Overlay
- Open both front doors and lower both front windows.
- Remove the wiper module. See Module d’essuie-glace (retirez et remplacez).

Remove RH mid A-pillar trim
Remarque1x clip, 2x tabs

Remove RH lower A-pillar trim
Remarque7x clips, Partially release seal if needed

Remove RH footwell cover
Remarque3x magnets, 1x connector, 4x datums

Move RH front seat backward
-
Remove RH front floor mat
-
Remove RH console side carpet
Remarque11x clips

Fold RH front cabin carpet aside for access
RemarqueCaution not to damage styrofoam of carpet

Release harness from RH footrest panel
Remarque1x clip

Remove RH footrest panel
Remarque2x bolts, 10mm, 5 Nm, 1x nut, 10mm, 5 Nm

Disconnect brown fakra connection from car computer
Remarque1x connector, X836

Raise and support vehicle
RemarquePrepare to raise vehicle, Set air suspension to "Jack Mode", Position lift arm pads on vehicle jack pads

Remove RH front wheel cap
RemarqueLift every other spoke at a time until cap is released from rim

Loosen RH front wheel
Remarque5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm

Raise vehicle partially and lower onto locks
RemarqueSet vehicle to comfortable working height, Make sure there's an audible click of the locks on both sides before lowering, otherwise vehicle may tilt to the side

Remove RH front wheel
Remarque5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm

Partially release rear portion of RH rear wheel liner
Remarque5x clips, 1x fan clip, Move liner aside

Disconnect RH front repeater
Remarque2x connectors

Release RH grommet from body
RemarqueWith a razor blade, carefully cut the electrical tape away exposing the rubber dust boot
-
Remove electrical tape securing harness bundle to rubber dust boot
-
Remove the connector from the coax cable
RemarqueUsing drag pin tool, Carefully lift down tab and simultaneously pull coax cable away from connector

Apply harness tape onto RH coax overlay cable before installation
RemarqueUse Anti-abrasion tape and wrap the entire length of the coax cable to protect the cable for damage when it is in the vehicle

Position RH coax overlay cable into place, Place through RH wheel liner and dust boot towards interior cabin
RemarqueOnce the coax is exposed on the other side of the dust boot carefully pull till you have roughly 12 inches of cable towards the interior of the vehicle

Pull RH coax overlay cable through bulkhead and into interior cabin
RemarquePull harness toward car over car computer

Position RH coax overlay cable onto harness, Secure cable onto car computer harness
Remarque3x zip-ties, Trim off excess material after harness has been secured

Secure coax overlay through RH wheel liner and frunk harness
Remarque4x zip-ties, Trim off excess material after harness has been secured

Depin the RH side coax cable (Terminal 1) from the connector X846
RemarqueVerify that you are removing the correct side ( 1 & 2, where 1 is the RH repeater and 2 is the LH repeater. ) Using MDLS drag pin tool set carefully lift the purple locking tab up and out of the connector housing

Remove the coax cable from the Connector X846
RemarqueUsing the drag pin tool carefully lift the hold down tab an simultaneously pull the coax away from the connector

Insert coax overlay terminal into connector X846

Insert the connector locking tab and reconnect X846 together
-
Connect brown fakra connection onto car computer

Cut off the vehicle side repeater coax terminal and tape to vehicle harness
RemarqueCut the coax connector only

Connect RH front repeater
Remarque2x connectors, Support repeater from exterior to prevent damage to retaining clips

Secure RH grommet onto body
RemarqueUse electrical tape to wrap the end of the dust boot

Secure rear portion of RH rear wheel liner
Remarque5x clips, 1x fan clip, Secure liner

Install RH front wheel
Remarque5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm, Start lug nuts by hand before using power tool

Lower vehicle until tires are touching ground
RemarqueRaise lift off locks, then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered

Torque RH front wheel
Remarque5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm

Install RH front wheel cap
RemarqueAlign valve stem with cap

Remove vehicle from lift
RemarqueLower lift arms fully and remove them from under vehicle, Remove air suspension from "Jack Mode"

Install RH footrest panel
Remarque2x bolts, 10mm, 5 Nm, 1x nut, 10mm, 5 Nm

Secure harness to RH footrest panel
Remarque1x clip

Fold RH main carpet back into place
RemarqueCaution not to damage styrofoam of carpet

Install RH console side carpet
Remarque11x clips

Install RH footwell cover
Remarque3x magnets, 4x datums, 1x connector

Install RH front floor mat

Install RH lower A-pillar trim
Remarque7x clips, Verify weather seal is seated properly

Install RH mid A-pillar trim
Remarque1x clip, 2x tabs, Verify weather seal is seated properly

Move RH front seat to original position
- Install the wiper module. See Module d’essuie-glace (retirez et remplacez).
- Unlock the vehicle gateway. See Passerelle (déverrouiller).

Reset DAS on UI
RemarqueSelect "Driver Assist" > "Cameras" > "Reset DAS", Ensure all cameras and reset DAS icon turn green on UI, If not you need to investigate further why a the particular DAS component is flagging red
- Exit Service Mode.
- Raise both front windows and close both front doors.
