Remove
- Remove the LH 2nd row seat from the vehicle. See Seat Assembly - 2nd Row - LH (Model YL) (Remove and Install).
Replace
- Install the LH 2nd row seat to the vehicle. See Seat Assembly - 2nd Row - LH (Model YL) (Remove and Install).
- Connect a laptop to the diagnostic port of the vehicle, and then use Toolbox 3 to locally connect to the vehicle. See Toolbox (Connect and Disconnect).
- Reinstall the software. See Software Reinstall - Touchscreen.
- Perform the following routine using Service Mode or Toolbox (see 0005 - Service Modes): PROC_VCSEAT2L_2R_POST-REPLACEMENT-PROCEDUREvia Service Mode Plus:low-voltage ➜ Seat Controller Left Post Replacement ➜ Seat Controller Left Post Replacement Procedurevia Toolbox:(link)
- Exit Service Mode Plus and disconnect the laptop from the vehicle. See Service Mode Plus.
