Sway Bar - Rear

Correction code 31033102

Remove

  1. Raise and support vehicle.
  2. Remove rear diffuser tray panel (refer to procedure).
  3. Remove Patchbolts (x4) securing brackets to rear subframe (torque 25 Nm).
  4. Remove brackets and collect backing plates.
  5. Remove Nyloc nuts (x2) securing sway bar to drop links (torque 45 Nm).
    CAUTION

    Replace all nyloc nuts.

  6. Remove sway bar.
  7. Remove sway bar bushings from sway bar.
    Note
    Apply recommended grease to bearing/bushing surfaces.

Install

Installation procedure is the reverse of removal, except for the following:

Replace all patchbolts.

Replace all nyloc nuts.
