1. Open all four doors
2. Lower all four windows
3. Open liftgate

6. Remove LH upper A-pillar trim

   3x clips, Pull inside of the upper portion of upper A-pillar, Depress 2x tabs to remove tether from body side, Then pull upper A-pillar upward to remove

   

   

   

   

7. Remove clip securing LH lower A-pillar trim

8. Remove LH lower A-pillar trim

   6x clips, 2 guide tabs, Pull rear of lower A-pillar upward to release clip then pull rearward to release trim panel

   

9. Remove LH sun visor bracket cover

10. Remove LH sun visor fastener

11. Remove LH sun visor from headliner area

12. Disconnect LH sun visor connector

22. Remove 2nd row seat cushion

25. Push open LH coat hook

54. Release LH rear headliner tether from roof clip

56. Remove rear headliner from vehicle

59. Separate new headliner into front and rear

    10x screws, T20, 1.0 Nm

    Tipp: Die Versandtasche für den Dachhimmel kann als „dritte Hand“ für die Montage dienen.

    1. Legen Sie die Versandtasche flach mit der Öffnung zu sich hin ab.
    2. Schneiden Sie mit einer Schere die Ober- und die Unterseite der Tasche mittig auf, bis ca. 30 cm (12 Zoll) übrig bleiben. Die Tasche sieht nun wie eine Hose aus.
    3. Öffnen Sie die Vorder-/Hecktür des Fahrzeugs (je nach Anwendung), legen Sie die Tasche auf das Fahrzeugdach, und führen Sie die „Beine“ der Tasche durch beide Türöffnungen in den Innenraum.
    4. Knoten Sie die Enden der Beine zusammen, um eine sehr lockere Schlaufe aus der Kabine heraus, über das Dach und zurück in die Kabine herzustellen. Wenn die Schlaufe zu fest ist, schneiden Sie die Tasche in der Mitte etwas weiter auf.
    5. Verwenden Sie diese Schlaufe, um den Dachhimmel bei der Montage abzustützen. Wenn die Schlaufe zu locker ist, binden Sie einen weiteren Knoten, um den Durchhang zu verringern.

65. Install headliner to body

66. Install headliner harness clips to A-pillar area

82. Reseat LH rear door seal

83. Install the RH upper B-pillar assembly

    4x clips, Lower the seat belt slider to align it with the B-pillar panel, Insert top portion of upper B-pillar under the headliner to align the clips, Press the bottom to fully seat upper B-pillar to lower B-pillar, Make sure the seal correctly overlaps the trim

    

    

    

84. Install RH rear sill trim

    5x clips, Rear edge is mated with groove in trunk side trim, Install rear edge of RH rear sill trim into trunk side trim and work your way forward securing clips

    

    

85. Reseat RH rear door seal

86. Install 2nd row seat cushion

    1x connector, Slide rear cushion rearward then align foam with seat rail, Make sure cushion is fully seated with push & pull test

    

    

    

87. Close liftgate

107. Select ‘Actions/Autodiag’ and search for ‘Service_Redeploy’
108. Select ‘UPDATE_CAN-REDEPLOYService CAN RedeployModelSX/tasks/UPDATE_CAN-REDEPLOY Gen3/tasks/UPDATE_CAN-REDEPLOYInfotainment Infotainmenthv / Procedures - ’, click ‘Run’, and allow routine to complete

109. Remove HSD or RJ45 cable from Ethernet port to disconnect Toolbox 3.0 from vehicle
110. Once firmware redeploy is complete, Verify on center display release notes are present
