Ausbauen

  1. Open all the doors and lower all the windows.
  2. Place the vehicle into Service Mode. See Service-Modus.
  3. Remove the ancillary bay cover. See Abdeckung – HV-Gehäuse (Strukturpack) (Ausbauen und Ersetzen).
  4. Entfernen Sie den Pyro-Batterietrennschalter. Siehe Pyrotechnischer Batterie-Trennschalter (Strukturpack) (Ausbauen und Einbauen).
  5. Release the locking tab, and then disconnect the AC filter harness connector.

    Release the locking tab by pulling upward. Use a plastic trim tool to help lift the connector.
  6. Release the clips (x2) that attach the AC filter harness to the tray.
  7. Disconnect the fast charge contactor connector.

    Push on both side of connector to release the tabs, and then pull upward to disconnect.
  8. Remove and discard the bolt that attaches the AC filter harness to the negative DC inlet busbar.

  10. Remove the HV battery AC filter harness from the ancillary bay.

Montieren

  1. Position the HV battery AC filter harness into the ancillary bay.
  2. Install a new bolt that attaches the AC filter harness to the positive DC inlet busbar.
    15 Nm (11.1 lbs-ft) -180 degrees
    5 Nm (3.7 lbs-ft) +60 degrees

    Tighten the bolt to 15 Nm, back off 180 degrees, then torque to 5 Nm +60 degrees.

  3. Install a new bolt that attaches the AC filter harness to the negative DC inlet busbar.

  4. Use a Hioki resistance meter to measure the resistance at the HV joint between the newly-installed AC filter harness and the positive DC inlet busbar.

    The resistance should be 150µΩ or less.

  6. Connect the fast charge contactor connector.
  7. Install the clips (x2) that attach the AC filter harness to the tray.
  8. Connect the PCS to fast charge contactor AC filter harness connector, and then engage the red locking tab.

    Make sure the connector is fully seated.
  9. Messen Sie die Spannung an den Befestigungspunkten des Pyro-Batterietrennschalters, und montieren Sie den Pyro-Batterietrennschalter. Siehe Pyrotechnischer Batterie-Trennschalter (Strukturpack) (Ausbauen und Einbauen).
  10. Install the ancillary bay cover. See Abdeckung – HV-Gehäuse (Strukturpack) (Ausbauen und Ersetzen).
  11. Exit Service Mode. See Service-Modus.
  12. Remove the vehicle from the lift. See Fahrzeug heben - Zweisäulenhebebühne.
  13. Raise all the windows and close all the doors.
