Retirer

  1. Remove the rear underhood apron. See Tablier sous le capot - arrière (retirez et remplacez).
  2. Remove the LH and RH underhood aprons. See Tablier sous le capot – côté gauche (Retirer et remplacer).
  3. Remove the front underhood apron. See Tablier sous le capot - Avant (retrait et remplacement).
  4. Remove the underhood storage unit access panel. See Panneau d'accès à l'unité de rangement sous le capot (retrait et remplacement).
  5. Remove the underhood storage unit. See Unité de rangement sous le capot (retirez et remplacez).
  6. Disconnect LV power. See Alimentation 12 BT (déconnecter et connecter).
  7. Disconnect the front body controller module upper locking connectors (x2).

    Push in the locking tabs, and then lift the levers to release the connectors.

  8. Disconnect the front body controller module LH middle locking connector.

  9. Disconnect the front body controller module RH middle locking connectors (x2).

  10. Disconnect the front body controller module lower locking connectors (x2).

  11. Remove the bolt that attaches the front body controller module ground cable to the vehicle.

  12. Remove the bolts (x3) that attach the front body controller module to the vehicle.

  13. Release the locating tabs (x2) that attach the front body controller module to the vehicle, and then remove the module and ground cable from the vehicle.

Installer

  1. Position the front body controller module and ground cable on the vehicle, and then install the locating tabs (x2) that attach the module to the vehicle.
  2. Install the bolts (x3) that attach the front body controller module to the vehicle.
    10 Nm (7.4 lbs-ft)

  3. Install the bolt that attaches the front body controller module ground cable to the vehicle.
    10 Nm (7.4 lbs-ft)

  4. Connect the front body controller module lower locking connectors (x2).

    Engage the red locking tab.
  5. Connect the front body controller module RH middle locking connectors (x2).

    Verify the yellow locking tabs are fully opened. Seat connectors and mechanism will begin to engage.
  6. Connect the front body controller module LH middle locking connector.

  7. Connect the front body controller module upper locking connectors (x2).

  8. Connect LV power. See Alimentation 12 BT (déconnecter et connecter).

    2. Touchez Thermique > Actions > Configurations thermiques > coolantPumpType pour inspecter la configuration actuelle de la pompe de liquide de refroidissement. Si la configuration n'est pas DUAL_MIX, changez-la à DUAL_MIX.

  10. Quittez le mode Entretien ou débranchez l'ordinateur portable, le cas échéant (consultez 0005 – Modes d’entretien).
  11. Calibrate the LH and RH falcon wing doors.

    Remarque
    Hold the upper B-pillar button down to manually calibrate the door, ensuring it is closed after calibration for firmware to pass.
  12. Adjust the headlights as required. See Phares - réglage - ND (méthode des outils).

  14. Install the underhood storage unit access panel. See Panneau d'accès à l'unité de rangement sous le capot (retrait et remplacement).
