1. Remove the LH front door window regulator assembly. See Window Regulator - Front Door - LH (Remove and Install).
2. Apply masking tape around the LH upper front door hinge

   

3. Use a floor jack to support the LH front door.Raise the jack until it contacts the door.
   Nota

   Place a folded microfiber towel or rubber pad between jack pad to protect the door.

   

4. Remove LH upper door hinge plate assemblyRemove the nuts (x2) that attach the LH upper front door hinge to the door , and then remove the door hinge stud plate from the door.
   Nota

   2x nuts, 10mm, 10Nm, 1x nut, 15mm, 38Nm

   

   

5. Install LH front upper door hinge plate and remove tape
   Nota

   2x nuts, 10mm, 10Nm, 1x nut, 15mm, 38Nm

   

   

6. Install LH front door closeout panel
   Nota

   12x bolts, 8mm, 4 Nm, 2x bolts, 10mm, 12 Nm

   

   

   

7. Secure LH front door harness onto close out panel
   Nota

   4x clips, 5x connectors

   

8. Install LH front door glass
   Nota

   2x bolts, 10mm, 12 Nm, Hand tight, Torque at a later step, Watch for slippage of glass off mount

   

9. Vuelva a conectar la alimentación de media tensión. Consulte Disconnect MV Power.
10. Check and adjust gap and flushness
    PRECAUCIÓN

    Glass is sitting higher than normal and will break if you close the door without adjusting glass height

    Connect external window switch to help with adjustment,

    

    

11. Torque fasteners for window regulator
    Nota

    2x bolts, 10mm, 13Nm

    

12. Install LH front door grommets
    Nota

    4x grommets

    

13. Replace LH front door trim clips
    Nota

    12x clips, Remove and discard clips

    

    

14. Install LH front door trim
    Nota

    14x clips, 1x connector, 1x manual release cable, Replace any missing or damaged clips

    

    

    

15. Install bolts securing LH front door trim
    Nota

    3x bolts, 8mm, 7 Nm

    

16. Replace LH front lower beltline assembly clips
    Nota

    6x clips, Remove and discard clips

    

    

17. Install LH front beltline assembly
    Nota

    18x clips, 2x connectors, Replace any missing or damaged clips

    

    

18. Close LH front door
19. Calibrate window
    Nota

    Press and hold down selected window for 15 seconds, Roll up window and hold for 15 seconds, Test window by hard pressing to see if auto roll function works
20. Check LH front door gap and flushness
