  1. Open the LH front door and lower the LH front window.
  2. Enable Service Mode. See Mode entretien (activer et désactiver).
  3. Unlock the vehicle gateway. See Passerelle (déverrouiller).
  4. Run the routine using Service Mode or Toolbox: PROC_VCFRONT_X_START-THERMAL-FILL-DRAINvia Service Mode:
    • Thermal ➜ Actions ➜ Start Thermal Fill/Drain
    • Thermal ➜ Coolant System ➜ Start Coolant Fill/Drain
    • Thermal ➜ Refrigerant System ➜ Start Refrigerant Fill/Drain
    via Service Mode Plus:
    • Drive Unit ➜ Front Drive Unit Replacement ➜ Start Coolant Fill/Drain
    • Drive Unit ➜ Rear Drive Unit Replacement ➜ Start Coolant Fill/Drain

  5. Raise and support the vehicle.
  6. Turn wheel fully to the right.
  7. Remove the underhood storage unit. See Unité de rangement sous le capot (retrait et installation).
  8. Remove the front fascia. See Ensemble de carénage - avant (retrait et installation).
  9. Remove the cooling fan assembly. See Module - ventilateur de refroidissement (retirez et remplacez).
  10. Release the locking clips guides, and remove the 12mm radiator.
    Remarque
    Do not pry on the radiator to prevent damage.
  11. Use a vacuum to clean debris from both sides of the radiator.
    Remarque
    Do not damage fins of radiator.
  12. Use a blow gun to clean both sides of the radiator with compressed air.
    Remarque
    Do not damage fins of radiator.
  13. Release the locking clips (x4) and remove the 21mm radiator.
    Remarque
    Release one clip at a time.
  14. Use a vacuum to clean debris from both sides of the radiator.
    Remarque
    Do not damage fins of radiator.
  15. Use a blow gun to clean the radiator with compressed air.
    Remarque
    Do not damage fins of radiator.
  16. Secure the locking clips (x4) and install the 21mm radiator.
    Remarque
    Position then secure clips.
  17. Secure the locking clips (x2) and guides (x2) to install the 12mm radiator.
    Remarque
    Guide in then secure clips.
  18. Install the cooling fan assembly. See Module - ventilateur de refroidissement (retirez et remplacez).
  19. Install the front fascia. See Ensemble de carénage - avant (retrait et installation).
  20. Perform a cooling system vacuum refill. See Système de refroidissement (remplissage sous vide).
  21. Install the underhood storage unit. See Unité de rangement sous le capot (retrait et installation).
  22. Turn steering wheel back to center.
  23. Connect a laptop with Toolbox 3 to the vehicle. See Toolbox (connecter et déconnecter).
  24. Run the routine PROC_VC_X_RESET-RADIATOR-UA-INDEXvia Toolbox:(link)
    Remarque
    Perform this step for firmware versions develop/2026.14.3 and later.

  26. Disconnect Toolbox and remove the laptop from the vehicle.
  27. Exit Service Mode Plus. See Mode Entretien Plus.
  28. Raise the LH front window and close the LH front door.
  29. Remove the vehicle from the lift.
