Retirar

  1. Remove the driver seat headrest. See Reposacabezas - Asiento del conductor (asiento deportivo) (Desinstalación y sustitución).
  2. Remove the LH front seat décor assembly. See Panel de decoración - Asiento de la 1.ª fila - Lado izquierdo (asiento deportivo) (Desinstalación y sustitución).
  3. Remove the LH front seat back panel. See Back Panel - LH (Sport Seat) (Remove and Replace).
  4. Remove the rear underhood apron. See Faldón del vano del motor - Parte trasera (Desinstalación y sustitución).
  5. Disconnect LV power. See Alimentación de baja tensión (Desconexión y conexión).
  6. Disconnect the LH front seat harness connectors (x2) from the seat back assembly.
  7. Release the clip that attaches the LH front seat harness to the seat back.
  8. Disconnect the LH front lumbar valve pack electrical connector.
  9. Remove the bolt that attaches the LH front seat back to the seat assembly.

    • Destornillador de impacto/carraca sin cable
    • Llave de carraca/dinamométrica
  10. Move the LH front seat seat back away from the seat frame to allow access to the 2nd row.
  11. Disconnect the LH front lumbar motor electrical connector.
  12. Release the clips (x2) that attach the LH front lumbar motor assembly to the seat assembly.
  13. Remove the LH front seat back assembly from the seat frame.

Instalar

  1. Install the LH front seat back assembly onto the seat frame.
  2. Position the LH front lumbar motor poutch onto the seat frame, and then secure the clips (x2) that attach the assembly to the seat.
  3. Connect the LH front lumbar motor electrical connector.
  4. Position the LH front seat back assembly onto the seat frame.
  5. Install the bolt that attaches the LH front seat back to the seat assembly.
    5 Nm (3.7 lbs-ft)

  6. Connect the LH front lumbar valve pack electrical connector.
  7. Install the clip that attaches the LH front seat harness to the seat back.
  8. Connect the LH front seat harness connectors (x2) to the seat back assembly.
  9. Connect LV power. See Alimentación de baja tensión (Desconexión y conexión).
  10. Install the rear underhood apron. See Faldón del vano del motor - Parte trasera (Desinstalación y sustitución).
  11. Install the LH front seat back panel. See Back Panel - LH (Sport Seat) (Remove and Replace).
  12. Install the LH front seat décor assembly. See Panel de decoración - Asiento de la 1.ª fila - Lado izquierdo (asiento deportivo) (Desinstalación y sustitución).
  13. Install the driver seat headrest. See Reposacabezas - Asiento del conductor (asiento deportivo) (Desinstalación y sustitución).
  14. Raise the LH front window and close the LH doors.
