  1. Open liftgate
  2. Remove lower liftgate trim
    注
    8x clips, 2x connectors, Be careful not to hang or drop quickly to prevent damage to connectors
  3. Disconnect liftgate high force cinching actuator connector
    注
    1x connector, Press locking tabs to release
  4. Remove bolts securing liftgate high force cinching actuator to liftgate
    注
    3x bolts, T20, Torque 3 Nm
  5. Remove liftgate high force cinching actuator from liftgate and disconnect cable

    2x holding tabs
  6. Connect cable to liftgate high force cinching actuator and position actuator into liftgate
    注
    2x holding tabs
  7. Install bolts securing liftgate high force cinching actuator to liftgate
    注
    3x bolts, T20, Torque 3 Nm
  8. Connect liftgate high force cinching actuator connector
    注
    1x connector, Engage locking tabs
  9. Install lower liftgate trim
    注
    8x clips, 2x connectors
  10. Close liftgate
