- Open the LH front and LH rear doors

Open hood
RemarqueUsing MCU touchscreen > Controls > Frunk Trunk
- Move LH front seat forward
-
Remove LH front seat rear fasteners
Remarque2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Discard after removal, Use Torchless heat induction tool to help remove bolts if necessary
- Move LH front seat backward

Remove LH front seat front fasteners
Remarque2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Discard after removal, Use Torchless heat induction tool to help remove bolts if necessary

Adjust the position of the LH seat for easy removal
RemarqueMiddle of track, most upright position, seat fully up off the floor

Power down vehicle using MCU
RemarqueVia Controls > Safety & Security > ''Power off''

Remove underhood aprons
Remarque4x aprons

Remove frunk carpet
Remarque2x connectors
-
Remove underhood storage unit
Remarque10x bolts, 10mm, 4 Nm, 10x bolts, 10mm, 7 Nm

Remove HEPA filter
RemarqueLift up from bottom and pull out
-
Disconnect 12V negative terminal and First Responder Loop
Remarque1x nut, 10mm, 5 Nm, 1x connector, Wait at least 2 minutes before disconnecting modules or HV components

Disconnect LH front seat harness
Remarque1x connector

Remove LH front seat from vehicle
RemarqueRecommend Assistance, Caution: Do not damage other components
-
Use a pick to disengage the outboard headrest retaining spring
Remarque1x retaining spring, Depress the material around the headrest post to expose the release clip
-
Use a pick to disengage the inboard headrest retaining spring
Remarque1x retaining spring, Depress the material around the headrest post to expose the release clip
-
Remove the headrest from seat
RemarqueRemove by pulling straight up out of seat back
-
Release toe kick straps from both sides of interior seat base
Remarque2x hook clips
-
Remove the seat back shell base assembly from seat back frame
Remarque6x clips, Start at the top of the seat and pull the shell away from the frame, When the side clips are free, pull the bottom and carefully roll the bottom tabs out of the slots, If pulled straight out, the clips on the seat back can break off

Remove the lower flap covering the outboard corner of the seat back frame
RemarquePull the trim straight up, off of the retaining tabs to release
-
Remove the upper flap covering the outboard corner of the seat back frame
RemarquePull the lower section of trim away from the retaining tab to release, then pull the trim straight up off of the upper retaining tab

Remove the lower flap covering the inboard corner of the seat back frame
RemarquePull the trim straight up, off of the retaining tabs to release

Remove the upper flap covering the inboard corner of the seat back frame
RemarquePull the lower section of trim away from the retaining tab to release, then pull the trim straight up off of the upper retaining tab

Remove clips securing the seat upholstery to the seat back frame
Remarque7x clips, To release, rotate the clips off of the frame from the inside out, Seventh clip is located tucked beneath top center upholstery clip

Pull the seat upholstery away from the air bag to gain access to the air bag electrical connector
-
Disconnect LH front seat air bag
Remarque1x connector, Pull black collar down to release connector
-
Remove the bolt that attaches the bottom
of the lumbar support to the seat assembly.RemarqueThe bolt is located below the lumbar ECU. Removing this bolt allows ease of access for the following step.Conseil : Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm socket
-
Remove nuts securing 1st row side air bag to seat back frame
Remarque2x nyloc nuts, 10mm, 5.4 Nm, Discard after removal
-
Pull the airbag and fasteners away from the seat frame
ATTENTIONDo not remove the airbag from the airbag chute.

Rotate the seat to gain access to the underside of the seat
RemarquePlace fender cover to protect seat cushion from damage
-
Remove zip tie securing harnesses to spring mat
-
Disconnect seat heat pad connector
Remarque1x connector, 1x clip, Remove connector from spring mat clip
-
Remove the seat back harness connector from the seat bottom
Remarque1x connector, 1x fir tree clip
-
Return seat to upright position
-
Remove the seat back trim and foam
assembly from the seat back frame.
RemarqueStart by pulling the bottom of the seat trim away from the seat frame, ensure the heater harness and the trim is clear of the frame, Lift straight up on the sides of the trim, moving the trim from side to side, to free it from the frame

Slide the airbag chute with the airbag
still inside through the seatback foam, and then carefully remove the airbag from the
airbag chute.
ATTENTIONMake sure that the driver side airbag mounting studs do not catch in the holes of the airbag chute.ATTENTIONHandle the airbag with extreme care when removing it from the airbag chute. The airbag is configured/folded in a specific manner and will need to be replaced if it is dropped, altered or manipulated in any way.

Remove upholstery from seat back cushion
RemarqueUpholstery held on to cushion by velcro, Gently pull upholstery inch by inch from seat back starting lower seat back working your way up to upper seat back, Velcro can tear off cushion

Install upholstery to the seat back rest cushion
RemarqueStart at the upper seat back working your down to lower seat back, Massage Velcro in as you go

Install the driver side airbag into the
airbag chute, and then slide the airbag chute with the airbag inside through the slot in
the seat back foam.
ATTENTIONMake sure that the driver side airbag mounting studs extend out of the holes of the chute.ATTENTIONHandle the airbag with extreme care when installing it into the airbag chute. The airbag is configured/folded in a specific manner and will need to be replaced if it is dropped, altered or manipulated in any way.RemarqueRefer to the following video for proper care when installing the driver side airbag into the airbag chute, and when installing the chute through the seat foam.

Install seat back cushion to seat back frame
RemarqueStart by sliding the foam trim straight onto the seat back frame, Ensure the posts for the headrests engage the seat back foam, Ensure the heater harness and lower trim that engages the frame are pushed through to the back side of the frame, Ensure that both sides of the seat back cushion overlap the seat back frame

Install the airbag studs into the seatback frame
RemarqueThe studs should line up with the two round holes, the elongated hole is not used for this part

Install nuts securing 1st row side airbag to seat back frame
Remarque2x nuts, 10mm, 5.4 Nm, Install new nyloc nutsATTENTIONDo not use impact tools to tighten the nuts

Install the bolt that attaches the
bottom of the lumbar support to the seat assembly.RemarqueThe bolt is located below the lumbar ECU.Conseil : Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm socket

Connect LH front seat air bag
Remarque1x connector

Install seat back upholstery clips retaining trim to the frame
Remarque7x clips

Rotate the seat to gain access to the underside of the seat
RemarqueProtect seat cushion from damage

Install the seat back harness connector to the seat bottom
Remarque1x connector, 1x fir tree clip
-
Connect the seat heater harness and secure to spring mat clip
Remarque1x connector, 1x clip, secure connector to spring mat clip

Rotate the seat back to the upright position
-
Install the upper flap covering the outboard corner of the seat back frame
RemarquePull the flap over the metal tangs to secure
-
Install the lower flap covering the outboard corner of the seat back frame
RemarquePull the flap over the metal tangs to secure
-
Install the upper flap covering the inboard corner of the seat back frame
RemarquePull the flap over the metal tangs to secure

Install the lower flap covering the inboard corner of the seat back frame
RemarquePull the flap over the metal tangs to secure

Install the seat back shell base assembly to seat back frame
Remarque6x clips, Install the lower clips first and rotate the shell up into place, Light pressure may need to be applied to the shell to ensure it's fully seated, The headrest posts will engage the seat back when installed

Rotate the seat to gain access to the underside of the seat
RemarqueProtect seat cushion from damage

Route LH sensor harnesses underneath toe kick strap
-
Zip-tie both LH seat back heater and sensor harnesses onto spring mat
Remarque1x zip tie
-
Secure the toe kick straps to both sides of the interior seat base
Remarque2x hook clips
-
Rotate the seat back to the upright position
-
Install the headrest into seat
Remarque2x locking clips, Ensure the headrest is fully seated, An audible click will be heard when installing the headrest, Ensure the headrest is seated by tugging up on the headrest

Install LH front seat into vehicle
RemarqueRecommend assistance, Caution: Do not damage other components

Connect LH front seat harness
Remarque1x connector
-
Connect first responder loop and then 12V negative terminal
Remarque1x connector, 1x nut, 10mm, 5 Nm
- Move LH front seat fully rearward
-
Install LH front seat front fasteners
Remarque2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Install new patch bolts
- Move LH front seat fully forward
-
Install LH front seat rear fasteners
Remarque2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Install new patch bolts
- Close LH Falcon door
- Move LH front seat to original position

Install HEPA filter housing
-
Install underhood storage unit
Remarque10x bolts, 10mm, 4 Nm, 10x bolts, 10mm, 7 Nm

Install frunk carpet
Remarque2x connectors
-
Install under hood aprons
Remarque4x aprons
- Close hood
-
Calibrate falcon doors using MCU
RemarqueRequired after 12V and FRL disconnect
- Close LH front door
