Open LH front door
NotaPush LH B-pillar door trigger to release
- Lower LH front window
-
Raise and support vehicle
NotaSet air suspension to "Jack Mode"

Remove LH front wheel cover
Nota6x tabs
-
Loosen LH front wheel nuts
Nota6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm
-
Raise vehicle fully
NotaSet to a comfortable working height, Lower to locks, Ensure locks engage on both sides to prevent tilting

Remove LH front wheel
Nota6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm

Place wheel and tire on tire machine and secure
Nota1x wheel clamp

Remove valve stem cap
Nota1x cap
-
Remove valve stem core
NotaExercise caution as tire rapidly deflates, wear appropriate PPE
-
Rotate wheel and tire so that upper roller is ~100mm in front of the valve stem
NotaFailure to properly position valve stem can result in TPMS damage

Break tire beads
NotaLubricate as required
-
Remove tire from wheel
NotaMake sure to position the TPMS sensor ahead of the tire machine arm

Remove wheel from tire changer
Nota1x clamp

Install valve stem
Nota1x rubber valve stem, Insert from underneath, Pull up with installation tool until seated, Tire shown removed for clarity

Install wheel onto tire changer
Nota1x clamp

Thoroughly lubricate both tire beads then position for installation
NotaMake sure to position the TPMS sensor opposite the tire machine arm, Ensure wheel cover design side of tire is facing outwards

Install tire to wheel
NotaUse caution to avoid damage to beads, Apply additional lubricant as required

Inflate the tire to seat beads
NotaDo not exceed the pressure indicated on the tire sidewall, Wear PPE, Ensure inside and outside beads are seated

Install valve core stem
NotaHand tight only, Do not overtighten
-
Remove wheel and tire from tire changer
Nota1x clamp

Install tire and wheel assembly onto balancer
Nota1x 6-lug wheel flange, Position wheel onto spindle shaft then secure wheel using flange, If 6-lug wheel flange unavailable use 216mm Blue Hunter centering cone adapter

Remove wheel weights
Nota1x tape weight, 1x hammer-on weight

Verify tire pressure is set
NotaSet to specification, Refer to "Tire and Loading Information" label located on driver side B-pillar, Install valve stem cap

Input wheel dimensions into balancer machine
NotaIf machine does not require manual input then skip this step
-
Perform road force wheel balance
NotaFollow machine instructions, Safety hood must be down to start balancing, Make sure load roller engages
-
Record road force wheel balance results
NotaIf road force is within limit then skip to install wheel weights, If road force is outside limit then proceed to force match

Perform tire and wheel force match
NotaMeasure run out then mark tire and rim for reference points, Use machine to determine points to match on tire and wheel

Remove tire and wheel assembly from balancer
Nota1x 6-lug wheel flange, Remove flange then remove wheel from spindle shaft

Install tire and wheel assembly onto tire machine
Nota1x wheel clamp, Position wheel onto wheel support then secure wheel using clamp

Remove valve stem cap
Nota1x cap
-
Remove valve stem core
NotaExercise caution as tire rapidly deflates, Wear appropriate PPE
-
Break tire beads
NotaUse lubrication around tire and wheel, Break top and bottom bead
-
Remove tire from wheel
NotaMake sure to position TPMS sensor ahead of tire machine arm
-
Install tire onto wheel matching previously marked points from balancer
NotaRotate tire to align with previously marked reference points
-
Inflate tire to seat beads
NotaRecommend assistance, Lift tire while inflating, Do not exceed pressure indicated on tire sidewall

Install valve stem core
NotaExercise caution as tire rapidly deflates, Wear appropriate PPE
-
Remove tire and wheel assembly from tire machine
Nota1x wheel clamp, Remove clamp then remove wheel from wheel support

Install tire and wheel assembly onto balancer
Nota1x 6-lug wheel flange, Position wheel onto spindle shaft then secure wheel using flange, If 6-lug wheel flange unavailable use 216mm Blue Hunter centering cone adapter

Nota1x tape weight, 1x hammer on weight, Place weights on positions indicated by balancer

Perform check spin
NotaFollow machine instructions, Safety hood must be down to start balancing, Make sure load roller engages

Remove tire and wheel assembly from balancer
Nota1x 6-lug wheel flange, Remove flange then remove wheel from spindle shaft

Install LH front wheel
Nota6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm
-
Lower vehicle until tires are touching the ground
NotaRaise lift off locks, then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered

Torque LH front wheel nuts
Nota6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm, Use star pattern
- Install wheel cover
-
Remove vehicle from lift
NotaLower rack arms fully and remove them from under vehicle, Remove air suspension from "Jack Mode"
- Perform indirect TPMS calibration (Placeholder)

Road test vehicle - need to drive over 20 MPH to complete TPMS learn
