Check all emergency release cables and switches
NotaFront door releases, Use caution with front door releases as door glass will not drop and could damage seals or bright molding, Remove 2nd row door panel pocket cover to reveal emergency cable

Inspect coolant level and top off as necessary

Measure and record LH rear brake pad thickness
NotaRecommend replacement if 2mm or less, Check both inboard and outboard pads

Inspect LH rear brake rotor condition
NotaCheck for excessive rust or wear, Minimum spec 26mm

Record tread depth for RH rear tire
NotaMeasure and record the outer, center, and inner tread depths, Measure the circumferential tire grooves only, Do not place the tire tread gauge probe on the molded treadwear indicators, Recommend replacement if tread depth is 4/32in (3mm) or less

Measure and record RH rear brake pad thickness

Raise vehicle fully and lower lift onto locks
NotaSet vehicle to comfortable working height, Make sure there's an audible click of locks on both sides before lowering, otherwise vehicle may tilt to side

Perform visual inspection of HV battery enclosure

NotaCheck steering gear joints and electrical connections, Verify components are not bent or damaged

Perform visual inspection of underside of vehicle for any coolant leaks
NotaPay special attention to hose connection points

Perform inspection of vehicle underside components front and rear

Install front aero shield

Secure front aero shield to vehicle
Nota9x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm, Apply Loctite 222 onto front aero shield bolts

Position mid aero shield

Install mid aero shield
Nota16x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm, Apply Loctite 222 onto mid aero shield bolts and install fasteners securing mid aero shield to vehicle

Lower vehicle partially and set onto locks
NotaRaise lift off locks, then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered, Set vehicle to comfortable working height

Install LH rear wheel
Nota5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm, Start lug nuts by hand before using power tool

Install LH front wheel
Nota5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm, Start lug nuts by hand before using power tool

Install RH rear wheel

Remove vehicle from lift
NotaLower lift arms fully and remove them from under vehicle, Remove air suspension from "Jack Mode"

Place vehicle in service mode
NotaVia Controls > Software, Touch and hold "Model" for 2 seconds then release, Use screen keyboard to type "service" into dialog box and select OK button

Check for active alerts
NotaCheck alert using UI via service mode > active alerts" to "Check alerts using UI via Service Mode > Service Alerts > Active Alerts

Update vehicle firmware if available
NotaSelect the clock on the center display, or go to the Software tab, then select install now to start firmware update. Select Install Now, Tap count down timer until clock runs down to 0, Check the center display and ensure the firmware package is installing

Exit Service Mode through UI
NotaPress and hold the Exit Service Mode button for 3 seconds
