Remove

  1. Remove the 3rd row center outer B-cover. See B-Cover - Outer - Center Seatbelt - 3rd Row Seat (7-Seat) (Remove and Install).
  2. Remove the trunk load floor from the vehicle.
  3. Release the clips (x4) and location pins (x2) that attach the trunk sill trim to the vehicle, then remove it from the vehicle.
  4. Release the clips (x5) and location pins (x2) to remove the LH load floor bracket.
  5. Release the clips (x5) and location pins (x2) to remove the RH load floor bracket.
  6. Release the push clips (x2) that attach the trunk tub to the vehicle.
  7. Release the clips (x2) that attach the 3rd row center inner B-cover to the seat frame assembly.
  8. Remove the screw that attaches the 3rd row center inner B-cover to the seat frame assembly.

    TIp
    Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • SKT 1/4" DR, HEX BIT, T25 TORX
  9. Move the 3rd row center inner B-cover downward slightly to release the tabs (x4) and location notches (x2), then push it outward using a clip prytool.

Install

  1. Align the location notches, then push the 3rd row center inner B-cover slightly upward to secure the tabs (x4) that attach the B-cover to the seat frame.
  2. Install the screw that attaches the 3rd row center inner B-cover to the seat frame assembly.
    1.5 Nm (1.1 lbs-ft)

    • SKT 1/4" DR, HEX BIT, T25 TORX
  3. Secure the clips (x2) that attach the 3rd row center inner B-cover to the seat frame assembly.
  4. Align the location holes (x2), then secure the push clips (x2) that attach the trunk tub onto the vehicle.
  5. Align the location pins (x2), then secure the clips (x5) that attach the RH load floor bracket onto the vehicle.
  6. Align the location pins (x2), then secure the clips (x5) that attach the LH load floor bracket onto the vehicle.
  7. Align the location pins (x2), then secure the clips (x4) that attach the trunk sill trim onto the vehicle.

    Note
    Seat seal around the edge of the trim.
  8. Install the trunk load floor onto the vehicle.
  9. Install the 3rd row seat center outer B-cover. See B-Cover - Outer - Center Seatbelt - 3rd Row Seat (7-Seat) (Remove and Install).
