Torque Specifications

Bolt that attaches the LH height adjuster to the body
35 Nm (25.8 lbs-ft)
  • 13 mm socket
 Replace 1846261-00-A

Remove

  1. Disconnect the LV power. See .
  2. Remove the LH C-pillar upper trim. See Trim - C-Pillar - Upper - LH (Model YL) (Remove and Replace).
  3. Release the clips (x2) that attach the LH rear NVH trim to the body.
  4. Disconnect the LH 2nd row retractor connector.

    Note
    Lift the orange tab to release the connector.
  5. Remove and discard the bolt that attaches the LH upper D-ring to the body.

    Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • Torx T50 socket
  6. Remove and discard the bolt that attaches the 2nd row seat belt retractor to the body, and then remove the retractor from the vehicle.

    • 13 mm socket

Install

  1. Install a new bolt that attaches the 2nd row seat belt retractor to the body.
    35 Nm (25.8 lbs-ft)

    Make sure that the locating tabs are properly installed.

    Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • 13 mm socket
  2. Install a new bolt that attaches the LH upper D-ring to the body.
    30 Nm (22.1 lbs-ft)

  3. Connect the LH 2nd row retractor connector.
  4. Install the clips (x2) that attach the LH rear NVH trim to the body.
  5. Connect the LV power. See .
  6. Install the LH C-pillar upper trim. See Trim - C-Pillar - Upper - LH (Model YL) (Remove and Replace).
