1. Raise and support vehicle
   Remarque

   Set air suspension to Jack Mode, Via Controls > Service > Jack Mode, Raise lift until arms contact the lift points

   

   

2. Open LH front door

   

3. Lower LH front window

   

4. Enter Service Mode
   Remarque

   Enter Service mode through touchscreen. Press Car icon => Go to Software tab=> Press and hold ''Model'' for 3 seconds=>In new window type ''service'' or press voice command button on steering wheel and say ''service''=>Press ''OK'' button. Car is in service mode now

   

   

   

5. Open hood
   Remarque

   Via center display > Controls > Front Trunk

   

   

6. Remove underhood aprons
   Remarque

   4x aprons, LH and RH aprons have 1x clip each

   

7. Raise vehicle partially and lower onto locks
   Remarque

   Set vehicle to comfortable working height, Make sure there's an audible click of the locks on both sides before lowering, otherwise vehicle may tilt to the side

   

   

8. Remove clips and pull back on LH front wheelhouse liner
   Remarque

   4x push clips

   

9. Remove clip securing LH wheel fairing
   Remarque

   1x push clip

   

10. Remove bolts securing LH wheel fairing
    Remarque

    2x bolts, 10mm, 1.5 Nm

    

11. Release clips securing front half of LH front fender garnish
    Remarque

    8x clips, Be cautious of parking sensor

    

    

12. Disconnect LH fender garnish parking sensor
    Remarque

    1x connector, Pull red tab to disengage lock

    

13. Release clips securing rear half of LH front garnish and remove from vehicle
    Remarque

    5x clips

    

    

14. Remove screw securing LH fascia to fender
    Remarque

    1x screw, T25, 1.5 Nm

    

    

15. Remove clips and pull back on RH front wheelhouse liner
    Remarque

    4x push clips

    

16. Remove clip securing RH front wheel fairing
    Remarque

    1x push clip

    

17. Remove bolts securing RH front wheel fairing
    Remarque

    2x bolts, 10mm, 1.5 Nm

    

18. Release clips securing front half of RH front fender garnish
    Remarque

    8x clips, Be cautious of park sensor

    

19. Disconnect LH parking sensor
    Remarque

    1x connector

    

20. Release clips securing rear half of RH front garnish and remove from vehicle
    Remarque

    5x clips

    

21. Remove screw securing RH fascia to fender
    Remarque

    1x screw, T25, 1.5 Nm

    

    

22. Raise vehicle fully and lower onto locks
    Remarque

    Set vehicle to comfortable working height, Make sure there's an audible click of the locks on both sides before lowering, otherwise vehicle may tilt to the side

    

    

23. Remove clips securing fascia to lower front aero shield
    Remarque

    11x push clips

    

24. Remove fasteners securing fascia to lower front aero shield
    Remarque

    2x bolts, 10mm, 3 Nm

    

25. Lower vehicle fully
    Remarque

    Raise lift off locks, then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered

    

    

    

26. Remove bolts securing fascia to upper grill
    Remarque

    2x bolts, 10mm, 4 Nm

    

    

27. Remove front fascia assembly
    Remarque

    2x clips, 1x connector, Place fascia onto padded surface, Recommend assistance

    

    

28. Place fascia on padded surface
    Remarque

    Ensure the front of the fascia is facing down

    

29. Release both sides clips securing active louver assembly
    Remarque

    2x clips

    

    

30. Release edge clips securing active louver harness to the active louver assembly
    Remarque

    2x edge clips

    

31. Disconnect active louver connector and move the harness aside
    Remarque

    1x connector, Pull red tab to disengage lock, Pull again to release connector

    

    

    

32. Use shop-vac to clean dirt on the radiator and condenser
    Remarque

    If necessary removal large debris

    

    

33. Use blow gun to clean dirt on the radiator and condenser again
    Remarque

    Do not get too close to radiator blades and condenser blades

    

    

34. Connect active louver connector
    Remarque

    1x connector, Engage locking tab

    

    

35. Install edge clips securing active louver harness to the active louver assembly
    Remarque

    2x edge clips

    

36. Install both sides clips securing active louver assembly
    Remarque

    2x clips

    

    

37. Install front fascia assembly to vehicle
    Remarque

    1x connector, Recommend assistance

    

    

38. Install bolts securing fascia to upper grill
    Remarque

    2x bolts, 10mm, 4 Nm

    

    

39. Raise vehicle fully and lower onto locks
    Remarque

    Set vehicle to comfortable working height, Make sure there's an audible click of the locks on both sides before lowering, otherwise vehicle may tilt to the side, Ensure the vehicle is stable by rocking the vehicle on the lift immediately after the tires have left the ground, Always lower the lift arms onto the locks after raising the vehicle

    

    

40. Install clips securing fascia to lower front aero shield
    Remarque

    11x push clips, Indicated in red

    

41. Install fasteners securing fascia to lower front aero shield
    Remarque

    2x bolts, 10mm, 3 Nm

    

42. Lower vehicle partially and set lift onto locks
    Remarque

    Raise lift off locks, then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered, Set vehicle to comfortable working height

    

    

    

43. Install screw securing RH fascia to fender
    Remarque

    1x screw, T25, 1.5 Nm

    

44. Install rear half of the RH front fender garnish
    Remarque

    5x clips

    

45. Connect RH front fender garnish parking sensor
    Remarque

    1x connector

    

46. Install the front half of the RH front garnish
    Remarque

    8x clips, Be cautious of parking sensor, Be sure to align fender ducts

    

47. Secure bolts for RH front wheel fairing
    Remarque

    2x bolts, 10mm, 1.5 Nm

    

48. Secure clip for RH front wheel fairing
    Remarque

    1x push clip

    

49. Fully secure RH front wheelhouse liner to fender garnish
    Remarque

    4x push clips

    

50. Install screw securing LH fascia to fender
    Remarque

    1x screw, T25, 1.5 Nm

    

51. Install rear half of LH front fender garnish
    Remarque

    5x clips

    

    

52. Connect RH front fender garnish parking sensor
    Remarque

    1x connector

    

53. Install front half of LH front garnish
    Remarque

    8x clips, Be cautious of parking sensor, Be sure to align fender ducts

    

    

54. Install bolts securing LH front wheel fairing to front aero shield
    Remarque

    2x bolts, 10mm, 1.5 Nm

    

55. Install clip securing LH front wheel fairing to front aero shield
    Remarque

    1x push clip

    

56. Fully secure LH front wheelhouse liner to fender garnish
    Remarque

    4x push clips

    

57. Lower vehicle fully

    

    

58. Unlock vehicle Gateway
    Remarque

    After vehicle has been put into "Service Mode", hold down the brake pedal, while holding down break pedal simultaneously hold the turn signal stalk fully up for at least 10 seconds, "GTW UNLOCKING" should pop up on the instrument cluster right below the VIN during these 10 seconds, once gateway is unlocked "GTW UNLOCKED 5400" will be displayed on the instrument cluster underneath the VIN, the gateway will remain unlocked for 90 minutes, follow steps on Toolbox article https://toolbox.teslamotors.com/articles/5582900 for any additional information

    

    

    

    

59. Perform Thermal Test via Service UI
    Remarque

    Select Thermal > Actions > Thermal Test, click Run, close once routine is completed

    

    

    

    

60. Exécutez la routine ODIN PROC_ICE_X_EXIT-SERVICE-MODEvia Toolbox: (link)
61. Install under hood aprons
    Remarque

    4x aprons

    

62. Close hood

    

63. Remove vehicle from lift
    Remarque

    Lower rack arms fully and move them from under vehicle, Remove air suspension from "Jack Mode", Via Controls > Service > Jack Mode

    

    

64. Raise LH front window

    

65. Close LH front door
