Ausbauen

  1. Remove the front fascia. See Stoßfänger – Vorn (Ausbauen und Einbauen).
  2. Remove the bolts (x4) that attach the upper leg support to the front end carrier.

  3. Remove the tabs (x2) that attach the upper leg support to the front end carrier, and then remove the front bumper carrier upper leg support from the vehicle.

    The mounting tabs (x2) need to be lifted out of the FEM for removal.

Montieren

  1. Install the front bumper carrier upper leg support to the front end carrier.

    Engage the mounting tabs (x2) properly when installing.
  2. Install the bolts (x4) that attach the upper leg support to the front end carrier.
    8 Nm (5.9 lbs-ft)
