  • 2023-12-15: Removed brake stiffness routine.

拆卸

  1. Move the LH front seat rearwards.
  2. Disconnect LV power. See 低压电源（断开和连接）.
  3. Remove the driver footwell cover. See 盖板 - 脚部空间 - 驾驶位（拆卸和更换）.
  4. Remove the driver knee airbag. See 膝部气囊 - 驾驶位（拆卸和更换）.
  5. Release the tab that attaches the driver floor jumper air duct to the HVAC assembly, and then remove the duct from the vehicle.
  6. Disconnect the LH body harness connector.
    提示： 推荐使用以下工具：
    • Flashlight LED
    • 小型软握尖凿，90 度尖嘴，6 英寸
  7. Release the brake light switch from the pedal assembly, and then remove the switch from the vehicle.

    Rotate the switch 45 degrees clockwise to release.

安装

  1. Position the brake light switch on the vehicle, and then install the switch on the pedal assembly.

  2. Connect the LH body harness connector.

  3. Position the driver floor jumper air duct on the vehicle, and then install the tab that attaches the duct to the HVAC assembly.
  4. Install the driver knee airbag. See 膝部气囊 - 驾驶位（拆卸和更换）.
  5. Install the driver footwell cover. See 盖板 - 脚部空间 - 驾驶位（拆卸和更换）.
  6. Connect LV power. See 低压电源（断开和连接）.
  7. Move the LH front seat to its original position.
