Function check LH front door (exterior)
NotaInspect and note functionality for the door handle operation and full range of motion of the door, From outside look for interference with brightwork and door to body, Note any abnormalities

Function check all windows from the master switch
NotaCheck operation with door closed, Document any abnormal operation/noises

Function check LH rear door (exterior)
NotaInspect and note functionality for the door handle operation and full range of motion of the door, From outside look for interference with brightwork and door to body, Note any abnormalities

Function check RH rear door (exterior)
NotaInspect and note functionality for the door handle operation and full range of motion of the door, From outside look for interference with brightwork and door to body, Note any abnormalities

Function check RH front door (exterior)

Verify operation of all exterior lights
NotaRecommend assistance, Headlamps, fog lights, license plate, tail, brake, reverse, & side repeater

Engage drive rails and activate windshield washer and wiper operation
NotaEngage drive rails and hold down on the washer button, Verify wipers and washer is operating as intended

Remove frunk access panel
Nota3x clips, 3x hooks, 1x connector

Remove frunk carpet

Remove frunk assembly
Nota4x bolts, 10mm, 5 Nm

Perform inspection of under hood area
NotaPerform inspection of vehicle under hood area, Check for signs of abnormal damage, wear, heavy rust, wiring damage, or impact damage, Pay attention to safety related component and note any items of significance

Inspect brake fluid level
-
Inspect coolant level and top off as necessary
NotaEnsure that the fluid level is at the Max line, Top off fluid as required

Fill washer reservoir with fluid
-
Raise vehicle fully and lower lift onto locks
NotaSet vehicle to comfortable working height, Ensure an audible click of locks on both sides is heard before lowering, Vehicle may tilt to the side if both locks are not engaged

Remove front aero shield

Release front aero shield
Nota9x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm

Release rear aero shield

Remove rear aero shield
Nota16x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm

Perform inspection of vehicle underside components front and rear
NotaPerform inspection of vehicle underside front and rear, Check for signs of abnormal damage, wear, heavy rust, wiring damage, or impact damage, Pay attention to safety related component and note any items of significance

Inspect underside of vehicle for fluid leaks
-
Perform inspection of steering components
NotaCheck steering gear joints, fasteners, and electrical connections, Verify components are not bent or damaged

Perform inspection of front suspension components
NotaCheck conditions of ball joints and bushings, etc, Inspect for any loose fasteners, Carefully apply pressure with a pry bar as needed

Perform inspection of rear suspension components
NotaCheck conditions of ball joints and bushings, etc, Inspect for any loose fasteners, Carefully apply pressure with a pry bar as needed

Inspect underside of battery for damage
-
Check tire pressures
Nota4x tires, Adjust to specification if necessary

Inspect condition of LH front tire
NotaTire Condition: No damage to sidewall (cuts, tears, bulges), No foreign objects in tread area, No uneven wear or sidewall cracking

Measure and record LH front tread depth
NotaRecord at least 3 measurements: Inner, Middle, Outer, Add line to replace if under 5/32 inch tread remaining
-
Perform visual inspection of LH front brake pads
NotaPerform visual inspection, Recommend replacement if 2mm or less, Check both inboard and outboard pads

Inspect LH front brake rotor condition
NotaCheck for excessive rust or wear, Minimum spec 30mm
-
Inspect condition of LH rear tire
NotaTire Condition: No damage to sidewall (cuts, tears, bulges), No foreign objects in tread area, No uneven wear or sidewall cracking

Measure and record LH rear tread depth
NotaRecord at least 3 measurements: Inner, Middle, Add line to replace if under 5/32 inch tread remaining

Perform visual inspection of LH rear brake pads
NotaPerform visual inspection, Recommend replacement if 2mm or less, Check both inboard and outboard pads

NotaLook for evidence of brake hose(s) rubbing on surrounding components, Inspect hose connections for evidence of leaks, Verify hoses are routed properly and secured to retaining brackets

Install rear aero shield
Nota16x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm, Apply Loctite 222 onto mid aero shield bolts and install fasteners securing mid aero shield to vehicle

Position rear aero shield
Nota4x push clips
-
Secure front aero shield to vehicle
Nota9x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm, Apply Loctite 222 onto front aero shield bolts

Install front aero shield
Nota5x push clips
-
Lower vehicle fully
NotaRaise lift off locks, then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered
-
Remove vehicle from lift
NotaLower lift arms fully and remove them from under vehicle, Remove air suspension from "Jack Mode"

Install frunk assembly
Nota4x bolts, 10mm, 5 Nm
-
Install frunk carpet
NotaVerify carpet is properly seated under the seal

Install frunk access panel
Nota3x clips, 3x hooks, 1x connector

Install front underhood apron
Nota7x clips
-
Install RH underhood apron
Nota10x clips
-
Install LH underhood apron
Nota10x clips
-
Install rear underhood apron
Nota8x clips
-
Close hood
NotaPress firmly in green highlighted areas (see image), Damage may result from pressure elsewhere on hood

Perform a road test using a series of ABS-active stops and ensure proper brake pedal feel and performance
NotaThe vehicle must stop completely within 25 feet (7.6 meters) at 20 mph (32 kph), Confirm that no excessive vibration or noise is present

Inspect vehicles alignment
NotaConfirm steering wheel is straight and no vibrations or noises are felt or heard from the suspension, On a flat road, at 35 mph (56 kph), the vehicle does not pull in either direction
