1. Open all doors and liftgate
   Remarque

   Using MCU touchscreen > Controls > Trunk , touchscreen > Controls > Front doors
2. Move LH front seat forward
3. Move RH front seat forward
4. Open hood
   Remarque

   Using MCU touchscreen > Controls > Frunk Trunk
5. Remove underhood aprons
   Remarque

   4x aprons

   

6. Remove frunk carpet
   Remarque

   2x connectors

   

7. Remove underhood storage unit
   Remarque

   10x bolts, 10mm, 4 Nm, 10x bolts, 10mm, 7 Nm

   

   

   

8. Remove HEPA filter
   Remarque

   Lift up from bottom and pull out

   

9. Disconnect 12V negative terminal and First Responder Loop
   Remarque

   1x nut, 10mm, 5 Nm, 1x connector, Wait at least 2 minutes before disconnecting modules or HV components

   

   

10. Remove 2nd row floor mat

    

11. Fold down 60 seatback

    

12. Remove LH rear welcome plate
    Remarque

    8x clips

    

    

13. Remove LH rear door sill
    Remarque

    1x patch bolt, T25, 2.5 Nm, 2x clips

    

14. Tape the LH lower C-pillar area around the 2nd row seat side trim area

    

15. Apply tape to LH racetrack to avoid damage

    

16. Remove front screw securing LH lower C-pillar
    Remarque

    1x screw, T25, 2.5 Nm, Discard patch bolt

    

17. Remove rear load floor

    

18. Remove flat trunk load floor panel

    

19. Remove gap hider

    

20. Remove LH trunk sill side trim
    Remarque

    4x clips

    

    

21. Remove screw securing LH C-pillar mid trim
    Remarque

    1x screw, T20, 2 Nm

    

22. Remove LH trunk side nub

    

23. Remove fasteners securing C-pillar lower panel to LH parcel shelf support
    Remarque

    2x screws, T20, 2 Nm

    

24. Remove LH lower C-pillar seat bottom
    Remarque

    1x clip

    

    

25. Remove RH trunk sill side trim
    Remarque

    4x clips

    

26. Remove RH mid C-pillar trim
    Remarque

    1x screw, T20, 2 Nm

    

    

27. Remove load floor support from RH lower C-pillar

    

28. Remove rear screws securing RH lower C-pillar
    Remarque

    2x screws, T20, 2 Nm, Do not fully remove trim

    

29. Fold down 40 seat

    

30. Tape the RH lower C-pillar area around the 2nd row seat side trim area

    

31. Remove RH rear welcome plate
    Remarque

    8x clips

    

    

32. Remove front screw securing RH lower C-pillar
    Remarque

    1x screw, T25, 2.5 Nm

    

33. Remove RH lower C-pillar seat bottom
    Remarque

    1x clip

    

    

34. Remove RH rear door sill trim
    Remarque

    1x patch bolt, T25, 2.5 Nm, 2x clips

    

35. Tape rear center console cup holder trim to prevent from damage

    

36. Lift the front of mid 2nd row panel toward the rear of the vehicle, then pull the floor panel out of the vehicle
    Remarque

    6x clips, replace any broken clips

    

    

37. Roll liftgate carpet back out of the way to access 2nd row rear floor panel

    

38. Remove 2nd row floor panel 3
    Remarque

    2x clips, Release clips from front edge of panel, Once free, lift rear of panel and slide out from behind seats

    

    

39. Remove foam floor from the LH 60 seat
    Remarque

    3x foam blocks

    

40. Disconnect LH 60 seat harness
    Remarque

    3x connectors

    

41. Release harness from beaver dam

    

42. Remove fasteners securing the LH 60 seat bench
    Remarque

    10x bolts, 11mm, 45 Nm

    

    

    

    

43. Remove 60 seat assembly from vehicle
    Remarque

    Recommend assistance

    

44. Unfold the 60 seat assembly

    

45. Remove 60 seat inside side cover
    Remarque

    Carefully pull out

    

46. Remove 60 seat inner seat buckle
    Remarque

    1x bolt, T50, 45 Nm, 1x connector, 1x edge clip

    

    

47. Remove the 60 seat release handle

    

    

    

48. Remove 60 seat outer side trim
    Remarque

    1x push clip, 1x bolt, 10mm, 6 Nm, 4x clips

    

    

    

    

49. Remove the outer 60 seat belt from the seat
    Remarque

    1x bolt, T50, 45 Nm

    

50. Release upholstery from under side of 60 seat assembly
    Remarque

    11x J-hooks

    

    

    

    

    

    

51. Disconnect 60 seat heat pads and occupancy sensors
    Remarque

    4x connectors

    

    

    

52. Remove 60 seat lower seat cushion assembly
    Remarque

    Use caution feeding J-hooks and connectors through seat frame

    

53. Release the outer escutcheon and remove from seat belt
    Remarque

    2x clips, Pry up at base of escutcheon to release

    

54. Release the center escutcheon and remove from seat
    Remarque

    3x clips

    

    

55. Unbolt the center seat belt from seat
    Remarque

    1x patch bolt, T50, 45 Nm, Discard after removal

    

56. Fold 60 seat back down
    Remarque

    Install handle back on but remove the spring

    

57. Unzip the seat back on both sides.
    Remarque

    Using a pick will aid in moving the zipper

    

58. Release the back over and flip
    Remarque

    There J hooks holding the back down also the edges wrap around the corners

    

59. Remove plastic seat back from seat. Clips are secured to wired seat back

    (x11) Clips

    

60. Disconnect seat back heaters
    Remarque

    2x connectors

    

61. Unfold the seat

    

62. Disconnect the air bag harness
    Remarque

    1x connector, 1x clip

    

63. Remove the fasteners securing the airbag
    Remarque

    2x nuts, 13mm, 20 Nm, Discard nuts after removal

    

64. Remove leather and cushion from seat to gain access to seat belt retractor

    

65. Remove center seat belt cover and split the cover
    Remarque

    4x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm, 4x tabs

    

    

    

    

    

66. Remove center seat belt assembly from seat frame
    Remarque

    1x patch bolt, T50, 45 Nm, Discard after removal

    

67. Install center seat belt assembly onto seat frame
    Remarque

    1x patch bolt, T50, 45 Nm, Install new patch bolt

    

68. Install center seat belt cover assembly onto seat frame
    Remarque

    4x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm, 4x tabs

    

    

    

    

69. Install seat back cushion and feed seat belts through

    

70. Install the fasteners securing the airbag to seat frame
    Remarque

    2x bolts, 13mm, 20 Nm, Install new patch nuts

    

71. Fold seat down
    Remarque

    May need to adjust the cushion when folding

    

72. Connect seat back heaters
    Remarque

    2x connectors

    

73. Connect air bag harness
    Remarque

    1x connector, 1x clip

    

74. Install plastic seat back onto 60 seat assembly
    Remarque

    13x clips, Clips are secured to wired seat back

    

75. Zip up the seat back over
76. Secure lower portion of 60 seat back upholstery
    Remarque

    Secure J-hook along lower edge

    

77. Unfold the seat
78. Install center escutcheon
    Remarque

    3x clips

    

    

79. Install outer escutcheon
    Remarque

    2x clips

    

80. Install the center seat belt
    Remarque

    1x patch bolt, T50, 45 Nm, Install new patch bolt

    

81. Install 60 seat lower seat cushion assembly
    Remarque

    Use caution feeding J-hooks and connectors through seat frame

    

82. Connect 60 seat heat pads and occupancy sensors
    Remarque

    4x connectors

    

    

    

83. Secure upholstery to under side of LH 60 seat assembly
    Remarque

    11x J-hooks

    

    

    

    

    

    

84. Install the outer 60seat belt to the seat
    Remarque

    1x bolt, T50, 45 Nm

    

85. Install the 60 seat outer trim
    Remarque

    1x push clip, 1x bolt, 10mm, 3.8 Nm, 4x clips

    

    

    

    

86. Install LH 60 seat release handle
    Remarque

    1x spring clip

    

    

87. Install 60 seat inner seat buckle
    Remarque

    1x bolt, T50, 45 Nm, 1x connector, 1x edge clip

    

    

88. Install 60 seat inside side cover

    

89. Fold 60 seat back down

    

90. Install seat into vehicle

92. Secure LH 60 seat harness to LH floor support bracket

93. Connect LH 60 seat harness

94. Install the foam floor pieces
    Remarque

95. Install 2nd row rear floor panel
    Remarque

    2x clips, Replace any damaged clips

    

    

96. Fully seat liftgate carpet

    

97. Install the middle 2nd row floor panel
    Remarque

    Replace any broken clips

    

98. Remove tape from rear center console trim

    

99. Install RH rear door sill trim
    Remarque

    1x patch bolt, T25, 2.5 Nm, 2x clips

    

100. Move RH front seat to original position

     

101. Install RH lower C-pillar seat bottom
     Remarque

     1x clip

     

     

102. Install RH lower C-pillar and secure front bolt
     Remarque

     1x bolt, T25, 2.5 Nm

     

103. Install RH welcome plate
     Remarque

     8x clips

     

     

104. Remove masking tape from the RH lower C-pillar

     

105. Lift 40 seatback into home position

     

106. Install fasteners securing C-pillar lower panel to RH parcel shelf support
     Remarque

     2x screws, T20, 2 Nm

     

107. Install RH trunk side nub to lower C-pillar

     

108. Install RH C-pillar mid trim
     Remarque

     9x clips, Install front section first, then work around to rear

     

     

109. Install RH trunk sill side trim
     Remarque

     4x clips

     

110. Install LH lower C-pillar seat bottom
     Remarque

     1x clip

     

     

111. Install LH lower C-pillar and secure clips along front edge
     Remarque

     9x clips, 1x magnet

     

112. Install LH trunk load floor support to lower C-pillar

     

113. Install LH C-pillar mid trim and secure clips
     Remarque

     9x clips, Install front section first, then work around to rear

     

     

114. Install LH trunk sill side trim
     Remarque

     4x clips

     

     

115. Install gap hider
     Remarque

     Lightly tap the gap hider if necessary to get it flush with carpet

     

116. Install flat trunk load floor panel

     

117. Install rear load floor

     

118. Install bolt securing front of LH lower C-pillar
     Remarque

     1x patch bolt, T25, 2.5 Nm

     

119. Install LH rear door sill trim
     Remarque

     1x patch bolt, T25, 2.5 Nm, 2x clips

     

120. Install LH welcome plate
     Remarque

     8x clips

     

     

121. Remove masking tape from the LH lower C-pillar and from the race tracks

     

122. Move 60 seatback to home position

     

123. Connect first responder loop and then 12V negative terminal
     Remarque

     1x connector, 1x nut, 10mm, 5 Nm

     

     

124. Install HEPA filter housing

     

125. Install underhood storage unit
     Remarque

     10x bolts, 10mm, 4 Nm, 10x bolts, 10mm, 7 Nm

     

     

     

126. Install frunk carpet
     Remarque

     2x connectors

     

127. Install under hood aprons
     Remarque

     4x aprons

     

128. Close hood
129. Calibrate falcon doors using MCU
     Remarque

     Required after 12V and FRL disconnect

     

130. Move LH front seat to original position
131. Using MCU close all doors and liftgate
