Retirer

  1. Move the vehicle to a 2 post lift. See Soulever le véhicule - pont élévateur à 2 poteaux.
  2. Connect a laptop with Toolbox 3 to the vehicle. See Toolbox 3.0 (connecter et déconnecter).
  3. Release the electronic parking brake. See Étrier de frein de stationnement – dégagement.
  4. Disconnect the laptop with Toolbox 3 from the vehicle. See Toolbox 3.0 (connecter et déconnecter).
  5. Remove the rear underhood apron. See Tablier sous le capot - arrière (retirez et remplacez).
  6. Remove the underhood storage unit. See Unité de rangement sous le capot (retrait et installation).
  7. Déconnectez l’alimentation basse tension. Voir Alimentation 12 BT (déconnecter et connecter).
  8. Set the high voltage multimeter to DC voltage, lightly touch the probes to the auxiliary battery connector contacts, and verify that the multimeter displays a voltage.

    Remarque
    Battery voltage is typically 14.5 to 15.5 volts.
  9. Remove the rear wheels. See Ensemble de roue (retrait et installation).
  10. Remove the mid aero shield panel. See Panneau - écran aérodynamique - central (retirez et remplacez).
  11. Effectuez la procédure de désactivation HT du véhicule. Voir Procédure de désactivation HT du véhicule.
  12. Remove the leather glove protectors and HV insulating gloves.
  13. Remove the rear fascia diffuser. See.
  14. Remove the rear subframe assembly. See Ensemble de châssis auxiliaire – arrière (Plaid) (retrait et installation).
  15. Remove the bolt and release the clip that attach the ground strap to the rear drive unit and rear subframe, and then remove the ground strap from the subframe.
  16. Remove the bolts (x2) that attach the LH upper aft link to the rear subframe.
  17. Remove the bolts (x2) that attach the RH upper aft link to the rear subframe.
  18. Remove the bolts (x4) that attach the rear subframe brace to the rear subframe, and then remove the brace from the subframe.

Installer

  1. Install the rear subframe brace to the rear subframe, and then install the bolts (x4) that attach the brace to the subframe.
    120 Nm (88.5 lbs-ft)
  2. Install the RH upper aft link to the rear subframe, and then install the bolts (x2) that attach the link to the subframe.
    85 Nm (62.7 lbs-ft)
  3. Install the LH upper aft link to the rear subframe, and then install the bolts (x2) that attach the link to the subframe.
    85 Nm (62.7 lbs-ft)
  4. Fasten the clip that attaches the ground strap to the rear drive unit, and then install the bolt that attaches the ground strap to the rear subframe.
  5. Install the rear subframe assembly. See Ensemble de châssis auxiliaire – arrière (Plaid) (retrait et installation).
  6. Install the rear fascia diffuser. See.
  7. Install the mid aero shield panel. See Panneau - écran aérodynamique - central (retirez et remplacez).
  8. Install the rear wheels. See Ensemble de roue (retrait et installation).
  9. Branchez l'alimentation BT. Voir Alimentation 12 BT (déconnecter et connecter).
  10. Engage the electronic parking brake. See Étrier de frein de stationnement – dégagement.
  11. Connect a laptop with Toolbox 3 to the vehicle. See Toolbox 3.0 (connecter et déconnecter).
  12. Perform a cooling system air purge. See Système de refroidissement (remplissage partiel et purge).
  13. Disconnect the laptop with Toolbox 3 from the vehicle. See Toolbox 3.0 (connecter et déconnecter).
  14. Install the underhood storage unit. See Unité de rangement sous le capot (retrait et installation).
  15. Install the rear underhood apron. See Tablier sous le capot - arrière (retirez et remplacez).
  16. Hold the LH and RH B-pillar upper buttons in the close position to manually calibrate the LH and RH falcon wing doors.
  17. Remove the vehicle from the 2 post lift. See Soulever le véhicule - pont élévateur à 2 poteaux.
  18. Perform a four wheel alignment check, and adjust if necessary. See Parallélisme des quatre roues (vérification).
