1. Open the LH front door.
2. Lower both front windows.
3. Open the RH front door.
4. Move the RH front seat backward.
5. Disconnect LV power. See Alimentation 12 BT (déconnecter et connecter).
6. Remove the underhood storage unit. See Unité de rangement sous le capot (retrait et installation).
7. Remove RH front floor mat

   

8. Remove RH footwell cover
   Remarque

   3x magnets, 1x connector, 4x datums

   

   

9. Remove RH console side carpet
   Remarque

   11x clips, 2x datums

   

   

10. Remove RH front door sill trim panel
    Remarque

    8x clips, 3x datums

    

    

11. Remove RH IP end cap
    Remarque

    3x clips

    

12. Remove RH mid A-pillar trim
    Remarque

    2x clips, 3x datums, Release clips from upper A-pillar and IP sub assembly, Lift mid A-pillar trim out of lower A-pillar trim

    

    

    

13. Remove RH lower A-pillar trim
    Remarque

    1x bolt, T25, 5 Nm, 2x clips, 1x datum

    

    

    

14. Fold RH front cabin carpet aside for access

    

15. Release harness from RH footrest panel
    Remarque

    1x clip

    

16. Release RH footrest panel
    Remarque

    2x bolts, 10mm, 5 Nm, 2x nut, 10mm, 5 Nm

    

17. Remove RH footrest panel
    Remarque

    Fold RH primary support carpet up, Rotate RH footrest panel out of vehicle

    

    

18. Release connector to connectivity module
    Remarque

    1x connector, Move release lock rearward before removal

    

    

19. Release connectors at RH side of entertainment motherboard
    Remarque

    6x connectors, Release locks on connectors before removal

    

    

20. Release connectors at RH side of Autopilot motherboard
    Remarque

    3x connectors, Release locks on connectors before removal

    

    

21. Release connections at LH side of entertainment motherboard
    Remarque

    7x connectors, Release locks on connectors before removal

    

    

22. Release connections at LH side of Autopilot motherboard
    Remarque

    5x connectors, Release locks on connectors before removal

    

    

23. Install coolant hose clamps to coldplate hoses
    Remarque

    2x hoses, Place coolant absorbent mats or rags around the car computer

    

    

    

24. Release coolant hoses from car computer coldplate assembly
    Remarque

    2x spring locks, Install coolant plugs at both hoses and car computer

    

    

25. Remove car computer from vehicle
    Remarque

    2x bolts, 10mm, 7 Nm, 2x nut, 10mm, 8 Nm, Remove any residual coolant from vehicle

    

    

    

26. Install car computer to vehicle
    Remarque

    2x bolts, 10mm, 7Nm, 1x nut, 10mm, 8Nm

    

    

    

27. Secure coolant hoses to car computer coldplate assembly
    Remarque

    2x spring locks, Place coolant absorbent mats or rags around the car computer, Remove coolant plugs while leaving coolant clamps engaged, Ensure spring locks engage and perform pull-push-pull test on each hose coupling

    

    

28. Remove coolant hose clamps
    Remarque

    2x hoses, Remove absorbent material, Clean residual fluid, Inspect for leaks

    

    

    

29. Install connections at LH side of Autopilot motherboard
    Remarque

    5x connectors, Secure locks on connectors after install

    

    

30. Install connections at LH side of entertainment motherboard
    Remarque

    7x connectors, Secure locks on connectors after install

    

    

31. Install connectors at RH side of Autopilot motherboard
    Remarque

    3x connectors

    

    

32. Install connectors at RH side of entertainment motherboard
    Remarque

    6x connectors, Secure locks on connectors after install

    

    

33. Install connector to connectivity module
    Remarque

    1x connector, Slide lock underneath connector

    

    

34. Connect LV power. See Alimentation 12 BT (déconnecter et connecter).
35. Perform a cooling system partial refill and bleed. See Système de refroidissement (remplissage partiel et purge).
36. Install RH footrest panel
    Remarque

    Rotate RH footrest panel onto vehicle, Fold RH primary support carpet down

    

    

37. Secure RH footrest panel
    Remarque

    2x bolts, 10mm, 5 Nm, 2x nut, 10mm, 5 Nm

    

38. Secure harness to RH footrest panel
    Remarque

    1x clip

    

39. Fold RH main carpet back into place

    

40. Install RH footwell cover
    Remarque

    3x magnets, 4x datums, 1x connector

    

    

41. Install RH lower A-pillar trim
    Remarque

    1x bolt, T25, 5 Nm, 2x clips, 1x datum

    

    

42. Install RH mid A-pillar trim
    Remarque

    2x clips, 3x datums, Verify weather seal is seated properly

    

    

    

43. Install RH IP end cap
    Remarque

    3x clips

    

44. Install RH front door sill trim panel
    Remarque

    8x clips, 3x datums

    

    

45. Install RH console side carpet
    Remarque

    11x clips, 2x datums

    

    

46. Install RH front floor mat

    

47. Move the RH front seat to its original position.
48. Calibrate the RH falcon wing door.

    

49. Raise the RH front window.
50. Close the RH front door.
51. Install the underhood storage unit. See Unité de rangement sous le capot (retrait et installation).
52. Install the rear underhood apron.

    

    

53. Close the hood.
54. Calibrate the LH falcon wing door.

    

55. Raise the LH front window.
56. Close the LH front door.
