Rocker Cover - LH (Model YL) (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Open the LH doors and lower the LH windows.
  2. Release the clips (x2) that attach the LH rocker cover to the front and rear wheel arch liners.
  3. Release the clips (x12) and tabs (x11) that attach the LH rocker cover to the rocker carrier, and then remove the cover from the vehicle.

    Note
    Use a plastic trim tool to work between the door panel and the rocker cover to release the tabs.

Install

  1. Install the clips (x12) and tabs (x11) that attach the LH rocker cover to the rocker carrier.

    Note
    Make sure the tabs go into the cavities on the rocker carrier and cannot be accessed from the outer side of the cover. Ensure that all tabs are installed properly.
  2. Install the clips (x2) that attach the LH rocker cover to the front and rear wheel arch liners.
  3. Raise the LH windows and close the LH doors.
