1. Open the LH front door.
2. Lower both front windows.
3. Press brake pedal to turn on drive rails

   

4. Set air suspension ride height to “Very High”
   Remarque

   Via center display > Controls > Suspension > ''Very High''

   

5. Turn steering wheel fully to right

   

6. Open the hood.

   

7. Remove the rear underhood apron.

   

   

8. Remove the LH underhood apron.

   

   

   

   

9. Remove the RH underhood apron.

   

   

   

   

10. Remove the front underhood apron.

    

    

11. Remove bolts securing upper portion of front fascia
    Remarque

    6x bolts, 10mm, 7 Nm

    

12. Remove fasteners securing LH front wheel liner to valence
    Remarque

    1x bolt, T30, 1.5 Nm, 3x clips, Move front portion of wheel liner backwards to access fairing

    

    

    

13. Remove LH front wheel fairing from valence
    Remarque

    2x bolts, 10mm, 1.5 Nm, 1x securing tab

    

14. Partially remove front portion of LH front fender garnish
    Remarque

    2x clips, 8x tabs, Careful to not damage dummy ultra sonic sensor when removing garnish

    

    

15. Remove bolt securing LH front of fascia to LH front fender
    Remarque

    1x bolt, 8mm, 1.5 Nm

    

16. Disconnect fascia camera hose from washer pump
    Remarque

    1x hose, Release locking tab to disconnect washer hose

    

17. Press brake pedal to turn on drive rails

    

18. Turn steering wheel fully to left

    

19. Remove clips securing RH front wheel liner to valence
    Remarque

    4x clips, Move front portion of wheel liner backwards to access fairing

    

    

20. Remove RH front wheel fairing from valence
    Remarque

    2x bolts, 10mm, 1.5 Nm, 1x securing tab

    

21. Partially remove front portion of RH front fender garnish
    Remarque

    2x clips, 8x tabs, Careful to not damage dummy ultra sonic sensor when removing garnish

    

    

22. Remove bolt securing RH front of fascia to RH front fender
    Remarque

    1x bolt, 8mm, 1.5 Nm

    

23. Power off the vehicle using the touchscreen.

    

24. Disconnect the LV battery connector and First Responder Loop.

    

    

    

25. Disconnect front fascia assembly
    Remarque

    2x connectors, Release locking tabs then disconnect, 1x nano nozzle

    

26. Remove fasteners securing lower portion of front fascia to valence
    Remarque

    3x bolts, 10mm, 3 Nm, 2x clips

    

    

    

    

27. Apply masking tape to protect LH and RH front fenders

    

    

28. Remove front fascia assembly from vehicle
    Remarque

    Recommend assistance, Release fascia from LH and RH fender brackets, Careful not to damage the fender bracket when removing fascia, Place on protected surface to avoid damage

    

    

    

29. Disconnect front BLE
    Remarque

    1x connector, Do not push down on red tab, Pull red tab to disengage lock, Pull again to release connector

    

30. Remove T badge carrier from front fascia
    Remarque

    1x screw, T25, 3 Nm, 6x tabs

    

    

31. Release front fascia V bar from front T badge carrier
    Remarque

    4x clips

    

    

32. Remove front BLE from front T badge carrier
    Remarque

    2x screws, T25, 3 Nm

    

33. Remove T badge from T badge carrier
    Remarque

    2 screws, T25, 1.8 Nm

    

    

34. Install T badge onto T badge carrier
    Remarque

    2 screws, T25, 1.8 Nm

    

    

35. Install front BLE onto T badge carrier
    Remarque

    2 screws, T25, 3 Nm

    

36. Install front fascia V bar onto T badge carrier
    Remarque

    4x clips

    

37. Install screws securing front fascia V bar onto T badge carrier
    Remarque

    1x screw, T25, 3 Nm

    

38. Install T badge carrier onto front fascia assembly
    Remarque

    1x screw, T25, 3 Nm, 6x Tabs

    

    

39. Install T badge carrier onto front fascia assembly
    Remarque

    1x screw, T25, 3 Nm, 6x Tabs

    

    

40. Connect front BLE
    Remarque

    1x connector, Engage locking tab

    

41. Install front fascia onto vehicle
    Remarque

    Recommend assistance, Slide LH and RH side of fascia into fenders, Careful not to damage the fender bracket when installing fascia

    

    

    

42. Remove masking tape from front fenders

    

    

43. Install bolt securing fascia to RH fender bracket
    Remarque

    1x bolt, 8mm, 5 Nm

    

44. Connect front fascia harness onto frunk harness
    Remarque

    2x connectors, Engage locking tab, Located behind RH wheel arch liner

    

45. Install RH front fender garnish
    Remarque

    2x clips, 8x tabs, Secure from top to bottom of front bumper

    

    

    

46. Install RH front wheel fairing to valence
    Remarque

    2x bolts, 10mm, 1.5 Nm

    

47. Install push clips securing RH front wheel liner onto fascia
    Remarque

    4x clips

    

    

48. Connect the First Responder Loop and LV battery connector.

    

    

49. Press brake pedal to turn on drive rails

    

50. Turn steering wheel fully to right

    

51. Connect fascia camera hose to washer pump
    Remarque

    1x hose, Secure locking tab

    

52. Install bolt securing fascia onto LH fender bracket
    Remarque

    1x bolt, 8mm, 5 Nm

    

53. Install LH front fender garnish
    Remarque

    2x clips, 8x tabs, Secure from top to bottom of front bumper

    

    

    

54. Install LH front wheel fairing to valence
    Remarque

    2x bolts, 10mm, 1.5 Nm, 1x securing tab

    

55. Install fasteners securing LH front wheel liner to valence
    Remarque

    1x bolt, T30, 1.5 Nm, 3x clips

    

    

    

56. Install fasteners securing lower portion of front fascia to valence
    Remarque

    3x bolts, 10mm, 3 Nm, 2x clips

    

    

    

    

57. Install bolts securing upper portion of front fascia
    Remarque

    4x bolts, 10mm, 7 Nm, Ensure proper fascia-to-headlamp gap and flushness

    

58. Install the front underhood apron.

    

    

59. Install the LH underhood apron.

    

    

    

    

60. Install the RH underhood apron.

    

    

    

    

61. Install the rear underhood apron.

    

    

62. Close the hood.
63. Calibrate the RH falcon wing door.

    

64. Calibrate the LH falcon wing door.

    

65. Press brake pedal to turn on drive rails

    

66. Turn steering wheel back to center

    

67. Set air suspension ride height to Medium
    Remarque

    Using center display > Suspension > Medium/Standard

    

68. Raise both front windows.
69. Close the LH front door.
