1. Open LH front door
2. Open LH rear door
3. Move LH front seat forward

   

4. Partially release LH lower B-pillar
   注

   6x clips, Release from upper trim and body

   

   

5. Remove LH upper B-pillar
   注

   7x clips, Release clips and route seatbelt through B-pillar, Be cautious not to separate the upper B-pillar, There are plastic welds near the center of trim holding upper and lower portion together

   

   

6. Disconnect LH rear door harness connector from body harness
   注

   1x connector, route harness from B-pillar to gain access

   

   

7. Remove service covers from LH rear door panel
   注

   2x covers

   

   

8. Remove fasteners securing LH rear door panel under armrest and door trim handle
   注

   2x bolts, T30, 6 Nm

   

9. Remove LH rear door panel assembly
   注

   7x clips, 1x connector, Pull bottom of door panel to release clips then lift panel up to disengage from inner belt seal, Pull red tab to disengage lock then disconnect door harness

   

   

   

10. Disconnect LH rear door handle controller connector
    注

    1x connector, Pull white tab to disengage lock then disconnect

    

    

11. Disconnect LH rear door pressure sensor connector
    注

    1x connector, Do not push down on red tab, Pull red tab to disengage lock, Pull again to release connector

    

12. Remove bolts securing LH rear closeout panel assembly to door
    注

    6x bolts, 8mm, 4 Nm

    

13. Release clips securing harness and remove LH rear closeout panel assembly
    注

    3x clips, Release clips from back of panel to prevent damage

    

    

14. Disconnect LH rear door speaker connector
    注

    1x connector

    

15. Remove bolts securing speaker to LH rear door
    注

    4x bolts, 8mm, 4 Nm

    

    

16. Remove speaker from LH rear door
    注

    2x datums, Lift speaker up then pull away from door

    

    

    

17. Disconnect LH rear regulator motor connector
    注

    1x connector

    

    

18. Disconnect connector for LH rear door handle
    注

    1x connector, Release red locking tab before disconnecting

    

19. Remove rubber grommets and push into LH rear door
    注

    Push both rubber grommets into LH rear door with harness pass through and connector.

    

    

20. Release clips holding harness to LH rear door
    注

    8X clips

    

    

    

21. Remove harness from LH rear door

    

    

22. Install LH rear door harness into LH rear door
    注

    Slide connector for regulator motor between regulator and door

    

    

23. Attach clips to fasten harness to LH rear door
    注

    8x clips

    

    

    

24. Install rubber grommets to LH rear door and B-pillar
    注

    Slide connector and harness into B-pillar, press firmware to ensure proper sealing

    

    

25. Connect door handle harness
    注

    1x connector, Press in red locking tab

    

26. Connect LH rear regulator motor connector
    注

    1x connector

    

    

27. Install speaker onto LH rear door
    注

    2x datums

    

    

    

28. Install bolts securing speaker to LH rear door
    注

    4x bolts, 8mm, 4 Nm, Hand start bolts to prevent stripping threads

    

    

29. Connect LH rear door speaker connector
    注

    1x connector

    

30. Install LH rear closeout panel assembly onto door
    注

    6x bolts, 8mm, 4 Nm, Hand start bolts to prevent stripping threads

    

    

31. Secure harness onto LH rear closeout panel assembly
    注

    3x clips, An audible click ensures clips are fully engaged

    

32. Connect LH rear door pressure sensor connector
    注

    1x connector, Engage locking tab

    

33. Connect LH rear door handle controller connector
    注

    1x connector, Engage locking tab

    

    

34. Install LH upper B-pillar
    注

    7x clips, Route seatbelt through B-pillar, Replace any damaged or missing clips

    

    

35. Reinstall top portion of LH lower B-pillar
    注

    6x clips, Replace any damaged or missing clips

    

    

36. Move LH front seat to original position

    

37. Install LH rear door panel assembly
    注

    7x clips, 1x connector, Connect door harness then engage locking tab, Slide top portion of panel into door seal first, then swing bottom into place, Ensure all clips and retainers are seated

    

    

    

38. Install fasteners securing door panel to rear door
    注

    2x bolts, T30, 6 Nm

    

39. Install service covers onto LH rear door
    注

    2x covers

    

    

40. Close LH rear door
41. Close LH front door
