  1. Raise and support the vehicle. See Soulever le véhicule - pont élévateur à 2 poteaux.
  2. Open LH front door
  3. Lower LH front window
  4. Exécutez la routine ODIN PROC_ICE_X_ENTER-SERVICE-MODEvia Toolbox:(link)
  5. Unlock the vehicle gateway. See Passerelle (déverrouiller).
  6. Access thermal system routines via UI

    Select Service mode > Thermal
  7. Perform "Start Thermal Fill/Drain (Coolant Only)" through Service UI

    Select Thermal > Coolant System > Coolant Fill/Drain, click Run, close once routine is completed, Thermal Fill Drain routine has a 5 hour time limit, After 5 hours routine must be performed again
  8. Disconnect LV power. See LV Power (Disconnect and Connect) (Modify).
  9. Remove the front aero shield. See Aero Shield - Front (Remove and Replace).
  10. Remove clips secure LH wheel liner to front fascia and valance

  11. Remove clips secure RH wheel liner to front fascia and valance

  12. Remove both side bolts securing valance to fascia

    2x bolts, T40, 2.5Nm
  13. Secure RH front wheel liner aside

    1x bungee strap, Secure to subframe
  14. Position coolant drain container underneath RH front of HV battery
  15. Attach hose extension to coolant drain hose for extra length
  16. Attach the powertrain (PT) flush fitting adapter to coolant cart pressure hose
  17. Disconnect PT return hose

    1x spring clip, Plug coolant connections as needed, Loss of coolant greater than 1L requires coolant vacuum fill
  18. Attach PT drain fitting adapter to male PT return hose
  19. Disconnect PT supply hose

  20. Attach PT flush fitting adapter to female side of PT supply hose

    1x spring clip, Perform push-pull test to verify adapter is fully engaged
  21. Attach PT drain fitting adapter to coolant pressure tester cart

    The regulator valve is pre-set to 20 psi, When valve is set to horizontal position it is fully closed, Verify valve is in closed position
  22. Attach compressed air line to coolant pressure tester

  23. Open valve on PT drain fitting adapter

    When valve is in the vertical position it is fully open
  24. Slowly open valve on pressure regulator and allow coolant to drain out of PT return hose

    Open valve very slowly, If opened too quickly, pressure relief valve on superbottle cap may open, Also superbottle cap may make humming noise, If so, pressure is too high and should be lowered by adjusting the valve
  25. Close valve on pressure regulator

    Turn valve knob horizontal when coolant is no longer visibly draining
  26. Remove PT flush fitting adapter from female side of PT supply hose

  27. Remove plugs then connect PT supply hose

    1x clips, 1x plugs, Perform push-pull-push test to make sure hose is fully engaged. Loss of coolant greater than 1L requires coolant vacuum fill
  28. Disconnect PT flush fitting adapter from female side of PT return tube

  29. Remove PT drain fitting adapter from male side of PT return hose

    1x spring clip, Plug the PT return hose
  30. Remove plugs then connect PT return tube

  31. Remove PT drain fitting adapter from cart drain hose
  32. Remove coolant drain container from underneath vehicle
  33. Release RH front wheel liner

  34. Install bolt securing RH front wheel liner to skid plate

    1x bolt, 10mm, 5 Nm
  35. Install clip securing RH wheel liner to body

  36. Install the front aero shield. See Aero Shield - Front (Remove and Replace).
  37. Perform a coolant vacuum refill. See Cooling System - Vacuum Refill (Test/Adjust).
  38. Connect LV power. See LV Power (Disconnect and Connect) (Modify).
  39. Access thermal system routines via UI

  43. Inspect coolant level and top off as necessary

  46. Install HEPA filter assembly

    2x bolts, 10mm, 10 Nm, Pivot forward edge down past frunk assembly, Then carefully move rear edge past brake reservoir and into position, Gently press on RH side of filter to seat seal onto duct
  47. Install rear apron

    16x trim clips, 3x locator pins, 2x clips, Replace any missing or damaged clips, Ensure pyrotechnic hood actuators are aligned with openings in apron
  48. Close hood
  49. Raise LH front window
