  1. Open the LH front door and lower the LH front window.
  2. Enable Service Mode. See 维护模式（启用和禁用）.
  3. Unlock the vehicle gateway. See 网关（解锁）.
  4. Run the routine using Service Mode or Toolbox: PROC_VCFRONT_X_START-THERMAL-FILL-DRAINvia Service Mode:
    • Thermal ➜ Actions ➜ Start Thermal Fill/Drain
    • Thermal ➜ Coolant System ➜ Start Coolant Fill/Drain
    • Thermal ➜ Refrigerant System ➜ Start Refrigerant Fill/Drain
    via Service Mode Plus:
    • Drive Unit ➜ Front Drive Unit Replacement ➜ Start Coolant Fill/Drain
    • Drive Unit ➜ Rear Drive Unit Replacement ➜ Start Coolant Fill/Drain

  5. Raise and support the vehicle.
  6. Turn wheel fully to the right.
  7. Remove the underhood storage unit. See 前备箱储物单元（拆卸和安装）.
  8. Remove the front fascia. See 饰板总成 - 前（拆下和安装）.
  9. Remove the cooling fan assembly. See 模块 - 冷却风扇（拆卸和更换）.
  10. Release the locking clips guides, and remove the 12mm radiator.
    注
    Do not pry on the radiator to prevent damage.
  11. Use a vacuum to clean debris from both sides of the radiator.
    注
    Do not damage fins of radiator.
  12. Use a blow gun to clean both sides of the radiator with compressed air.
    注
    Do not damage fins of radiator.
  13. Release the locking clips (x4) and remove the 21mm radiator.
    注
    Release one clip at a time.
  14. Use a vacuum to clean debris from both sides of the radiator.
    注
    Do not damage fins of radiator.
  15. Use a blow gun to clean the radiator with compressed air.
    注
    Do not damage fins of radiator.
  16. Secure the locking clips (x4) and install the 21mm radiator.
    注
    Position then secure clips.
  17. Secure the locking clips (x2) and guides (x2) to install the 12mm radiator.
    注
    Guide in then secure clips.
  18. Install the cooling fan assembly. See 模块 - 冷却风扇（拆卸和更换）.
  19. Install the front fascia. See 饰板总成 - 前（拆下和安装）.
  20. Perform a cooling system vacuum refill. See 冷却系统（真空再加注）.
  21. Install the underhood storage unit. See 前备箱储物单元（拆卸和安装）.
  22. Turn steering wheel back to center.
  23. Connect a laptop with Toolbox 3 to the vehicle. See Toolbox（连接和断开）.
  24. Run the routine PROC_VC_X_RESET-RADIATOR-UA-INDEXvia Toolbox:(link)

    Perform this step for firmware versions develop/2026.14.3 and later.

  26. Disconnect Toolbox and remove the laptop from the vehicle.
  27. Exit Service Mode Plus. See 维护模式增强版.
  28. Raise the LH front window and close the LH front door.
  29. Remove the vehicle from the lift.
