1. Open all four doors
2. Lower both front windows
3. Move LH front seat forward
4. Move RH front seat forward
5. Release console back panel assembly
   Nota

   7x clips, 6x datums

   

   

   

6. Remove console back panel assembly
   Nota

   2x connectors, 2x Datums, Slide panel rearward to disengage from console assembly, Connector lock for lamp located underneath bracket, Connector may vary on build

   

   

   

   

   

7. Release LH and RH rear console carrier
   Nota

   2x bolts, 10mm, 12 Nm

   

   

8. Move LH front seat backward
9. Move RH front seat backward
10. Release phone dock
    Nota

    4x clips, 2x datums, Pull up at bottom and swing out from under instrument panel

    

    

11. Remove phone dock
    Nota

    3x connectors, 1x clip, Take caution to release connector locks before pulling straight out of each socket to avoid damage

    

    

12. Release IP service panel
    Nota

    2x tabs, 4x datums, Release top tabs and slide rearward

    

    

    

13. Release diagnostic and CAN harnesses from IP service panel
    Nota

    2x clips

    

    

14. Remove IP service panel
    Nota

    1x connector

    

    

15. Remove LH front floor mat

    

16. Remove LH console side carpet
    Nota

    11x clips

    

    

17. Release LH toeboard lower bracket from center console
    Nota

    1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm

    

18. Remove RH front floor mat

    

19. Remove RH console side carpet
    Nota

    11x clips

    

    

20. Release RH toeboard lower bracket from center console
    Nota

    1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm

    

21. Release center console connectors to body harness
    Nota

    4x connectors, 2x clips

    

22. Release LH and RH console carrier center bracket
    Nota

    2x bolts, 10mm, 12 Nm

    

    

23. Remove console assembly
    Nota

    Lift at rear, rotate front from under IP and out passenger door, Take care not to scratch seats, IP or inner door panel, Recommend assistance if needed

    

    

24. Remove LH and RH console side panels
    Nota

    17x clips each side

    

    

    

25. Release decor harness from console assembly
    Nota

    6x connectors, 2x clips, 2x connectors wrapped in felt tape, Wrap connecters in felt tape after re-assembly, Connectors may very on build

    

    

    

    

26. Release decor from console assembly
    Nota

    18x screws, T20, 1 Nm

    

    

27. Remove rear bright strip screws
    Nota

    2x screws, T20, 1 Nm, Removal of screws allows flexibility to disengage decor bright

    

    

28. Remove console decor assembly
    Nota

    6x datums, 1x connector, Lift up at front and slide out of rear bright strip

    

    

    

    

29. Install console decor assembly
    Nota

    6x datums, 1x connector, Slide into rear bright strip and down into console assembly, Ensure all 6 datums engage and bright strip is aligned

    

    

    

    

30. Install rear bright strip screws
    Nota

    2x screws, T20, 1 Nm, Confirm alignment of decor bright with rear bright trim

    

    

31. Secure decor to console assembly
    Nota

    18x screws, T20, 1 Nm

    

    

32. Secure decor harness to console assembly
    Nota

    6x connectors, 2x clips, 2x connectors wrapped in felt tape, Wrap connecters in felt tape after re-assembly, Connector may vary on build

    

    

    

    

33. Install LH and RH console side panels
    Nota

    17x clips each side

    

    

    

34. Install console assemby
    Nota

    Carefully maneuver front of assembly under and into IP carrier and lower rear into place, Recommend assistance if needed

    

    

35. Secure LH toeboard lower bracket to center console
    Nota

    1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm

    

36. Secure RH toeboard lower bracket to center console
    Nota

    1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm

    

37. Secure center console connectors to body harness
    Nota

    4x connectors, 2x clips, Ensure all connector locks engaged

    

38. Secure LH and RH console carrier center bracket
    Nota

    2x bolts, 10mm, 12 Nm

    

    

39. Install RH console side carpet
    Nota

    11x clips

    

    

40. Install RH front floor mat

    

41. Install LH console side carpet
    Nota

    11x clips

    

    

42. Install LH front floor mat

    

43. Secure IP service panel connector
    Nota

    1x connector

    

    

44. Secure diagnostic and CAN harnesses to IP service panel
    Nota

    2x clips

    

    

    

45. Secure IP service panel
    Nota

    2x tabs, 4 datums, Slide forward engaging datums then secure tabs upward into IP

    

    

46. Install phone dock connections
    Nota

    3x connectors, 1x clip

    

    

47. Install phone dock
    Nota

    2x datums, 4 tabs, Slide datums forward into IP and secure tabs down into center console

    

    

48. Move LH front seat forward
49. Move RH front seat forward
50. Secure LH and RH rear console carrier
    Nota

    2x bolts, 10mm, 12 Nm

    

    

51. Install console back panel assembly
    Nota

    2x connectors, 2x datums, Engage datums into console carrier slots, Connectors may vary on build

    

    

    

    

52. Secure console back panel assembly
    Nota

    7x clips, 6x datums

    

    

    

53. Close RH rear door
54. Move RH front seat to original position
55. Raise RH front window
56. Close RH front door
57. Move LH front seat to original position
58. Raise LH front window
59. Close LH front door
