1. Open tailgate
   Nota

   Press button to release, Use manual release as necessary
2. Open tonneau cover
   Nota

   Press forward arrow on LH bed rail
3. Remove fastener covers from bed floor assembly
   Nota

   14x covers

   

   

   

   

   

4. Remove bed floor assembly
   Nota

   12x short bolts, 15mm, 56 Nm, 2x long bolts, 15mm, 46Nm, Lift front edge with trim tool then remove panel, Recommend assistance

   

   

   

   

5. Remove RH tonneau NVH barrier
   Nota

   Vehicles built before April 2024 will have 1-piece NVH cover, Vehicles built after April 2024 will have updated 1-piece NVH cover, Vehicles built after October 2024 will have 2-piece NVH cover, Maneuver around bed wall then remove

   

   

   

   

   

   

6. Remove fasteners securing LH tonneau NVH barrier
   Nota

   5x bolts, T25, 5 Nm, Vehicles built before April 2024 will have 1-piece NVH cover, 5x bolts, 8mm, 5 Nm, Vehicles built after April 2024 will have updated 1-piece NVH cover, 9x bolts, 4mm Allen, 5 Nm, Vehicles built after October 2024 will have 2-piece NVH cover

   

   

   

7. Remove LH tonneau NVH barrier
   Nota

   Vehicles built before April 2024 will have 1-piece NVH cover, Vehicles built after April 2024 will have updated 1-piece NVH cover, Vehicles built after October 2024 will have 2-piece NVH cover, Maneuver around bed wall then remove

   

   

   

   

   

   

8. Position LH tonneau NVH barrier
   Nota

   Vehicles built before April 2024 will have 1-piece NVH cover, Vehicles built after April 2024 will have updated 1-piece NVH cover, Vehicles built after October 2024 will have 2-piece NVH cover, Maneuver around bed wall then position

   

   

   

   

   

   

9. Install fasteners securing LH tonneau NVH barrier

   5x bolts, T25, 5 Nm, Vehicles built before April 2024 will have 1-piece NVH cover, 5x bolts, 8mm, 5 Nm, Vehicles built after April 2024 will have updated 1-piece NVH cover, 9x bolts, 4mm Allen, 5 Nm, Vehicles built after October 2024 will have 2-piece NVH cover

   

   

   

10. Position RH tonneau NVH barrier
    Nota

    Vehicles built before April 2024 will have 1-piece NVH cover, Vehicles built after April 2024 will have updated 1-piece NVH cover, Vehicles built after October 2024 will have 2-piece NVH cover, Maneuver around bed wall then position

    

    

    

    

    

    

11. Install fasteners securing RH tonneau NVH barrier

    6x bolts, T25, 5 Nm, Vehicles built before April 2024 will have 1-piece NVH cover, 5x bolts, 8mm, 5 Nm, Vehicles built after April 2024 will have updated 1-piece NVH cover, 9x bolts, 4mm Allen, 5 Nm, Vehicles built after October 2024 will have 2-piece NVH cover

    

    

    

12. Install bed floor assembly

    12x short bolts, 15mm, 56 Nm, 2x long bolts, 15mm, 46Nm, Recommend assistance

    

    

    

    

    

13. Install fastener covers onto bed floor assembly
