Retirer

  1. Move the vehicle to a 2 post lift. See Soulever le véhicule - pont élévateur à 2 poteaux.
  2. Connect a laptop with Toolbox 3 to the vehicle. See Toolbox 3.0 (connecter et déconnecter).
  3. Peform a thermal fluid fill/drain. See Fluide thermique - système de refroidissement (remplissage/vidange).
  4. Release the electronic parking brake. See Étrier de frein de stationnement – dégagement.
  5. Disconnect the laptop with Toolbox 3 from the vehicle. See Toolbox 3.0 (connecter et déconnecter).
  6. Remove the rear underhood apron. See Tablier sous le capot - arrière (retirez et remplacez).
  7. Remove the underhood storage unit. See Unité de rangement sous le capot (retrait et installation).
  8. Déconnectez l’alimentation basse tension. Voir Alimentation 12 BT (déconnecter et connecter).
  9. Set the high voltage multimeter to DC voltage, lightly touch the probes to the auxiliary battery connector contacts, and verify that the multimeter displays a voltage.

    Remarque
    Battery voltage is typically 14.5 to 15.5 volts.
  10. Remove the rear wheels. See Ensemble de roue (retrait et installation).
  11. Remove the mid aero shield panel. See Panneau - écran aérodynamique - central (retirez et remplacez).
  12. Effectuez la procédure de désactivation HT du véhicule. Voir Procédure de désactivation HT du véhicule.
  13. Remove the leather glove protectors and HV insulating gloves.
  14. Remove the rear fascia diffuser. See.
  15. Remove the rear subframe assembly. See Ensemble de châssis auxiliaire – arrière (Plaid) (retrait et installation).
  16. Move a coolant catcher to under the subframe fixture assembly.
  17. Release the clip, disconnect the rear drive unit LH inverter to heat exchanger hose from the rear drive unit LH inverter outlet, and then immediately plug both fittings.
  18. Release the clip, disconnect the rear drive unit LH inverter to heat exchanger hose from the rear drive unit LH heat exchanger, and then immediately plug both fittings.
  19. Release the clip that attaches the rear drive unit inverter inlet hose to the LH side of the gearbox, and then move the hose aside.
  20. Release the clips (x4) that attach the rear drive unit LH inverter to heat exchanger hose to the rear drive unit, and then remove the hose from the subframe assembly.

Installer

  1. Install the rear drive unit LH inverter to heat exchanger hose to the subframe assembly, and then fasten the clips (x4) that attach the hose to the rear drive unit.
  2. Fasten the clip that attaches the rear drive unit inverter inlet hose to the LH side of the gearbox.
  3. Remove the plugs, immediately connect the rear drive unit LH inverter to heat exchanger hose to the rear drive unit LH heat exchanger, fasten the clip, and then perform a Push-Pull-Push check of the fitting.
  4. Remove the plugs, immediately connect the rear drive unit LH inverter to heat exchanger hose to the rear drive unit LH inverter outlet, fasten the clip, and then perform a Push-Pull-Push check of the fitting.
  5. Remove the coolant catcher from under the subframe fixture assembly.
  6. Install the rear subframe assembly. See Ensemble de châssis auxiliaire – arrière (Plaid) (retrait et installation).
  7. Install the rear fascia diffuser. See.
  8. Install the mid aero shield panel. See Panneau - écran aérodynamique - central (retirez et remplacez).
  9. Install the rear wheels. See Ensemble de roue (retrait et installation).
  10. Perform a cooling system vacuum refill. See Système de refroidissement (remplissage sous vide).
  11. Branchez l'alimentation BT. Voir Alimentation 12 BT (déconnecter et connecter).
  12. Engage the electronic parking brake. See Étrier de frein de stationnement – dégagement.
  13. Connect a laptop with Toolbox 3 to the vehicle. See Toolbox 3.0 (connecter et déconnecter).
  14. Perform a cooling system air purge. See Système de refroidissement (remplissage partiel et purge).
  15. Disconnect the laptop with Toolbox 3 from the vehicle. See Toolbox 3.0 (connecter et déconnecter).
  16. Install the underhood storage unit. See Unité de rangement sous le capot (retrait et installation).
  17. Install the rear underhood apron. See Tablier sous le capot - arrière (retirez et remplacez).
  18. Hold the LH and RH B-pillar upper buttons in the close position to manually calibrate the LH and RH falcon wing doors.
  19. Remove the vehicle from the 2 post lift. See Soulever le véhicule - pont élévateur à 2 poteaux.
  20. Perform a four wheel alignment check, and adjust if necessary. See Parallélisme des quatre roues (vérification).
