  1. Function check LH front door (exterior)

  2. Function check all windows from the master switch

  3. Function check LH rear door (exterior)

  6. Verify operation of all exterior lights

  7. Engage drive rails and activate windshield washer and wiper operation

  8. Function check horn
  9. Open hood

  17. Perform inspection of under hood area

    Perform inspection of vehicle under hood area, Check for signs of abnormal damage, wear, heavy rust, wiring damage, or impact damage, Pay attention to safety related component and note any items of significance
  18. Inspect brake fluid level
  19. Inspect coolant level and top off as necessary

  20. Fill washer reservoir with fluid
  21. Raise vehicle fully and lower lift onto locks

    Set vehicle to comfortable working height, Ensure an audible click of locks on both sides is heard before lowering, Vehicle may tilt to the side if both locks are not engaged
  22. Remove front aero shield

  26. Perform inspection of vehicle underside components front and rear

  27. Inspect underside of vehicle for fluid leaks

  29. Perform inspection of front suspension components

  30. Perform inspection of rear suspension components

  31. Inspect underside of battery for damage
  32. Check tire pressures

  33. Inspect condition of LH front tire

  34. Measure and record LH front tread depth

    Record at least 3 measurements: Inner, Middle, Outer, Add line to replace if under 5/32 inch tread remaining
  35. Perform visual inspection of LH front brake pads

    Perform visual inspection, Recommend replacement if 2mm or less, Check both inboard and outboard pads
  36. Inspect LH front brake rotor condition

  37. Inspect condition of LH rear tire

  38. Measure and record LH rear tread depth

    Look for evidence of brake hose(s) rubbing on surrounding components, Inspect hose connections for evidence of leaks, Verify hoses are routed properly and secured to retaining brackets
  50. Install rear aero shield

    16x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm, Apply Loctite 222 onto mid aero shield bolts and install fasteners securing mid aero shield to vehicle
  51. Position rear aero shield

  52. Secure front aero shield to vehicle

    Remarque
    9x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm, Apply Loctite 222 onto front aero shield bolts
  53. Install front aero shield

    5x push clips
  54. Lower vehicle fully

    Raise lift off locks, then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered
  55. Remove vehicle from lift

    Lower lift arms fully and remove them from under vehicle, Remove air suspension from "Jack Mode"
  56. Install frunk assembly

    4x bolts, 10mm, 5 Nm
  57. Install frunk carpet

    Remarque
    Verify carpet is properly seated under the seal
  58. Install frunk access panel

  59. Install front underhood apron

  64. Perform a road test using a series of ABS-active stops and ensure proper brake pedal feel and performance

    The vehicle must stop completely within 25 feet (7.6 meters) at 20 mph (32 kph), Confirm that no excessive vibration or noise is present
  65. Inspect vehicles alignment

    Confirm steering wheel is straight and no vibrations or noises are felt or heard from the suspension, On a flat road, at 35 mph (56 kph), the vehicle does not pull in either direction
