Retirer

  1. Move the vehicle to a 2 post lift. See Soulever le véhicule - pont élévateur à 2 poteaux.
  2. Connect a laptop with Toolbox 3 to the vehicle. See Toolbox 3.0 (connecter et déconnecter).
  3. Release the electronic parking brake. See Étrier de frein de stationnement – dégagement.
  4. Disconnect the laptop with Toolbox 3 from the vehicle. See Toolbox 3.0 (connecter et déconnecter).
  5. Remove the rear underhood apron. See Tablier sous le capot - arrière (retirez et remplacez).
  6. Déconnectez l’alimentation basse tension. Voir Alimentation 12 BT (déconnecter et connecter).
  7. Set the high voltage multimeter to DC voltage, lightly touch the probes to the auxiliary battery connector contacts, and verify that the multimeter displays a voltage.

    Remarque
    Battery voltage is typically 14.5 to 15.5 volts.
  8. Remove the rear wheels. See Ensemble de roue (retrait et installation).
  9. Remove the mid aero shield panel. See Panneau - écran aérodynamique - central (retirez et remplacez).
  10. Effectuez la procédure de désactivation HT du véhicule. Voir Procédure de désactivation HT du véhicule.
  11. Remove the leather glove protectors and HV insulating gloves.
  12. Remove the rear fascia diffuser. See .
  13. Remove the LH and RH rear wheel arch liners. See Doublure d’aile - arrière - gauche (retirez et remplacez).
  14. Remove the nut that attaches the rear drive unit ground strap to the body stud, and then remove the ground strap from the stud.
  15. Remove the rear subframe assembly. See Châssis auxiliaire – arrière (dépose et pose).
  16. Place a coolant catcher under LH side of the subframe fixture assembly.
  17. Position a foldable funnel to guide coolant from the rear drive unit inverter inlet to the coolant catcher.
  18. Release the clip, disconnect the rear drive unit inverter inlet hose from the rear drive unit inverter, and then immediately plug the fittings.
  19. Remove the clips (x2) that attach the rear drive unit inverter inlet hose to the rear subframe assembly, and then remove the hose from the subframe assembly.

Installer

  1. Install the rear drive unit inverter inlet hose to the rear subframe assembly, and then fasten the clips (x2) that attach the hose to the subframe assembly.
  2. Remove the plugs from the fittings, immediately connect the rear drive unit inverter inlet hose to the rear drive unit inverter, fasten the clip, and then perform a Push-Pull-Push check of the fitting.
  3. Remove the foldable funnel, and the coolant catcher from under the subframe fixture assembly.
  4. Install the rear subframe assembly. See Châssis auxiliaire – arrière (dépose et pose).
  5. Install the rear drive unit ground strap to the body stud, and then install the nut that attaches the ground strap to the stud.
    10 Nm (7.4 lbs-ft)
  6. Install the LH and RH rear wheel arch liners. See Doublure d’aile - arrière - gauche (retirez et remplacez).
  7. Install the rear fascia diffuser. See .
  8. Install the mid aero shield panel. See Panneau - écran aérodynamique - central (retirez et remplacez).
  9. Install the rear wheels. See Ensemble de roue (retrait et installation).
  10. Branchez l'alimentation BT. Voir Alimentation 12 BT (déconnecter et connecter).
  11. Engage the electronic parking brake. See Étrier de frein de stationnement – dégagement.
  12. Connect a laptop with Toolbox 3 to the vehicle. See Toolbox 3.0 (connecter et déconnecter).
  13. Perform a cooling system air purge. See Système de refroidissement (remplissage partiel et purge).
  14. Disconnect the laptop with Toolbox 3 from the vehicle. See Toolbox 3.0 (connecter et déconnecter).
  15. Install the rear underhood apron. See Tablier sous le capot - arrière (retirez et remplacez).
  16. Remove the vehicle from the 2 post lift. See Soulever le véhicule - pont élévateur à 2 poteaux.
  17. Perform a four wheel alignment check, and adjust if necessary. See .
