1. Open all doors and liftgate
   Remarque

   Using MCU touchscreen > Controls > Trunk , touchscreen > Controls > Front doors
2. Move LH front seat forward
3. Move RH front seat forward
4. Open hood
   Remarque

   Using MCU touchscreen > Controls > Frunk Trunk
5. Remove underhood aprons
   Remarque

   4x aprons

   

6. Remove frunk carpet
   Remarque

   2x connectors

   

7. Remove underhood storage unit
   Remarque

   10x bolts, 10mm, 4 Nm, 10x bolts, 10mm, 7 Nm

   

   

   

8. Remove HEPA filter
   Remarque

   Lift up from bottom and pull out

   

9. Disconnect 12V negative terminal and First Responder Loop
   Remarque

   1x nut, 10mm, 5 Nm, 1x connector, Wait at least 2 minutes before disconnecting modules or HV components

   

   

10. Remove 2nd row floor mat
11. Fold down 60 seatback

    

12. Remove LH rear welcome plate
    Remarque

    8x clips

    

    

13. Remove LH rear door sill
    Remarque

    1x patch bolt, T25, 2.5 Nm, 2x clips

    

14. Tape the LH lower C-pillar area around the 2nd row seat side trim area

    

15. Remove front screw securing LH lower C-pillar
    Remarque

    1x screw, T25, 2.5 Nm, Discard patch bolt

    

16. Remove rear load floor

    

17. Remove flat trunk load floor panel

    

18. Remove gap hider

    

19. Remove LH trunk sill side trim
    Remarque

    4x clips

    

    

20. Remove screw securing LH C-pillar mid trim
    Remarque

    1x screw, T20, 2 Nm

    

21. Remove LH trunk side nub

    

22. Remove fasteners securing C-pillar lower panel to LH parcel shelf support
    Remarque

    2x screws, T20, 2 Nm

    

23. Remove LH small carpet piece
    Remarque

    (x1) clip

    

24. Remove RH trunk sill side trim
    Remarque

    4x clips

    

25. Remove RH mid C-pillar trim
    Remarque

    T20(x1)

    

26. Remove RH trunk side nub

    

27. Remove rear screws securing RH lower C-pillar *Do not fully remove trim
    Remarque

    T20(x2)

    

28. Fold down 40 seat

    

29. Tape the RH lower C-pillar area around the 2nd row seat side trim area

    

30. Apply tape to the race tracks on the RH side
31. Remove RH rear welcome plate
    Remarque

    8x clips

    

    

32. Remove front screw securing RH lower C-pillar
    Remarque

    1x screw, T25, 2.5 Nm

    

33. Remove RH small carpet piece
    Remarque

    (x1) clip

    

34. Remove RH rear door sill trim
    Remarque

    1x patch bolt, T25, 2.5 Nm, 2x clips

    

35. Tape rear center console cup holder trim to prevent from damage

    

36. Lift the front of mid 2nd row panel toward the rear of the vehicle, then pull the floor panel out of the vehicle.
    Remarque

    Clips (x6)*replace any broken clips

    

    

37. Roll lift gate carpet back out of the way to access 2nd row rear floor panel

    

38. Remove 2nd row floor panel 3
    Remarque

    2x clips, Release clips from front edge of panel, Once free, lift rear of panel and slide out from behind seats

    

    

39. Remove foam floor from the 40 seat

    

40. Disconnect 40 seat harness
    Remarque

    2x connectors, Release bracket for better access

    

    

41. Release harness from RH floor support bracket
    Remarque

    2x clips

    

42. Remove the fasteners securing the 40 bench
    Remarque

    10x bolt, 11mm, 45 Nm

    

    

    

    

43. Remove seat from vehicle
    Remarque

    Recommend assistance

    

44. Unfold seat

    

45. Remove 40 seat assembly release handle
    Remarque

    Pry at pivot point to release

    

    

46. Remove 40 seat outer side trim
    Remarque

    1x bolt, 10mm, 2.5 Nm, 1x push clip,4x trim clips

    

    

    

    

47. Remove the seat belt from the RH 40 seat
    Remarque

    1x bolt, T50, 45 Nm

    

48. Remove 40 seat escutcheon

    

49. Fold 40 seat down
    Remarque

    Will need to install handle back on but remove the retaining clip

    

50. Unzip the 40 seat back upholstery on both sides
    Remarque

    2x Zippers, Ends of zippers are tucked underneath upholstery, Using a pick will aid in moving the zipper

    

    

    

    

51. Release the 40 seat back upholstery
    Remarque

    Release J-hook holding the back down

    

52. Remove 40 seat plastic back cover
    Remarque

    5x clips

    

53. Unfold the 60 seat assembly

    

54. Disconnect 40 seat back trim subassembly seat heater
    Remarque

    1x connector

    

    

55. Remove fasteners securing 40 seat back trim subassembly air bag to seat frame
    Remarque

    2x nuts, 13mm, 20 Nm, Discard nuts after removal

    

56. Remove 40 seat back trim subassembly from 40 seat frame
    Remarque

    Feed seat belt through seat cushion pass through, lift trim subassembly to release from the frame

    

    

    

    

57. Disconnect 40 seat back trim subassembly airbag connector
    Remarque

    1x connector, 1x clip

    

58. Remove seat belt cover
    Remarque

    1x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm

    

59. Remove seat belt from seat frame
    Remarque

    1x bolt, T50, 45 Nm, Discard bolt after removal

    

60. Install seat belt onto seat frame
    Remarque

    1x patch bolt, T50, 45 Nm, Install new patch bolt

    

61. Install seat belt cover
    Remarque

    1x push clip, 1x bolt, 10mm, 6 Nm

    

62. Connect the 40 seat airbag harness connector
    Remarque

    1x connector, 1x harness clip

    

63. Install 40 seat back trim subassembly onto the 40 seat frame
    Remarque

    Slide in the trim subassembly and push down in order to slip it in the seat frame, Feed seat belt through seat cushion pass through

    

    

    

64. Install the fasteners securing 40 seat back trim subassembly airbag to the seat frame
    Remarque

    2x nuts, 13mm, 20 Nm

    

65. Fold seat down

    

66. Connect 40 seat back trim subassembly seat heater
    Remarque

    1x connector

    

    

67. Install 40 seat plastic back cover
    Remarque

    5x clips

    

68. Zip up 40 seat back trim subassembly back cover
    Remarque

    2x Zippers

    

    

    

    

69. Secure lower portion of 40 seat back upholstery
    Remarque

    Secure J-hook along lower edge

    

70. Unfold 40 seat
    Remarque

    Will need to install handle back on but remove the retaining clip

    

71. Install 40 seat escutcheon
    Remarque

    Carefully push into place

    

72. Install seat belt to the RH 40 seat
    Remarque

    1x patch bolt, T50, 45 Nm, Install new patch bolt

    

73. Install the 40 seat outer trim
    Remarque

    1x bolt, 10mm, 2.5 Nm, 1x push clip,4x trim clips

    

    

    

74. Install 40 seat release handle
    Remarque

    1x spring clip

    

    

75. Fold seat down

    

76. Install seat into vehicle
    Remarque

    Assistance required

    

77. Install the fasteners that secure the 40 bench
    Remarque

    10x bolts, 11mm, 45 Nm

    

    

    

    

78. Secure 40 seat harness to RH floor support bracket
    Remarque

    2x clips

    

79. Connect 40 seat assembly harness
    Remarque

    2x connectors, Secure connector housing to bracket

    

    

80. Install the foam floor pieces
    Remarque

    (x1) pieces

    

81. Install 2nd row rear floor panel

    

82. Fully seat lift gate carpet

    

83. Install the middle 2nd row floor panel
    Remarque

    *replace any broken clips

    

84. Remove tape from rear center console trim

    

85. Install RH rear door sill trim
    Remarque

    1x patch bolt, T25, 2.5 Nm, 2x clips

    

86. Install RH carpet cutout
    Remarque

    (x1) clip

    

87. Install RH lower C-pillar and secure front bolt
    Remarque

    1x bolt, T25, 2.5 Nm

    

88. Install RH welcome plate
    Remarque

    8x clips

    

    

89. Remove masking tape from the RH lower C-pillar and from the race track

    

    

90. Lift 40 seatback into home position

    

91. Install fasteners securing C-pillar lower panel to RH parcel shelf support
    Remarque

    2x screws, T20, 2 Nm

    

92. Install RH trunk side nub to lower C-pillar

    

93. Install RH C-pillar mid trim
    Remarque

    9x clips, Install front section first, then work around to rear

    

    

94. Install RH trunk sill side trim
    Remarque

    4x clips

    

95. Install LH small carpet piece
    Remarque

    (x1) clip

    

96. Install LH lower C-pillar and secure clips along front edge
    Remarque

    9x clips, 1x magnet

    

97. Install LH trunk load floor support to lower C-pillar

    

98. Install LH C-pillar mid trim and secure clips
    Remarque

    9x clips, Install front section first, then work around to rear

    

    

99. Install LH trunk sill side trim
    Remarque

    4x clips

    

    

100. Install gap hider
     Remarque

     Lightly tap the gap hider if necessary to get it flush with carpet

     

101. Install flat trunk load floor panel

     

102. Install rear load floor

     

103. Install bolt securing front of LH lower C-pillar
     Remarque

     1x patch bolt, T25, 2.5 Nm

     

104. Install LH rear door sill trim
     Remarque

     1x patch bolt, T25, 2.5 Nm, 2x clips

     

105. Install LH welcome plate
     Remarque

     8x clips

     

     

106. Remove masking tape from the LH lower C-pillar

     

107. Move 60 seatback to home position

     

108. Connect first responder loop and then 12V negative terminal
     Remarque

     1x connector, 1x nut, 10mm, 5 Nm

     

     

109. Install HEPA filter housing

     

110. Install underhood storage unit
     Remarque

     10x bolts, 10mm, 4 Nm, 10x bolts, 10mm, 7 Nm

     

     

     

111. Install frunk carpet
     Remarque

     2x connectors

     

112. Install under hood aprons
     Remarque

     4x aprons

     

113. Close hood
114. Calibrate falcon doors using MCU
     Remarque

     Required after 12V and FRL disconnect

     

115. Move RH front seat to original position
116. Move LH front seat to original position
117. Using MCU close all doors and liftgate
