ECU - Charge Port (7-Seat) (Remove and Replace)

Retirer

  1. Open all four doors and lower all windows.
  2. Open the hood via the touchscreen.
  3. Move the 1st row LH and RH seats forward.

    Adjust the seat back to avoid contact with the headliner if needed.
  4. Open the liftgate.
  5. Press the shoulder switch and push the 2nd row seats forward to position the seats into the easy entry mode.
  6. Power off the vehicle from center display

    On the touchscreen, touch Controls > Safety > Power Off > Power Off.
  7. Remove the HEPA filter. See HEPA Filter Assembly (Remove and Replace).
  8. Remove the 3rd row seat cushion. See Seat Cushion - 3rd Row (7-Seat) (Remove and Replace).
  9. Press the front switch at the LH trunk trim panel to release the 3rd row LH seat backrest.
  10. Press the rear switch at the LH trunk trim panel to release the 3rd row RH seat backrest.
  11. Disconnect the LV power. See LV Power (Disconnect and Connect) (Modify).
  12. Remove the rear load floor.
  13. Remove the LH lower C-pillar trim. See GUID-68DD2EB2-3EAB-4F2E-9BD3-3ADA6B92CAA3.html.
  14. Remove the LH trunk pocket bracket. See Support de poche - gauche (7 places) (retrait et remplacement).
  15. Release the remaining clips, and then remove the LH 7s trunk side trim.

  16. Release the LH trunk side trim and disconnect the 12V outlet connector.

  17. Disconnect the charge port ECU connectors (x3).
  18. Remove the bolt that attaches the charge port ECU to the vehicle, and then slide the charge port ECU to the right, and then remove the charge port ECU from the vehicle.

Installer

  1. Install the charge port ECU by sliding it into the slots (x2) of the vehicle body, and then install the bolt that attaches the charge port ECU to the vehicle.

  2. Connect the charge port ECU connectors (x3).
  3. Position the LH trunk side trim and install the lower clips.

    Start by tucking the lower portion of the trunk side trim around the edge of the 3rd row LH backrest so it slides in and seats properly. Guide the front clip stanchions around the LH C-pillar.
  4. Install the LH trunk side trim.

    Make sure the trunk seal is properly seated against the edge of the trim.
  5. Install the LH trunk pocket bracket. See Support de poche - gauche (7 places) (retrait et remplacement).
  6. Connect the LV power. See LV Power (Disconnect and Connect) (Modify).
  7. Install the 3rd row seat cushion. See Seat Cushion - 3rd Row (7-Seat) (Remove and Replace).
  8. Move the 1st row and 2nd row seats back to their original positions.
  9. Install the LH lower C-pillar trim. See GUID-68DD2EB2-3EAB-4F2E-9BD3-3ADA6B92CAA3.html.
  10. Raise the 3rd row RH seat backrest to its original position.

    Manually raise the backrest up to its original position until it locks into place.
  11. Raise the 3rd row LH seat backrest to its original position.

  12. Install the rear load floor.
  13. Close the liftgate.
  14. Reinstall the vehicle firmware. See Réinstallation du logiciel – Écran tactile.
  15. Raise all windows and close all doors.
