Function check LH front door (exterior)
RemarqueInspect and note functionality for the door handle operation and full range of motion of the door, From outside look for interference with brightwork and door to body, Note noises such as creaks, groans and clicks, pauses or incomplete actions

Function check all windows from the master switch

Function check LH rear door (exterior)

Function check the exterior lights

Activate windshield washers and verify washer nozzle spray pattern

Function check horn

Check all emergency release cables and switches

Open hood

Remove underhood aprons
Remarque4x aprons, LH and RH aprons have 1x clip each, First remove rear apron, Then remove LH and RH aprons, Last remove front apron

Remove frunk carpet
Remarque2x connectors, Release the carpet from underneath the seal

Remove frunk assembly
Remarque10x bolts, 10mm, 4 Nm, 10x bolts, 10mm, 7 Nm

Remove HEPA filter housing
RemarqueLift up from bottom and pull out, *Note: There may or may not be a filter in housing based on vehicle configuration

Perform inspection of under hood area
RemarquePerform inspection of vehicle under hood area, Check for signs of abnormal damage, wear, heavy rust, wiring damage, or impact damage, Pay attention to safety related component and note any items of significance

Inspect brake fluid level

Inspect coolant level and top off as necessary
RemarqueEnsure coolant is filled using G-48 coolant

Raise vehicle fully and lower lift onto locks
RemarqueSet vehicle to comfortable working height, Ensure an audible click of locks on both sides is heard before lowering, Vehicle may tilt to the side if both locks are not engaged

Remove front aero shield
Remarque6x bolts, 10mm, 3 Nm, 14x clips

Remove rear aero shield
Remarque20x bolts, 10mm, 4 Nm, 2x push clips

Check tire pressures
Remarque4x tires, Set to specification if necessary

Measure and record LH front tread depth
RemarqueRecord at least 3 measurements: Inner, Middle, Outer

Measure and record LH front brake pad thickness

Inspect LH front brake rotor condition
RemarqueCheck for excessive rust or wear

Measure and record RH front tread depth
RemarqueRecord at least 3 measurements: Inner, Middle, Outer

Measure and record RH front brake pad thickness

Inspect RH front brake rotor condition
RemarqueCheck for excessive rust or wear

Measure and record LH rear tread depth
RemarqueRecord at least 3 measurements: Inner, Middle, Outer

Measure and record LH rear brake pad thickness

Inspect LH rear brake rotor condition

Inspect brake hose condition
RemarqueLook for evidence of brake hose(s) rubbing on surrounding components, Inspect hose connections for evidence of leaks, Verify hoses are routed properly and secured to retaining brackets

Perform inspection of vehicle underside components front and rear
RemarquePerform inspection of vehicle underside front and rear, Check for signs of abnormal damage, wear, heavy rust, wiring damage, or impact damage, Pay attention to safety related component and note any items of significance

Inspect underside of vehicle for coolant or brake fluid leaks

Perform inspection of steering components
RemarqueCheck steering gear joints, fasteners, and electrical connections, Verify components are not bent or damaged

Perform inspection of front suspension components
RemarqueCheck conditions of ball joints and bushings, etc, Inspect for any loose fasteners, Carefully apply pressure with a pry bar as needed

Perform inspection of rear suspension components
RemarqueCheck conditions of ball joints and bushings, etc, Inspect for any loose fasteners, Carefully apply pressure with a pry bar as needed

Inspect HV battery for damage
RemarqueCheck for dents, fluid leaks, or other signs of instability, If damage found then reach out to Service Engineering

Install rear aero shield
Remarque20x bolts, 10mm, 4 Nm, 2x push clips. Start bolts with cordless, torque with 1/4 torque wrench

Install front aero shield
Remarque6x bolts, 10mm, 3 Nm, 14x clips

Lower vehicle fully
RemarqueRaise lift off locks, then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered

Install HEPA filter housing
RemarqueAlign opening on back of housing to HEPA filter outlet duct opening, *Note: There may or may not be a filter in housing based on vehicle configuration

Install frunk assembly
Remarque10x bolts, 10mm, 4 Nm, 10x bolts, 10mm, 7 Nm, Hand start all bolts first then tighten with tools

Install frunk carpet
Remarque2x connectors, Make sure that the carpet is attached beneath the seal.

Install under hood aprons
Remarque4x aprons, First install front apron, Then install LH and RH aprons, Last install rear apron

Close hood
-
Perform a road test using a series of ABS-active stops and ensure proper brake pedal feel and performance
RemarqueThe vehicle must stop completely within 25 feet (7.6 meters) at 20 mph (32 kph), Confirm that no excessive vibration or noise is present

Inspect vehicles alignment
RemarqueConfirm steering wheel is straight and no vibrations or noises are felt or heard from the suspension, On a flat road, at 35 mph (56 kph), the vehicle does not pull in either direction
