Servo Assembly

Correction code 33031302

Remove

  1. Remove driver seat (refer to procedure).
  2. Remove steering wheel (refer to procedure).
  3. Release brake reservoir from mounting.
  4. Disconnect servo hose.
  5. Remove nuts (x2) securing master cylinder to servo and pull forward on brake pipes (torque 25 Nm).
  6. Remove split pin from clevis pin.
  7. Depress brake pedal for clearance and remove clevis pin and spacer.
  8. Remove nuts (x3) securing servo to body and remove servo (torque 25 Nm).

Install

Installation procedure is the reverse of removal, except for the following:

  1. Check brake operation before driving vehicle.
