Trim - Dash Panel - Upper

Correction code 14053102

Remove

  1. Remove LH dash trim (refer to procedure).
  2. Remove RH dash trim (refer to procedure).
  3. Remove instrument panel (refer to procedure).
  4. Remove audio system head unit (refer to procedure).
  5. Remove screws (x4) and release clip securing center face level vent/radio trim to dash.
  6. Remove center face level vent/radio trim.
  7. Remove screws (x4) securing upper dash panel and release upper dash panel.

    Steering wheel removed for clarity.
  8. Disconnect LH front speaker connector.
  9. Disconnect RH front speaker connector.
  10. Remove upper dash panel from vehicle by lifting the rear edge and then pulling forward.
  11. Remove LH front speaker grille.
  12. Remove RH front speaker grille.
  13. Remove screws (x4) securing LH front speaker and remove LH front speaker.
  14. Remove screws (x4) securing RH front speaker and remove RH front speaker.

Install

Installation procedure is the reverse of removal, except for the following:

  1. When fitting the upper dash panel, align dash mounting pin with hole in windshield frame.
