Retirar

  1. Open the LH front door.
  2. Lower the LH front window.
  3. Move the LH front seat backwards.
  4. Disconnect LV power. See Alimentación de baja tensión (Desconexión y conexión).
  5. Remove the driver footwell cover. See Funda - Zona de los pies - Conductor (Desinstalación y sustitución).
  6. Remove the driver knee airbag. See Airbag de rodilla - Conductor (Desinstalación y sustitución).
  7. Release the cotter clip that attaches the brake clevis clip pin to the pedal assembly.

    Remove the cotter clip by hand.
  8. Remove the brake clevis clip pin from the brake pedal assembly, and then release the clevis clip from the pedal.

Instalar

  1. Align the brake pedal with the iBooster rod, and then install the brake clevis clip pin that attaches the clevis clip to the brake pedal assembly.
  2. Install the cotter clip that attaches the brake clevis clip pin to the pedal assembly.

    Nota
    Move all parts to original position. Replace the cotter clip if damaged.
  3. Install the driver knee airbag. See Airbag de rodilla - Conductor (Desinstalación y sustitución).
  4. Install the driver footwell cover. See Funda - Zona de los pies - Conductor (Desinstalación y sustitución).
  5. Connect LV power. See Alimentación de baja tensión (Desconexión y conexión).
  6. Move the LH front seat to original position.
  7. Raise the LH front window.
  8. Close the LH front door.
