Trim - B-pillar - LH

Correction code 15111102

Remove

  1. Remove driver seat (refer to procedure).
  2. Remove LH sill panel trim (refer to procedure).
  3. Release locating tags (x4) and remove front of D loop cover.
  4. Remove bolt securing seat belt upper anchor point to body and release seat belt (torque 45 Nm).
  5. Remove screws (x2) securing cover to seat belt D-loop and remove cover.
  6. Release fir tree fasteners (x4) securing rear screen lower finisher to bulkhead.
  7. Remove rear screen lower finisher.
  8. Remove scrivet securing B-pillar trim to bulkhead.
  9. Remove screw securing B-pillar trim to sill.
  10. Release fir tree fasteners (x2) securing B-pillar trim to rear bulkhead.
  11. Disconnect speaker to front harness connector.
  12. Feed seat belt and tongue through slot in trim panel.
  13. Remove B-pillar trim.
  14. Release locating tags (x3) and remove speaker grille.
  15. Remove screws (x4) securing speaker to B-pillar trim.
  16. Remove seal from B-pillar trim.

Install

Installation procedure is the reverse of removal.
