Function check LH front door (exterior)
注Inspect and note functionality for the door handle operation and full range of motion of the door, From outside look for interference with brightwork and door to body, Note any abnormalities

Function check all windows from the master switch
注Check operation with door closed, Document any abnormal operation/noises

Function check LH rear door (exterior)
注Inspect and note functionality for the door handle operation and full range of motion of the door, From outside look for interference with brightwork and door to body, Note any abnormalities

Function check RH rear door (exterior)
注Inspect and note functionality for the door handle operation and full range of motion of the door, From outside look for interference with brightwork and door to body, Note any abnormalities

Verify operation of all exterior lights
注Recommend assistance, Headlamps, fog lights, license plate, tail, brake, reverse, & side repeater

Engage drive rails and activate windshield washer and wiper operation
注Engage drive rails and hold down on the washer button, Verify wipers and washer is operating as intended

Function check horn

Open hood
注Via Controls > Frunk Open

Remove rear underhood apron
注8x clips

Remove LH underhood apron
注10x clips, (*Use this step for Palladium S procedures)

Remove RH underhood apron
注10x clips

Remove front underhood apron
注7x clips

Remove frunk access panel
注3x clips, 3x hooks, 1x connector
-
Remove frunk carpet
-
Remove frunk assembly
注4x bolts, 10mm, 5 Nm

Perform inspection of under hood area
注Perform inspection of vehicle under hood area, Check for signs of abnormal damage, wear, heavy rust, wiring damage, or impact damage, Pay attention to safety related component and note any items of significance

Inspect brake fluid level
-
Inspect coolant level and top off as necessary
注Ensure that the fluid level is at the Max line, Top off fluid as required
-
Fill washer reservoir with fluid
-
Raise vehicle fully and lower lift onto locks
注Set vehicle to comfortable working height, Ensure an audible click of locks on both sides is heard before lowering, Vehicle may tilt to the side if both locks are not engaged

Remove front aero shield
注5x push clips
-
Release front aero shield
注9x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm
-
Release rear aero shield
注4x push clips
-
Remove rear aero shield
注16x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm

Perform inspection of vehicle underside components front and rear
注Perform inspection of vehicle underside front and rear, Check for signs of abnormal damage, wear, heavy rust, wiring damage, or impact damage, Pay attention to safety related component and note any items of significance

Inspect underside of vehicle for fluid leaks
-
Perform inspection of steering components
注Check steering gear joints, fasteners, and electrical connections, Verify components are not bent or damaged
-
Perform inspection of front suspension components
注Check conditions of ball joints and bushings, etc, Inspect for any loose fasteners, Carefully apply pressure with a pry bar as needed
-
Perform inspection of rear suspension components
注Check conditions of ball joints and bushings, etc, Inspect for any loose fasteners, Carefully apply pressure with a pry bar as needed

Inspect underside of battery for damage
-
Check tire pressures
注4x tires, Adjust to specification if necessary

Inspect condition of LH front tire
注Tire Condition: No damage to sidewall (cuts, tears, bulges), No foreign objects in tread area, No uneven wear or sidewall cracking
-
Measure and record LH front tread depth
注Record at least 3 measurements: Inner, Middle, Outer, Add line to replace if under 5/32 inch tread remaining
-
Perform visual inspection of LH front brake pads
注Perform visual inspection, Recommend replacement if 2mm or less, Check both inboard and outboard pads
-
Inspect LH front brake rotor condition
注Check for excessive rust or wear, Minimum spec 30mm
-
Inspect condition of LH rear tire
注Tire Condition: No damage to sidewall (cuts, tears, bulges), No foreign objects in tread area, No uneven wear or sidewall cracking
-
Measure and record LH rear tread depth
注Record at least 3 measurements: Inner, Middle, Add line to replace if under 5/32 inch tread remaining
-
Perform visual inspection of LH rear brake pads
注Perform visual inspection, Recommend replacement if 2mm or less, Check both inboard and outboard pads
-
Inspect LH rear brake rotor condition
注Check for excessive rust or wear, Minimum spec 26mm

Inspect condition of RH rear tire
注Tire Condition: No damage to sidewall (cuts, tears, bulges), No foreign objects in tread area, No uneven wear or sidewall cracking

Measure and record RH rear tread depth

Inspect brake hose condition
注Look for evidence of brake hose(s) rubbing on surrounding components, Inspect hose connections for evidence of leaks, Verify hoses are routed properly and secured to retaining brackets

Install rear aero shield
注16x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm, Apply Loctite 222 onto mid aero shield bolts and install fasteners securing mid aero shield to vehicle
-
Position rear aero shield
注4x push clips
-
Secure front aero shield to vehicle
注9x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm, Apply Loctite 222 onto front aero shield bolts
-
Install front aero shield
注5x push clips
-
Lower vehicle fully
注Raise lift off locks, then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered
-
Remove vehicle from lift
注Lower lift arms fully and remove them from under vehicle, Remove air suspension from "Jack Mode"
-
Install frunk assembly
注4x bolts, 10mm, 5 Nm
-
Install frunk carpet
注Verify carpet is properly seated under the seal
-
Install frunk access panel
注3x clips, 3x hooks, 1x connector
-
Install front underhood apron
注7x clips
-
Install RH underhood apron
注10x clips
-
Install LH underhood apron
注10x clips
-
Install rear underhood apron
注8x clips
-
Close hood
注Press firmly in green highlighted areas (see image), Damage may result from pressure elsewhere on hood
-
Perform a road test using a series of ABS-active stops and ensure proper brake pedal feel and performance
注The vehicle must stop completely within 25 feet (7.6 meters) at 20 mph (32 kph), Confirm that no excessive vibration or noise is present

Inspect vehicles alignment
注Confirm steering wheel is straight and no vibrations or noises are felt or heard from the suspension, On a flat road, at 35 mph (56 kph), the vehicle does not pull in either direction
