 Reuse

Remove

  1. Remove the positive input fast charge busbar. See Busbar - Fast Charge - Input - Positive (Model Y L) (Remove and Replace).
  2. Remove the negative input fast charge busbar. See Busbar - Fast Charge - Input - Negative (Model Y L) (Remove and Replace).
  3. Remove the direct current link positive busbar. See Busbar - Fast Charge Contactor To Direct Current Busbar - Positive (Model YL) (Remove and Replace).
  4. Remove the direct current link negative busbar. See Busbar - Fast Charge Contactor To Direct Current Busbar - Negative (Model YL) (Remove and Replace).
  5. Release the location pins (x2), then remove the bolts (x3) that attach the fast charge contactor to the fast charge lower insulator.

Replace

  1. Secure the location pins (x2), then install the bolts (x3) that attach the fast charge contactor to the fast charge lower insulator.
    5.5 Nm (4.1 lbs-ft)
