CAPACITIES, FLUIDS, AND LUBRICANTS

The following capacities are only an approximation of the amount of fluid required to fill the respective system.

Fluids

Air conditioning

The air conditioning system is filled with R134a refrigerant. If oil needs to be added to the system, use the oil specified below.

  • Up to 2010 MY: Daphne Hermetic oil FV Series
  • From 2010 MY: Nippon Ze-GLES RB68

Antifreeze solutions

The cooling system contains a propylene glycol (PG) based antifreeze.

Use a 50% mix of water and Sierra Antifreeze Coolant-PG.

Warning IconA warning icon, calling your attention to a possibly risky situation
CAUTION

Do not top-up or refill the cooling system with any other type of antifreeze.

Informational PurposesAn informational icon, calling your attention
Note

The cooling system should be drained, flushed and refilled with the correct amount of antifreeze solution at the specified service intervals.

Antifreeze concentration

The overall antifreeze concentration should not fall, by volume, below 50% to make sure that the anti-corrosion properties of the coolant are maintained. Antifreeze concentrations greater than 60% are not recommended as cooling efficiency will be impaired.
