged

     

     

179. Install the RH body harness connectors around upper C-pillar area
     Remarque

     4x connectors,4x clips

     

     

180. Install RH 2nd row retractor connector
     Remarque

     1x connector, 2 stage locking connector, Engage the red locking tab when the connector is fully seated

     

181. Install the RH body harness clips around the upper C-pillar area
     Remarque

     5x clips

     

     

182. Install positive 12V output to PCS
     Remarque

     1x nut, 13mm, 9 Nm, Install new nut, Mark the nut after torque, Make sure rubber boot is not pinched between cable terminal and pass through

     

183. Install positive 12V output cover
     Remarque

     1x cover

     

184. Remove logic cap and connect HVC logic connector
     Remarque

     1x connector, 1x cap, Align connector then pull the handle to locking position get connector fully seated

     

     

185. Install the RH body harness ground strap around lower B-pillar
     Remarque

     1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm

     

186. Connect camera connector then install RH B-pillar applique to vehicle
     Remarque

     2x connectors, 1x fir tree clip, 2x clips, Align B-Pillar applique into position and secure clips into body, Use caution not to damage the connectors

     

     

187. Install the RH body harness clips from B-pillar area
     Remarque

     6x clips

     

188. Connect the RH body harness connectors around lower B-pillar area
     Remarque

     4x connectors

     

189. Install securing clips RH body Harness below RH front seat
     Remarque

     3x clips

     

     

     

190. Connect LH harness to RH body Harness
     Remarque

     2x connector,1x clip,Engage locking tabs

     

     

191. Install connector from RH side of car computer
     Remarque

     2x connector

     

192. Install the car computer harness guide clips in the RH front cabin
     Remarque

     2x clips

     

193. Secure harness guide clip
     Remarque

     1x harness clip

     

194. Install harness connectors on LH side of car computer
     Remarque

     5x connectors, Engage locking tabs

     

195. Install clips securing MIMO harness
     Remarque

     8x clips, Maneuver assembly through RH side of dashboard and position onto A-pillar

     

     

     

     

     

     

196. Reconnect HV to RH body harness assembly
     Remarque

     1x connector

     

197. Connect J11 HVAC connector
     Remarque

     1x connector

     

     

198. Connect J10 dash connector
     Remarque

     1x connector

     

     

199. Connect J7 door connector
     Remarque

     1x connector, Fully seat connector then engage lock

     

     

200. Secure connector undre j10 and j11 to RH controller

     Secure red tab

     

201. Connect J5 body connector
     Remarque

     1x connector, Fully seat connector then engage lock

     

     

202. Connect J12 body connector

290. Connect first responder loop and battery

     2x connectors, engage locking tabs, Connect FRL first before connecting 12V to avoid damage to car computer

     

     

291. Install rear apron

     14x clips, Hold rear wall of frunk to keep from flexing while engaging front clips

     Slide the linkage into quick fix, an audible click will be heard, Verify there are no twists in the webbing from the upper trim to quick fix, Perform a firm pull test to confirm pretensioner is engaged

     

297. Install LH front seat rear fasteners

     2x patch bolts, TP45, 33.5 Nm, Install new patch bolts
