Inspection Details

  1. Remove the rear aero shield. SeeVerkleidung – Windabweiser – Hinten (Ausbauen und Ersetzen) .
  2. Remove the bolt and tabs (x2) that attach the LH rear suspension cover, and then remove the cover.
  3. Remove the bolt and tabs (x2) that attach the RH rear suspension cover, and then remove the cover.
  4. Inspect the LH rear stabilizer bar ball joints.

  5. Inspect the RH rear stabilizer ball joints.

  22. Install the rear aero shield. See Verkleidung – Windabweiser – Hinten (Ausbauen und Ersetzen) .
  23. Partially lower the vehicle.
  24. Inspect the suspension link play on the RH and LH rear wheels.
