1. Raise and support vehicle with wheels still touching the ground
   Nota

   Ensure vehicle is not charging
2. Open the LH front door and lower the LH front window.
3. Remove the rear underhood apron. See Faldón del vano del motor - Parte trasera (Desinstalación y sustitución).
4. Remove the underhood storage unit. See Unidad de almacenamiento del vano del motor (Desinstalación y sustitución).
5. Remove the HEPA filter. See Conjunto - Filtro - HEPA (Desinstalación y sustitución).
6. Remove the HEPA duct. See Conducto - HEPA (Desinstalación y sustitución)
7. Disconnect LV power. See Alimentación de 12 V/baja tensión (Desconexión y conexión).
8. Verify operation of multimeter
   Nota

   Set multimeter to DC voltage, Confirm multimeter is properly measuring voltage by testing LV battery, Touch lightly and do not damage terminals

   

   

9. Remove clip securing negative terminal cable to AC compressor bracket
   Nota

   1x clip

   

10. Remove negative terminal cable from body
    Nota

    1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm

    

    

11. Remove the LV battery. See Batería de 12 V/baja tensión (Desinstalación y sustitución).
12. Remove all four wheels. See Conjunto de rueda (Desinstalación e instalación).
13. Remove the mid aero shield panel. See Panel - Deflector aerodinámico - Central (Desinstalación y sustitución).
14. Remove all items from pockets and ensure not wearing metal items

    

    

15. Inspect HV insulating gloves
    Nota

16. Put on HV insulating gloves and leather over gloves
    Nota

    Make sure to wear Electrical Protective Gloves any time Hioki tester is used

    

17. Install amp clamp to RDU HV harness
    Nota

    Verify meter is zeroed out before performing measurement, Measure single cable. Verify ammeter is installed in correct direction. If current > 0.5A do not proceed with disconnecting HV connector. In this case, start vehicle electrical isolation again to make sure that all was properly shut down. Escalate for assistance as required If current < 0.5A, Ok to disconnect and check voltage at HV plug on the battery side.

    

    

18. Release RDU HV harness from HV battery
    Nota

    1x connector, Release locking tab and rotate the release lever up to disengage the connector, Do not force the release lever up, Ensure the alignment tabs on the RDU header are not damaged

    

19. Verify no high voltage at RDU HV header
    Nota

    Make sure to wear PPE (HV gloves, safety glasses) when working on high voltage component, Measure B+ to Ground, B- to Ground, B+ to B-, If voltage is greater than 10V, Pack contactors are not open or welded, Stop work and reach out to Service Engineering

    

    

    

    

20. Remove front aero shield
    Nota

    12x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm, 2x nuts, 15mm, 6 Nm, 2x clips, 2x hooks

    

    

21. Release LH and RH front wheel liner from HV battery
    Nota

    1x rocker bolt, 10mm, 12 Nm, 2x aero shield bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm

    

22. Release clipping points securing compressor HV harness to front of vehicle body
    Nota

    5x clips, Take note of original routing

24. Lower vehicle for access to underhood area
    Nota

    Make sure there's an audible click of the locks on both sides before lowering, otherwise vehicle may tilt to the side
25. Position the oil drain container under hydraulic control unit area

    

26. Position protective fender cover over fan shroud and support

    

27. Remove clips securing PT supply hose to AC compressor bracket
    Nota

    2x clips

    

28. Release clip securing HV compressor harness to plastic connector housing

    1x clip, Take note of original routing

    

29. Release clip securing AC compressor logic connector to HV harness

30. Release AC compressor logic connector

114. Connect first responder loop and LV battery

115. Fill brake bleeder reservoir to full level

     

116. Clean area around brake fluid reservoir and remove brake reservoir cap

     

117. Top off brake fluid reservoir

118. Install pressure bleeder adapter onto reservoir

     

119. Set brake bleed reservoir pressure to 30 psi

122. Remove bleeding valve covers and install the fluid catching bottle to LH front brake caliper outer bleeding valve before starting the ESP

138. Power off brake bleed reservoir and detach brake bleed reservoir from brake bleed adapter

142. Pump the brake pedal a few times to ensure the brake pedal feels normal

153. Lower vehicle until tires are touching the ground

     Raise lift off locks, then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered

159. Install the rear underhood apron. See Faldón del vano del motor - Parte trasera (Desinstalación y sustitución).
160. Remove vehicle from lift
     Nota

     Lower rack arms fully and remove from under vehicle
161. Raise the LH front window and close the LH front door
162. Perform test drive
     Nota

     Per current FRT (00040100) 0.3 hrs, If alignment was adjusted verify tracking, If DAS components were adjusted verify operation, If brakes were serviced perform burnishing
