Correction code 17130802

Remove

  1. Remove brake vacuum pump (refer to procedure).
  2. Disconnect headlight connector.
  3. Remove bolts (x3) securing headlight to lower crash structure (torque 12 Nm).
  4. Remove headlight and collect shims.

    Always record quantity and fitted position of shims, washers, locktabs or clips.

Install

Installation procedure is the reverse of removal, except for the following:

  1. Check headlight to fender profiles and gaps.
  2. Check and adjust headlight as necessary.
