2. Lower all four windows
3. Set air suspension ride height to “Very High”

   Using center display > Controls > Suspension > ''Very High''
4. Open hood

5. Open liftgate through UI

   Using center display touchscreen > Quick Controls > Trunk Open
6. Remove LH front floor mat
7. Move LH front seat forward

9. Remove bolts securing rear of LH front seat tracks to the floor panel

   2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Discard after removal

   

10. Move LH front seat backward
11. Remove bolts securing front of LH front seat tracks to the floor panel

    2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Discard after removal

    

12. Adjust position of LH front seat for easy removal
    注

    Move seat to middle of track at most upright position with seat fully up off floor
13. Fold 60 seat into down position
    注

    Seat can be folded from the backrest button or trunk switch, If seat cushion is not present, protect the seat as required
14. Remove RH front floor mat
15. Move RH front seat forward
16. Remove bolts securing rear of RH front seat tracks to the floor panel

    2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Discard after removal

    

17. Move RH front seat backward
18. Remove bolts securing front of RH front seat tracks to the floor panel

    2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Discard after removal

    

19. Adjust position of RH front seat for easy removal
    注

    Move seat to middle of track at most upright position with seat fully up off floor
20. Power off vehicle from center display
    注

    Via Controls > Safety & Security > Power Off
21. Remove rear underhood apron

22. Disconnect LV battery connector and First Responder Loop

32. Fold LH front cabin carpet aside for access

    

    

33. Position RH seat to gain access below seat bottom and disconnect body harness from seat controller

75. Remove rear fascia assembly from vehicle

185. Secure B-pillar accelerometer connection

     9x clips, Route branches as needed and secure clips, Use tooling to help secure clips as required

188. Connect RH body harness to LH body harness under RH front carpet

217. Install rear diffuser nuts

218. Install bolt securing rear fascia to RH fender bracket

     6x clips, 2x datums, Align datums then engage all clips Replace any damaged or missing clips

     

     

     

233. Install LH mid C-pillar trim

     3x clips, Replace any damaged clips

     

     

     

234. Install LH lower C-pillar trim

     8x clips, Properly seat door seal

     

     

235. Install trunk side wall trim

     3x Velcro strips

     

     

236. Install LH trunk bracket assembly

237. Install rear wall trim

238. Install trunk sill panel

242. Install 2nd row seat cushion assembly

     2x clips, 2x connectors, Secure connections and slide seat belt buckles through seat cushion, Engage clips

     

     

     

     

     

243. Install LH side bolster trim

     1x clip, 1x tab, Replace clip if damaged, Hook bottom portion and then secure the top

     

     

244. Install RH side bolster trim
     注

     1x clip, 1x tab, Replace clip if damaged, Hook bottom portion and then secure the top

     

     

245. Install RH footrest panel
     注

     2x bolts, 10mm, 5 Nm, 1x nut, 10mm, 5 Nm

     

     

246. Secure harness to RH footrest panel
     注

     1x clip

     

247. Fold RH front cabin carpet back into position

     

     

248. Install RH console side carpet
     注

     11x clips

     

     

249. Install RH footwell cover
     注

     3x magnets, 1x connectors

     

250. Install RH lower A-pillar trim
     注

     7x clips, Verify weather seal is seated properly

     

     

     

251. Install RH mid A-pillar trim
     注

     1x clip, 2x tabs, Verify weather seal is seated properly

     

     

252. Install RH first row seat risers to cabin floor
     注

     2x risers, 2x clips per riser

     

     

253. Install RH front seat into vehicle
     注

     Recommend Assistance, If seat is being replaced take note of OCS module revision, as this will determine the way firmware is installed to vehicle. Be cautious to avoid damage to surrounding components while lifting the seat into the vehicle.

     

254. Position chair to gain access below seat bottom and connect RH side body harness to seat controller
     注

     2x connectors, 1x clip, Engage red locking tab on black connector

     

255. Fold LH front cabin carpet back into position

     

     

256. Install the LH knee air bag assembly into vehicle
     注

     1x clip, 3x connectors, 6x tabs, Hook tabs before fully seating, Use caution not to damage the connector/harness, Support the knee air bag while connecting the connectors

     

     

257. Install fasteners securing LH knee air bag assembly to vehicle
     注

     2x patch bolts, E10, 8 Nm, Install new fasteners

     

258. Install LH console side carpet
     注

     11x clips

     

     

259. Install LH footwell cover
     注

     1x connector, 2x magnets

     

260. Install LH lower A-pillar trim
     注

     7x clips, Verify weather seal is seated properly

     

     

     

261. Install LH mid A-pillar trim
     注

     1x clip, 2x tabs, Verify weather seal is seated properly

     

     

262. Secure H front seat risers
     注

     2x riser, 2x clips per riser

     

     

263. Install LH front seat into vehicle
     注

     Recommend Assistance, Take care not to damage surrounding components while lifting the seat into the vehicle

     

264. Position chair to gain access below seat bottom and connect LH side body harness to seat controller
     注

     2x connectors, 1x clip, Engage red locking tab on black connector

     

265. Connect First Responder Loop and LV battery connector
     注

     2x connectors Secure FRL first, Seat LV battery connection and push black connector lock inwards to secure, Engage green locking tab when fully seated

     

     

     

     

266. Install rear underhood apron
     注

     8x clips

     

     

267. Close hood
     注

     Press firmly in green highlighted areas (see image), Damage may result from pressure elsewhere on hood
268. Move LH front seat forward
269. Secure LH front seat belt
     注

     Ensure audible click is heard during install, perform pull test to confirm secure

     

270. Install bolts securing LH front seat rear tracks to vehicle
     注

     2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Install new bolts

     

271. Move LH front seat backward
272. Install bolts securing both LH front seat front tracks to vehicle
     注

     2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Install new bolts

     

273. Move LH front seat to original position
274. Install LH front floor mat

     

275. Move RH front seat forward
276. 将前座椅安全带联动装置安装到预紧器上：
     1. 确保锁定螺钉处于水平位置。如果锁定螺钉未处于水平位置，则按照松开说明将其解锁。
     2. 确认 B 柱上饰板至预紧器处的座椅安全带没有扭曲。
     3. 将联动装置安装到预紧器拉索上。
        注

        此时将听到咔嗒声。

        锁定螺钉将转回到锁定位置。
     4. 用至少 15 磅的力对座椅安全带进行拉力测试。

     

277. Install bolts securing RH front seat rear tracks to vehicle

     2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Install new bolts

     

278. Move RH front seat backward
279. Install bolts securing both RH front seat front tracks to vehicle
     注

     2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Install new bolts

     

280. Move RH front seat to original position
281. Install RH front floor mat

     

282. Fold 60 seat into vertical position
     注

     Remove seat cushion protection

     

     

283. Close liftgate
284. Set air suspension ride height to “Medium”
     注

     Using center display, Controls > Suspension > ''Medium'
285. Raise all four windows
286. Close all four doors
