Function check LH front door (exterior)
RemarqueInspect and note functionality for the door handle operation and full range of motion of the door, From outside look for interference with brightwork and door to body, Note any abnormalities

Function check all windows from the master switch
RemarqueCheck operation with door closed, Document any abnormal operation/noises

Function check LH rear door (exterior)
RemarqueInspect and note functionality for the door handle operation, and full range of motion of the door, From outside look for interference with brightwork and door to body, Function test closing button on door, Note noises such as creaks, groans and clicks, pauses or incomplete actions

Function check RH rear door (exterior)

Function check the exterior lights

Engage drive rails and activate windshield washer and wiper operation

Function check horn

Open the hood.

Remove the rear underhood apron.

Remove the RH underhood apron.

Remove the LH underhood apron.

Remove the front underhood apron.

Remove the underhood storage unit access panel.
-
Remove the underhood storage unit carpet.
-
Remove the underhood storage unit from the vehicle.

Perform inspection of under hood area
RemarquePerform inspection of vehicle under hood area, Check for signs of abnormal damage, wear, heavy rust, wiring damage, or impact damage, Pay attention to safety related component and note any items of significance

Inspect brake fluid level

Inspect coolant level and top off as necessary
RemarqueEnsure that the fluid level is at the Max line, Top off fluid as required

Fill washer fluid reservoir
RemarqueFill the reservoir until the fluid level is visible just below the filler neck

Raise and support the vehicle.

Raise vehicle fully and lower lift onto locks
RemarqueSet vehicle to comfortable working height, Ensure an audible click of locks on both sides is heard before lowering, Vehicle may tilt to the side if both locks are not engaged

Remove push clips securing front aero shield
Remarque5x push clips

Remove bolts securing front aero shield and remove from vehicle
Remarque9x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm

Release mid aero shield
Remarque4x push clips

Remove mid aero shield
Remarque16x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm

Check tire pressures
Remarque4x tires, Adjust to specification if necessary

Measure and record RH front tread depth
RemarqueRecord at least 3 measurements: Inner, Middle, Outer, Add line to replace if under 5/32 inch tread remaining

Measure and record RH front brake pad thickness
-
Inspect RH front brake rotor condition
RemarqueCheck for excessive rust or wear, Minimum spec 30mm
-
Measure and record RH rear tread depth
RemarqueRecord at least 3 measurements: Inner, Middle, Outer, Add line to replace if under 5/32 inch tread remaining

Measure and record RH rear brake pad thickness
RemarqueAdd line to replace if under 5mm

Inspect RH rear brake rotor condition
RemarqueCheck for excessive rust or wear, Minimum spec 26mm

Measure and record LH rear tread depth
RemarqueRecord at least 3 measurements: Inner, Middle, Add line to replace if under 5/32 inch tread remaining

Measure and record LH rear brake pad thickness

Inspect LH rear brake rotor condition
RemarqueCheck for excessive rust or wear, Minimum spec 26mm

Measure and record LH front tread depth

Measure and record LH front brake pad thickness

Inspect LH front brake rotor condition

Perform inspection of vehicle underside components front and rear

Inspect underside of vehicle for fluid leaks

Perform inspection of steering components
RemarqueCheck steering gear joints, fasteners, and electrical connections, Verify components are not bent or damaged

Perform inspection of suspension components
RemarqueCheck conditions of ball joints and bushings, etc, Inspect for any loose fasteners, Carefully apply pressure with a pry bar as needed

Perform inspection of front suspension components
RemarqueCheck conditions of ball joints and bushings, etc, Inspect for any loose fasteners, Carefully apply pressure with a pry bar as needed

Perform inspection of rear suspension components

Inspect underside of battery for damage

Install mid aero shield
Remarque16x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm, Apply Loctite 222 onto mid aero shield bolts and install fasteners securing mid aero shield to vehicle

Position mid aero shield
Remarque4x push clips
-
Apply Loctite 222 onto front aero shield bolts and secure front aero shield to vehicle
Remarque9x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm

Install push clips securing front aero shield
Remarque5x push clips

Lower vehicle fully
RemarqueRaise lift off locks, then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered

Lower and remove the vehicle from the lift.

Install the underhood storage unit.
-
Install the underhood storage unit carpet.
-
Install the underhood storage unit access panel.
-
Install the front underhood apron.
-
Install the LH underhood apron.
-
Install the RH underhood apron.
-
Install the rear underhood apron.
- Close the hood.

Perform a road test using a series of ABS-active stops and ensure proper brake pedal feel and performance
RemarqueThe vehicle must stop completely within 25 feet (7.6 meters) at 20 mph (32 kph), Confirm that no excessive vibration or noise is present

Inspect vehicles alignment
RemarqueConfirm steering wheel is straight and no vibrations or noises are felt or heard from the suspension, On a flat road, at 35 mph (56 kph), the vehicle does not pull in either direction
